Help: Install FFMPEG, Mplayer & Mencoder, Flv2Tool, Libogg, LAME MP3

Question

Greetings,
I am having a hard time finding ANY how-to's for installing the bits to run a video enabled script/site on OSX (Leopard 10.5.6) Server. I am considering moving my sites from a (crap) Linux dedicated server to a Mac Mini colo service.
I am trying to get Skadate and ClipShare running but I'm no Unix guru. Can someone help or point me to some How-To's? I know these things need to be installed individually (and some are there already) but I can't find any info on how to do it on OSX! A comprehensive "step by step" would be fantastic...

* Must be able to run PHP from the command line (CLI) with exec()
* Allowed execution of background processes with exec("binary > /dev/null &")

I saved your script in a folder full of wave files, entered:
$ ./audioconvert.sh --format mp3 Intro.wma
And got:
-bash: ./audioconvert.sh: Permission denied
Permissions and ownership aren't the problem, as I get the same thing as root, any ideas?
