Help! I want my songs back!
I plugged in my Iphone 4 to my computer and it began to sync. Now I have lost some of my most recently purchased songs. I've never had this happen before. I see all of the songs in my past purchases on my itunes account but they are not in my Itunes on my phone. Help! I want my songs back!
so then technically I can't transfer the songs off my ipod to my itunes library? since it is one 1 transfer from pc to ipod...correct? So when I synch my ipod the warning screen comes up and says "there are content not in the library, erase and synch library to Itunes, only purchased songs can transfer." Can I leave the songs on my ipod and when I purchase new songs to itunes I can still transfer those correct? while having the others on there that wont transfer?

Help me get my songs back in the right way!
Okay, so I'm an idiot.
My hard drive was getting full on my G4, so I moved my music folder to my external HD. When I went to play music off of this folder on my external, the HOURS of time I had spent re-naming songs to form consistency in the titling disappeared, as all the songs had artists and titles just randomly in the artist and title section of iTunes.
So, my iPod has all the titling and music exactly as I'd want it back in my iTunes. But I don't believe there is a way to duplicate it exactly into my iTunes.
I believe there is a file hidden somewhere with all of the correct naming and changes I've made to the files?
Thanks for your help,

Try using this to move the songs from the iPod to the computer...

My friend upgraded to a touch and in turn gave me her old classic. She put a whole bunch of music on there from different cd's but after seeing what she still had on it she realized she lost some of those songs on her computer. I tried to get them off with the transfering puchased music, but they won't come off! She bought this music fair in square and would like to have them back. How in the world do i get them back to her?
The music sync is one way - computer to ipod. The exception is itunes purchases.
As the songs came from her computer in the first place, so they should still be there and should be included in her regular backup copy of her computer.
You need to restore the ipod, erasing all of the music as you have no legal right to it. -

My App 'Paper Notes' is error. My documents in the app are lose.
I need my document back. Please advise.I don't see it mentioned above, but when you remove the apps from your devices, have you been to system preferences > iCloud and checked that all your pages and numbers documents have been deleted from your storage, deleting them if necessary.
Also when you add things back, avoid adding documents with the same names as those you have been having problems with. -
I want my songs back, i have paid for these songs I would like to listen to them on my iPod. It's that simple. I don't want to have to pay someone to fix my iPod over the phone. This has happened to me before and i really get frustrated when i can't. My little sister bought the songs using a itunes gift card. i plugged in my ipod nano gen. 4 into the CPU which is a Windows BTW, and after it had synced it would not allow me to play my music (on my ipod) Saying they could not be copied. there's 19 songs. The last time this happened it started with 2 songs unable to copy, then 19 songs unable to copy, THEN........78 songs! i don;t not want this to happen AGAIN! sooooooooooo.................HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!

PeggyHold down the Option key on your keyboard while booting up your machine.
You will be prompted to select which OS you want to boot into.
I believe there is also an option in Windows Control Panel to select the Startup Disk. -
How can I retrieve all of my Itune songs back?
I reccently had my computer re-booted because it was freezing a lot so they restored my computer like new. The bad thing about that is that all of my itune songs are gone now and when i plugged in my ipod it deleted them as well.If there is any way that you can please plaese help me get these songs back i'd been more than thankful.
If you didn't make a back-up of your music/movie purchases to restore from (as you are advised to do) then I'm sorry to say that the policy on lost purchases is that you have to pay to download them again:
"Products may only be downloaded once; after being downloaded, they cannot be replaced if lost for any reason. Once a Product is purchased or rented (as applicable) and you receive the Product, it is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage the Product, and Apple shall be without liability to you in the event of any loss, destruction, or damage" iTunes Store: Purchased content can be downloaded only once
Purchased applications can be downloaded over again, see this article for details: How to redownload purchased applications from the App Store
Failing this, you could try contacting iTunes Store Customer Service and you might be able to persuade them to sanction a second free download. There have been occasional reports in the iTunes forum of this happening, however just be aware that they are not under any obligation to do so. If you click on this link it'll take you to the support/contact page: Customer Service - iTunes Store Support

hello sir/madam
this is a very urgent and important question. i nedd your assinstance.
i have iphone 3g. i was working well. about 2 months earlier i bought an app of $2.99. after then every thing was okay. but last week i installed some free games and 2 days later itunes send me a reciept via email and you guyz charged me $34. now whenever i try to install free apps they want my billing info. please i need your help and want those money back.
$34 for free games , i will show u the reciept. if its not possible to get the money back i will forced to take proper action.
thank you sir /madam.The games might be free but I think you've clicked In-App purchase which cost money. You are warned before you accept the In-App purchase. You not that young and you can read so take action if you must. It's your own fault and all purchases are final. Good luck.

How can I move my mp3 songs back into iTunes?
Can you help me???
I accidently moved a group of MP3 files (songs) from my iTunes to the trash. After doing a little research, I saw the suggestion of creating a folder on my desktop and dragging them from the trash to the new desktop folder. So, I did that, and as far as I can tell, the songs are all in the folder on my desktop. But when I try to drag the songs from the desktop folder to itunes, I get this message:
"Attempting to copy the disk Macintosh HD failed. You do not have enough access privaleges for this operation."
This makes no sense to me. This is my private computer so I should have all the privaleges I need to do anything, right? Anyway, can you help me move the songs back into iTunes? I have iTunes 11.1.1. Thanks!marilyn4444 wrote:

It says you are trying to copy the "HD disk" so abviously not allowing that operation.
Open iTunes and from the menu select File>Add to Library... then select the Desktop from the sidebar and pick the folder containing the songs > click 'Open' -
hi, have a iphone/macbook itunes prob. i connected my phone to mac to add songs, and it wiped 99% of music from my phone. on the mac it still lists the songs on my phone but they are greyed out. can anyone help? very frustrated and want my music back.
I am having the same problem. I have just tried this. Unplug iphone > open itunes > delete all music from itunes library > close itunes > re-open itunes > add music from original folder > plug in iphone > select songs > press sync > unplug iphone using eject button onscreen > checked phone .... still nothing in music folder on phone. On itunes the "On this iphone" tab the songs remain there but greyed out.

Please help! I do not see the songs on my iphone when it's connected to my computer in Itunes. I want to transfer the songs back / forth. thanks in advance.
iOS 7.1 update requires approximately 350MB's of storage space.
Tap Settings > General > About > Available to see free storage space.
Very important to never allow the free storage space to fall below at the very least 500MB's or your iPhone may not boot.
You need to free up storage space on your iPhone for future updates as well.

I was initially in the UK apps store and i switched to the USA apps store with a $15 itunes gift card because my credit card from the UK expired..since the switch i couldn't find my previous purchases in the UK store,, now i'm back in the UK and want to switch back using a £15 itunes gift card but whenever i try to switch, itunes tells me i still have credit on my existing US gift card, meanwhile i only have $0.22 which can't buy anything at the apps store..how dow i clear up the balance and switch to the UK apps store...HELP!!!
You might just have to contact Apple and ask them to remove it (losing it). Usually people clear a balance by buying one song and having the exact remainder charged to their credit card, but if you don't have a US credit card you cannot do that.
