Help, I think someone is impersonating me? Please ...

Question

So one day I was telling my friends to add me with the username y---1 and they proceeded to do so.
About a few days later, they came back and said that there was no answer to the contact request. Funny, since I never received any contact requests.
It was soon enough later that I realized my SCREEN NAME is y---1 and my SKYPE NAME is [Removed for privacy]. They attempted to add a person with the SKYPE NAME AND SCREEN NAME ya---21, which isn't me?
The user has been inactive for quite long, seeing he's not answering my contact request as well.
Now, if you're thinking that he might just be another guy with the same username, NO. My username is unique that I made it in Malaysia, I combined by last name with my lucky number ---1.
Mods, please delete this account IF HE IS TRULY INACTIVE OR IMPERSONATING ME.

The screen name (display name) is not unique, but Skype name is. There can be several user accounts with the same display name but only one with a particular Skype name. There is nothing unusual about this.
In your case, there are 2 different Skype accounts with display name y---1.
The one with Skype name: y---1 and the other with Skype name ta---21 (which is most likely yours).
