Help! Images not showing up in ALPC

I have this afternoon shot a series of calibration images with my Nikon D300s but I am having problems when I try to load them into ALPC to create a lens profile. I have added the images to the project (have also tried drag & dropping them - same result) and the program recognises the images as it lists all the files, however they are blank when I click on them, they simply show as plain white squares with nothing in them.
Obviously this makes it impossible to measure the squares and create a profile. I am using DNG files I have converted from NEFs using the Adobe DNG Converter, I have also converted the same files to JPEGs but still they are blank.
Does anybody have any ideas? Don't hesitate to tell me if I'm missing something obvious! This is quite important as I need to be up and running ASAP.
Many thanks, Brad.

Same problem. Blank white images. Macbook pro, 4 G ram, cs5, everything updated.
First series:  shot 4 interations of 9 each with zeis 24-70f2.8 ssm on a sony alpha 850 in raw with strobes using a 13x21 chart.
Loaded into bridge to convert to dng with no compression and retain raw format but not imbed original files.  Drug to aclr which opened to have just white pages. Waited about 10 min thinking it might be working.   closed it.  reopened then selected the files - white pages.  Deleted files and reloaded from camera into bridge as dng's in linear format.  didn't work.  deleted the files and reloaded from camera as raw.  Ran them thru the dng converter with standard settings.  white pages.  converted to jpg's from bridge export panel - white pages.  loaded raws into acr, clicked auto, selected all, saved as dng's.  started aclr and loaded those dng files - it worked.  Completed that calibration that way.
Second series, different lens:  Sony sal 70-400G.  Shot raw, 9 each, loaded into bridge as dng.  Loaded teh files in aclr which was a new project. But, just white pages in aclr.  Tried the same trick to run thru acr first and save as dng, but.... white pages again - didn't work this time.  Tried clearing the aclr cache each time.  converted to jpgs in export panel.  white pages.  Deleted them all and reshot in jpg extra fine format.  to bridge as jpgs.  in aclr - white pages.  Ran the disc utility to reset permissions and clean up the disc.  Reset the monitor values.  Rebooted the machine.  Still white pages.
Have run out of tricks, and patience.

    Hi here is solution,
    later I will put a project for this solution, right now I am really busy with ADF implementation.
    core changes is to solve my problem:
        byte[] buffer = new byte[image.getBufferSize()];
        int nread;
        vo.remove();
        while ((nread = is.read(buffer)) != -1) {
          os.write(buffer);
        }All code as below:
    Servlet Code*
      public void doGet(HttpServletRequest request,
                        HttpServletResponse response) throws ServletException,
                                                             IOException {
        String appModuleName =
          "his.model.ModuleAssetMgt";
        String appModuleConfig =
          "TempModuleAssetMgt";
      String imgno = request.getParameter("imgno");
        if (imgno == null || imgno.equals(""))
          return;
        String voQuery =
          "select ITEM_IMAGE from MM_ITEMIMAGE where IMAGE_NO = '" + imgno + "'";
        String mimeType = "gif";
        ApplicationModule am =
          Configuration.createRootApplicationModule(appModuleName,
                                                    appModuleConfig);
        am.clearVOCaches("TempView2", true);
        ViewObject vo = null;
        String s;
          vo = am.createViewObjectFromQueryStmt("TempView2", voQuery);
        // Run the query
        vo.executeQuery();
        // Get the result (only the first row is taken into account

  • Crystal Report Images Not Showing - JSP inside /WEB-INF folder

    Hi Experts,
    I am using Crystal report for Eclipse and also using Struts2 and tiles framework combination.
    The problem is when viewing the report all I've got is red X on all images and the graph image also not showing. This is when I use tiles and my jsp is inside the web-inf folder.
    This is my struts link: href="s:url value='/report/reportOpen.action?report=1'
    I've checked that the path to the viewer generated HTML is not correct. see code below.
    src="../../../crystalreportviewers/js/crviewerinclude.js"
    But when I test to access a simple jsp viewer that resides on the web root folder, this works fine but of course this is not what I want to have. I need to have my banner and menus on top of the report page (using tiles)
    This is my jsp link: href="s:url value='/ReportViewer.jsp?report=1'
    Viewer generated HTML below.
    src="crystalreportviewers/js/crviewerinclude.js"
    This might be a common problem and that you can share to me your solution.
    Note: I removed the script tags because I can't submit this entry.
    Thank you  in advance,

