HELP! Need help linking Nano to existing Nike+ account

Hope someone can help as I'm going out of my mind. I searched but couldn't find another topic like this.
I had to restore my nano (2nd gen) to its original factory settings in itunes, which erased all songs and data. My Nano is working great now, but it's no longer linked to my Nike Plus account. When I now connect the restored Nano, under the Nike + tab in itunes I cannot check the box to automatically send my workout data to Nike+. The only option is to register. I'm already registered but there isn't an option to link to an existing account?
After the restore on my nano, how do I link it in itunes to my existing Nike+ account that has all my run data stored? Like I said, the only option on Itunes is to register and that's not what I want to do since I already am registered!
I guess this would be the same problem if I bought a new Nano so I'm sure this question has been raised before.
Please help! I need this fixed before my run tomorrow! Thanks folks!

Yes, I checked the link you provided below and couldn't find any topic with a similar problem. I already did my run for the day so won't know until tomorrow if the receiver and sensor gather info but everything appears like it will work just fine. When I plug the receiver in the Nike+ option pops up in the menu and it looks ready to go. It even recognizes the sensor so I think that's okay.
I did email Nike Plus but they haven't answered yet.
When I connect the Nano to itunes, I cannot check or uncheck the box to automatically send the info. The only option is to "create a Nike account." I clicked this and tried to just add my existing account and it wouldn't let me saying it already exists.
There has to be a simple way to do this. Can't imagine you lose everything if you get a new Nano or have to restore one.
Maybe more options will pop up after my run tomorrow morning when I plug in the Nano to itunes with a run to send to Nike+
I'll let you know. Until then, any other suggestions would really be appreciated!

If you don't want to use an alias you'll have to create a new account as you cannot change the @icloud.com address once created. You'll have to create a new ID, verify the ID, then use the ID to create the new account, and migrate your iCloud data to the new account.
If you are currently syncing data with iCloud, begin by saving any photo stream photos to your camera roll as mentioned above. If you are syncing Notes with iCloud, you'll also need to open each of them and email them to yourself so they can be recreated in the new account. Finally, if you are syncing any iWork documents with iCloud, turn off iCloud syncing in your iWork app settings.
Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, and choose Keep on My iPhone when prompted. Then in Settings>iCloud tap Get a Free Apple ID at the bottom, set up your new ID, verify the email address you use to create it by responding to Apple's verification email, then sign in with the new ID to create your new account. Turn on your iCloud sync settings and choose Merge when prompted to upload your data to the new account. When you turn Mail to On you will be prompted to create your new @icloud.com email address. Be carefull to type it correctly as it cannot later be changed.

I've got a csv file with 125 addresses.
I'm trying to import them into my address book.
I jump through all the hoops, fix the headings.
Then, when I import 'em, they're all empty, all no name.
Or else address book tries to plant them in existing adresses.
I do fix the headings. I need to do a mailing. I need to bring in addresses of this group into Endicia. Please please help.

I'm no longer desperate. Endicia will import the entire list with no problems. I'd still like to bring these addresses into Address book, tho.

PLEASE HELP I NEED HELP

I logged in to my mid 2012 13" MacBookPro with Latest OSX Mavericks and my dock only appears if i click down on the bottom of my screen (I hide my dock so that it only comes up when I hover over where it would be) and when I do get the dock open if I hover over anything it doesnt give the name of it! After playing with this problem for a while I have concluded that wheneverer I hover over something it doesnt appear available the click on e.g. when I click on file on safari none of the options appear blue and available to click. This also makes it impossible to play video games becaues i have to hold down left click to move.
PLEASE HELP ME!!

Open the Terminal in your Utilities folder. At the prompt paste the following lines separately:
killall Dock
killall Finder
Press RETURN after each line. The Dock will automatically restart itself. See if that helps.
If it doesn't help then do this:
Reinstall Lion, Mountain Lion, or Mavericks without erasing drive
Boot to the Recovery HD:
Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
Repair
When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list. In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive. If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported then click on the Repair Permissions button. When the process is completed, then quit DU and return to the main menu. Select Restart from the Apple menu.

I've been looking here for a while and finally got around to registering because I have a question. I'm sure I have this posted in the wrong place, so don't jump me for that - I'm just not sure WHERE I should post a question / plea for help.
I have a shape (kind of a wavy 3/4" stripe) that I need to reproduce in photoshop. I was able to take the original and scan it into my computer. Upon scanning, though, the color it no longer solid but actually looks a quite a bit speckled, and the edges of this stripe tend to not be 'crisp" and it need to redfine the edges. I need to repaint the stripe, and it has to remain the same 3/4" diameter all through it's length.
If anyone can suggest a way that I can take this scanned image and redefine the edges so I'll have a "new" crisp, solid colored stripe, that I can keep the same 3/4" width and then will be able to highlight it and repaint it would be appreciated. I tried highlighting the shape and applying a thick "stroke" around the edge but this just made it worse -- kind of like using a pen on a piece of paper on top of glass -- almost impossible to write or draw smooth! It's for a small model airplane decal, so the edge needs to be sharp and crisp.

I'd use the Pen tool and trace around the shape in order to create a Vector Path or a Vector Shape. But, you'd need to study the black art of Bezier curves first.

HELP! Need help in restoring APEX application from database backup

I accidentally deleted many pages from my development APEX environment when I thought I was deleting from QA. By the time I discovered it, it was too late to do a flash back. The DBQ I am working with is now trying to recover from a database backup, but we are not having much success. Can someone point me to any documentation that may exist on exactly what to restore from what schemas? It is not intuitively obvious what should be extracted and restored? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

I have older exports, but I would loose 2 weeks of work by going back to them. I need to be able to restore from a database backup so I get back my changes. What we tried to restore didn't bring back the deleted pages so we must have done something wrong.

