Help installing Elements 10

Hi, Elements 10 comes with a total of 5 cds. I am using mac and it says that you should start with disc number 3. I have installed this one but what am I supposed to do with the rest of cds? I have opened some of the other cd's and there are no more files to install. Could you please help me? thanks

By the fact that you have 5 discs this means you have either purchased Premiere Elements 10 or the Photoshop and Premiere Elements 10. For either bundle the install files are located on disc three. You can also find additional content on disc five. I would recommend reviewing Install Premiere Elements, Photoshop Elements - http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/install-premiere-elements-photoshop-elements. html which has additional details regarding the contents of the disc.

Need help installing Elements 12 on new computer!

I have used the correct serial number, I called the help support desk and the technician told me that she didn't know what to do to fix the issue. Any suggestions?
The editing portion of the software downloaded to the new computer works just fine. However the organizer doesn't load at all. I tried re-loading it but the system tells me I have two many computers.
I can't deactivate the old one as the all-in-one monitor does not work.
Any suggestions? Please don't tell me to just buy Elements 13...I can't yet.

Contact Adobe support using chat and ask them to reset your activation count - ask for nothing more than that or they might tell you they do not support your older software and not help at all. After that you should not be getting a "two many computers" message when you try to install and activate.

I need help re installing adobe elements on my new laptop. I do not want to purchase a new version I have elements 12.
But I do not know how to install it on my computer

Just install it. If you mean you have a disc version and your new computer has no disk drive, download the trial and enter your serial number into that.

Did you run the installer? By default it should be downloaded to your User folder.

Help installing elements 9 in mac

I installed and used it one time. When I tried opening it the next time, it said it was missing some elenents and to reinstall it. I went to the uninstall folder, and clicked uninstall and it said it finished. I tried putting the disc back in, but intstructions don't come back on. I can't figure out how to reinstall it...please help.

Just before letting changes (installation in this case) be made on the system, Mac OS prompts for password & this has to be the Mac system password. This password prompt is the system's own native prompt & would accept the system password only. Please make sure it is the right system password (all/admin rights) and the installaion should run.

Try this. Uninstall, download from http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/photoshop-elements-10-11-downloads.html and install from the downloaded file using the serial number from your retail version.

You cannot install any desktop software of your choosing on iPad Air - only apps specifically written for the iOS operating system and available via the Apple App Store.
Adobe desktop products - including Elements 11 - require the Mac OS X desktop operating system (e.g Mavericks etc). The iPad Air runs the Apple iOS mobile operating system. Software designed for OS X will not run on iOS and vice versa.
The only way to download and install software on the iPad is via the Apple App Store. That's an Apple restriction so they can control your iPad environment and get their cut of App Store sales.
Adobe mobile apps, including Photoshop Touch and Photoshop Express, for various mobile platform including iOS and Android are listed here

That's the only Adobe software available for mobile devices, including iPad, so far. Lightroom Mobile is coming soon but it's not ready yet.

The replies from here are not instantaneous. But, your fellow users all try to respond as timely as possible.
What is your computer operating system?
From where are you downloading Premiere Elements 13....direct from Adobe as the tryout or the purchased product? If the purchased product, do you now have a purchased serial number to go with the installation files?
Where are you stopped in the installation....at the Sign In or before? Is the faulting module cited in any messages? What are the error messages?
The usual questions:
1. Are you working with the antivirus and firewall(s) disabled?
2. Are you running the computer programs as administrator?
3. Are you working with a pen and tablet device instead of mouse?
4. Is your video card/graphics card up to date according to the web site of the manufacturer of the card?
5. Are you installing the program to the default location on the Local Disc C (if Windows).
Let us start here and then decide what next based on the details that you post. Subsequent troubleshooting may include:
deletion of the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file and/or uninstall, free ccleaner run through, reinstall with antivirus and firewall(s) disabled.

Re-installing Elements after an OS upgrade - Help?

I'm finally going to upgrade from WindowXP to Windows 7, which I know will wipe out all of my programs. I have my installation discs for Elements 7, but upgraded online to Elements 8 two years ago. downloadig the software. Can anyone tell me how I re-install Elements 8 after I upgrade the OS? If you have bought the upgrade of the Element 8 which was the download then the download link should be present in the same Adobe ID through which you bought the product or in which your serial number is present
If incase the download is not present in your Adobe Id account then downlaod the software from below link and use your serial number to serialize it:-

Hi,
Since you already have one copy activated the serial number must be logged in your account details - I would first check that the one logged and the one you are attempting to enter are the same.
You can check your account details by going to www.adobe.com and clicking on Manage Account. You need to sign in with your Adobe Id and then click on View All under Plans & Products. Next click on View your products and after a while it should produce your list.
If there is a problem with the serial number, only Adobe can help you there (we are just users). Please see the response in this thread