    Crystal Report Images Not Showing - JSP inside /WEB-INF folder

    Hi Saravana,
    After a few experimentation from your idea i was able to figure out the problem and now it is working.
    I don't have to copy the folder to where my jsp resides but still maintains it in the root location:  web/crystalreportviewers
    The changes should always be in web.xml.
    1st: change the crystal_image_uri value to ../crystalreportviewers
    2nd: change crystal_image_use_relative value to "web"
    Change to "web" instead of webapp because that is what I named my web root folder.
    <context-param>
              <param-name>crystal_image_uri</param-name>
              <param-value>../crystalreportviewers</param-value>
         </context-param>
         <context-param>
              <param-name>crystal_image_use_relative</param-name>
              <param-value>web</param-value>
         </context-param>
    Thank you. You showed me the way on how to solve the 3 day problem.
    BTW, my next problem is when clicking on any buttons prev/next/print/export, I got this error HTTP Status 404.
    Well, at least for now I can view my initial report.  I just need to figure out the next issue and with the help of the great people here in the forum.
    Thanks a lot.

  • Another Images not Showing up thread

    I know there are multiple threads out there about images not showing up on the login page of application express, and I have browsed most of them without success.
    My images folder is in:
    C:\oracle\product\10.1.0\db_1\Apache\Apache\images\
    My dads.conf file has specified:
    Alias /i/ "C:\oracle\product\10.1.0\db_1\Apache\Apache\images\"
    Address of missing image in I.E. is:
    http://<host>:7777/i/htmldb/apex_logo.gif
    When I ran @apexins I specified /i/ for the virtual images directory.
    I am running Oracle Database 10gR2, with Oracle HTTP Server that came with the Oracle Database 10g Companion CD Release 2.
    I am using APEX 3.2.
    When I try to go to
    http://<host>:7777/i/
    I get:
    You don't have permission to access /i/ on this server.
    I also cannot login to APEX. When I type my username/password and click the Login button, it does nothing (nothing loads, nothing changes... nothing happens). I don't know if this is related?
    Thank you,
    ~Tom

    I found the problem -
    In my dads.conf file I had:
    Alias /i/ "C:\oracle\product\10.1.0\db_1\Apache\Apache\images\"
    When I really needed:
    Alias /i/ "C:\oracle\product\10.1.0\db_1\Apache\Apache\images/"
    Note the end slash after images changed from backslash to forward.
    Silly me.

  • Likely bug with external editing (in CS5 not CS6 beta) and edited image not showing back up in LR

    I have come across something strange today that I've not seen before. I'm running LR 4.0 under Win7 64-bit. I usually use Photoshop CS6 beta as my external editor, but invoke CS5 when I have to use some tools that don't support the beta. Here is the scenario:
    * I have CS5 open
    * I externally edit an image in CS5 and Save it from CS5 when I'm done
    * The edited image does not show up in LR
    * I close LR and reopen it
    * There is the edited image!
    I have duplicated this many times this evening. I don't think I've seen it when I've used CS6 beta.

    Something strange is going on because I had the behavior reported of edited image not showing up after using another filter, Nik Silver Efex Pro 2.

    I am fairly new to web design. I recently uploaded my dreamweaver site to a hosting site using FTP. I can see all my files through the fill manager, but on the actual site everything is messed up. None of the images are showing up and the layout is completely different from what I designed in dreamweaver.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated!
    If it helps this is the site:

    From what I can tell, none of your images are on the server.
    If you're loading your site to server with DW, click on your images folder in the files panel and hit the PUT icon (up arrow).
    Also, you have some images in the images folder, and some others in images/images folder.
    For best results, try to organize your site in the files panel so that all your images are in a single folder.

