Help identifying a wall wart / charger

Question

Was cleaning out behind one of my PCs and I came across a really dusty AC adapter that I'm not entirely sure what it belongs to, other than to some Creative product since that's who's name is labeled on it. If I had to guess I'd say it belongs to an early Creative MP3 player, but since most of my old Creative players have gone to the electronics graveyard I can't try it out to be sure.
As cabled it's for the U.S. market (0v/20v) and comes in two pieces, a cord with the standard 20v two-prong plug with "SP-03" and "E2452" molded into the casing of the plug that connects to the "wart" box. The second part is the "wart" box/output lead labeled "Creative Switching Adapter" Model No. TESA-05040. It says on the label that's it's good for 00v-240v at 50-60Hz with a maximum amperage of 0.32A. The output cable has a small mini power plug (actual size I'm not sure; I don't have have a metric measuring tape or ruler handy, though in English units it's about /6" in diameter).
Output conversion is DC 5V, 2.4A. There's also a separate label with "T0323" on it, immediately next to the big label with all of the above information. The 'wart' is approximately 2 /2" x 2" x /4" thick in size and is black except for the labeling, which appears to be on the bottom face because there are four little 'pimples' molded into the plastic housing that appear to be feet (one at each corner). The housing is two-piece because there's a seam mid-point along the /4" thickness. The opposite face from the bottom has ribs molded into the plastic.
Other information: the label says it was made in China by the Full Technics Electronics Co., LTD., so it would appear this was a subcontractor supplier unit and not actually made by Creative. There's also a "service provider" listed, someone called JC HYUN Systems, Inc. There's also a U.L. label and test number, and an SAA approval number.
Any help would be appreciated; I'd like to make sure it was for one of my early Zens before I toss this out.