Charging Help! NEED HELP IMMEDIATELY!

I really need some help. IMMEDIATELY, TOO. I am going on a trip tomorrow and am planning on bringing my new iPod nano with me. Of course, I realised that the nano does NOT come with an AC adapter, like my previous 20GB ipod did. And here the problem comes in.
Question 1: Can I use my old 20gb charger and stick it into the nano? Or do I have to go and buy that 30-40$ Adapter meant for the nano at the store? If the answer to that is yes, it will probably make me raging mad- because I am going to be away for a week and I was looking forward to be in sync with my music.
Question 2: Can anyone help me think of ways I can charge my nano when I go on a trip, if it can't be plugged in to the 20gb adapter and be charged? I really want to be able to listen & charge my music on my trip. I won't have a mac accessible, but there will be internet cafes, hopefully. So yes, I guess I do have minimal acccess to the internet.

If the 20gb adapter uses the usb to dock connector cable, then yes, it's the same cable and it will work. If it's firewire, I'm not sure. The nano doesn't support firewire, and definately won't transfer over it, but I've heard that it can charge over it. You can try it. Both the 20gb and the iPod use the same dock connector port

need to strip out the ALT= text to show inside the anchor. If no
ALT text is available, then I would like to show the image name
as a default.

login inputs and submit button, search box, advanced search page,

I've written a socket/text scraper in Perl, running it from a web
server. The problems mentioned above are really causing problems,
plus the whole cookie thing. Since Oracle Portal tries to push a
cookie to the client, when the client is another UNIX server,
the cookie thing doesn't work.

Search for .+ and set the Find formatting to find the charcteristics you want.
What will you do with this text once found? You'll need something to "change" to, either new text or Change Formatting options...

i just tried to sync my touch to the computer since i haven't done it for a while and then all a sudden i have to restore my touch. i have done it about 3-4 times now and i even switched usb ports. but that hasn't helped... so now i get that picture where i have to connect it to itunes and i cant get it past restoring it. because i get the error (1604) and it wont let me do anything. PLEASE HELP ME!! i need info off of my touch for my senior classes. and i cant get onto the main screen so i can get into my Note Pad.

Help! Need help with transferring Ipod to new computer

After it took me forever just to figure out how to ask a question...eerr!
My old computer crashed and I need to move all my files, purchased, photos, and music that were imported. I know with the new Itunes you can transfer the purchased items, but will that erase everything else on my Ipod...ie: my photos and imported files?
I have downloaded a Ipod copier..but not really sure how to do this all. Any help from anyone would be so greatly appreciated.

RoboHelp 7 Help Desperately Needs Help

I can't believe how drastically Adobe has RUINED RoboHelp's
help system. I'm new to version 7 and have permanently lost view of
my Table of Contents. It's not on the View menu. It's not on the
Pod menu. It's not on a right-click menu, it's no where to be
found. So I hit F1, hoping to connect to a searchable, indexed
help. What do I get? A page with 0 information and 0 links.
Adobe's lack of respect for technical writers is deep and
profound if they do not even understand the basics of user
assistance enough to maintain a good system in a user assistance
development product. We've seen how they behave at tech writer
conferences and how well they listen to feedback. Shame on you,
Adobe. You care not for the end user! You have eyes but do not see,
and ears but do not hear!
By the way, I'm extremely experienced, fast, and would be
willing to create an interactive searchable help system for Adobe,
if they were to pay me. They wouldn't regret it.

How so? It's permanently in the layout I have set up when I
want the TOC. It's not in the layouts I have for other tasks. The
point is the layout is now what I want which will not be the same
as you. We can both have what we want and we can have different
layouts for different tasks.

That is the Adobe standard so the RoboHelp team probably have
no say in it. They do know our opinion of it and I believe they
will make that known. The offline help is better but not beyond
reproach. That too will be addressed.
- Lack of respect. How they behave.
I have encountered nothing but respect but then again I deal
with them in a constructive way rather than going in guns blazing.
What do you mean by how they behave?
- Feedback
Just because every bit of feedback does not get acted on
immediately, does not mean you are not being listened to. Sometimes
it's priorities, sometimes the views of others will conflict with
yours. I do know though from speaking regularly to the RoboHelp
team that they are working crazy hours to improve RH in line with
the feedback they get.
It may not yet be perfect but it's a big step forward and
there's lots more to come.

HELP I Need Help With Photoshop CS5

I have CS% for school. I have Photoshop 64 bit. Every time I open Photoshop to do an assignment it crashes. I have talked to other people who are experiencing the same thing with 64 bit. Everyone I have spoken to with 32 bit seems to be doing fine. Anyone else having that problem? Is there a way to go from 64 bit to 32 bit only in Photoshop. Help please- need help adjusting logo before cutting out

hi all, im after a little help.
I had a logo created that all looks okay, until i opened it up in illstruatvoe adobe full version.
Some of the lettering over laps so when cutting on a vinyl plotter, it would all go wrong.
So i got the rubber out to try and sort it out although the rubbers too big to correct it.
What do yuo all recommend?

If under the File menu there isn't an import option and you cannot open
other file types, then you are just up a creek. If you can, then get the
AI file in a format that it can read. You may have to upgrade your Stika
software.

ok well my computer will read my ipod but it will not read it on itunes where it says sources...then i go to the edit section to see if i can change the way the sources are and it tells me that there is no ipod connection when my ipod is connected to my usb on my computer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