  • Small images not showing in design view

    Desperate for help! I've been trying to diagnose this for a
    long time. For some strange reason, images that used to show up in
    my design view are now displaying the 'missing image' icon. I've
    narrowed it down to this--if the image is less than 8px high, the
    image will not display. When I increase it to 8px or more high
    (width does not have any bearing on it), the image is displayed.
    Same exact image name, same placement, path, file type, etc. The
    only variable changed is the image height. Someone please tell me
    what is going on. By the way, this just started to happen. These
    small images were displaying fine up until yesterday.

    You have two id="header" elements on the page....
    I can see both the 5px tall GIF and JPG images just fine in
    CS4.

  • Some images not showing on ipad when book is previewed

    When I preview the book in progress, some images only appear in the thumbnails, not on the full page view. These same images were showing up a few versions ago.  Other images are showing up just fine.

    Hi KT and Anyone Else Who Could Help,
    One thing I noticed is the images that are not showing up are all captioned, but with background shut off. I have a few image galleries as well, but those ARE showing up.
    Some images are jpegs, others are pngs, but there is no pattern or correlation between image type and showing up, not showing up.
    Besides, they all showed up previously.
    So I removed the caption from one image and now it is showing up!
    But I am nearly certain that in an earlier version WITH captions, they all showed, and I would like to keep the captions.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks so much!

  • Images not showing up in preview

    I have a web site that I'm working on that has a simple

    look fine when I view them in Dreamweaver and when I upload them to
    the server but when I try to preview view them locally some of the
    images don't show up. Some of the image sources have a forward

    Please help! This is driving me nuts!

  • Bridge CS6 Output to HTML Gallery - images not showing up

    Bridge CS6 Output to HTML Gallery issue - my images are not showing up. The files look the same on the local and remote files. The images populate on the local and not on the remote. Is this a JavaScript problem.
    Any help is appreciated.
    I've done a work around solution by using Lightroom, creating a quick collection for a custom order HTML web gallery. I would much prefer to stay within Bridge CS6 and have its HTML gallery actually work...

    Hi AlbiDan,
    Its possible that it might be a Javascript issue. I see that javascript is used in the HTML gallery. Did you upload through Bridge or from an FTP client? Do you have the URL for a broken gallery?

  • Background Images not showing up in template-based pages

    For some reason, whenever I make a custom .dwt template, with
    background images for things such as buttons, on my newly created
    page, the background images do not show up. Anyone know why? Thanks
    for the help in advance.

    Best you start here:

    55 code errors. Yikes!
    Fix those and then see if the problem goes away. If not, post
    back. At lease
    with clean code we may be able to spot the problem.

  • .gif Images not showing up in IE8

    I have 2 images in my menu bar header that are not showing up in my header for some reason.  They show up in IE9, Firefox, Safari, and Chrome.  But for some reason they aren't showing up properly in IE8.  I'm not sure what the problem is.  Every page on the website has this problem.  Below is a link to one of the pages.
    http://www.ibewlu220.org/_html/_Units/CPNPP/CPNPP.html
    The code in the head section is:
    .fltrt {  /* this class can be used to float an element right in your page. The floated element must precede the element it should be next to on the page. */
        float: right;
        margin-left: 8px;
    .fltlft { /* this class can be used to float an element left in your page. The floated element must precede the element it should be next to on the page. */
        float: left;
        margin-right: 8px;
    The code in the header div is:
      <div class="fltlft">
        <a href="http://www.ibewlu220.org"><img src="../_images/_Logos/IBEW220logo.gif" alt="IBEW LU 220" name="IBEW LU 220" width="240" height="120" id="IBEWLU220" align="left"/></a>
      </div>
      <div class="fltrt">
        <a href="http://www.ibew.org/" target="_blank"><img src="../_images/_Logos/ibew_logo.gif" alt="IBEW" name="IBEW" width="120" height="120" id="IBEWLU220" align="left"/></a>
      </div>
    Thanks for your help.

    When things go wrong, it's almost always a code related issue.  Validate your code and fix reported errors.  You have duplicate usages of the same ID.  And you have name attributes with spaces in them.  IDs and Names must contain single word tokens, no spaces allowed.

    Let us know when you get the code cleaned up and we'll take another look.
