HELP it's driving me nuts..... RELOADING
For some reason lately... Logic has been reloading the Audio Instruments being used in the song that I am working on every time I hit the save button. I don't know if I hit a wrong button in some preferences somewhere o what but it's slowing down my productivity and unstrable as well. Can somebody stop it from reloading the samples everytime I hit the Apple+S key command??? Please Help quickly!
I've had this before as well.
Have you saved as a project, rather than the song?
If you save as project and have specified to copy the instruments and samples to the project directory, then Logic will copy any used stuff, relink the new locations into the song by reloading the new copies, then save the song.

Then update it to new email address. Creating a new AppleID is usually not a good thing as anything on your old account will not be transferred to your new account.

Restoring it will not delete it.
You need to turn it off (Settings > iCloud - Delete account then re-enable it with updated AppleID.
This is the ONLY way you can do it. -
Hi all.
I need some help. I have recently installed a new Hard Drive in my Macbook and have re-installed Snow Leopard. Since doing so there have been a few things that haven't been quite the same.
1) Certain buttons decided they didnt want to work anymore. These being the Space Bar, the Tab key, all four arrow keys, Caps lock, Volume up, Eject, and a few others.
After putting up with this for a couple of weeks and looking at numerous forums, they all of a sudden came back to life (Hence why I'm actually able to type this message) THEN, they packed up again. Then started again, then packed again, and so on. They seem to have a mind of their own.
Please... does anyone know whats going on? Is it a hardware prob? Is it something to do with the way Ive installed the Hard Drive? Have I forgotten to do something?
2) Ever since my buttons initially came back to life, the "Do you want to restart you computer?" window keeps popping up every couple of minutes.
It's the window that says "Restart, Sleep, Cancel, Shut Down"
It's driving me insane and I can't help but think that the two probs are related.
If anyone out there has any ideas at all, they would be most welcome.

In a nutshell: Yosemite is a work in progress and full of bugs. Apple doesn't get a major release right until the dot five update or so. Yosemite has a long way to go till it gets to OS X 10.10.5.

ok here is the problem,,, i got my ipod shuffle for xmas, was working good until something crashed on my harddrive i had to format harddrive , now itunes is not seeing that i have a ipod, my computer is because when i plug it in says "to safely remove hardware". I think lost all music on it which is fine as long as i can get it to work again.. i tried to use the ipod updater and it just says initializing and doesnt do anything else.. when i clici on the battery to see if it is charged nothing at all happens, but on the front the green light lights up when i push a button... i know surely it cant be the battery as i have only used this for less than a month and then only used it on 4-5 occasions b4 i had all these problems..

Make sure you fully meet all requirements -- you might have to contact your carrier to be sure since one of the requirements involves them. I suggest contacting them and asking them very specifically if your current service plan allows you access to AppWorld.

Hi. We had Firefox 5 (I think) but when it updates itself we lose connection. I contact Mcafee who said that Firefox is not being blocked by Firewall but has full access and to contact you.

I have the 8320 with os 4.5 and have only had it for a few days,I am trying to download app world but I can't. It wont let me download to desktop,it says;downloads via USB are not enabled for this product and when I try and download it through my blackberry browser it says my device does not meet the system requirements that are needed to support blackberry app world.??? I don't no what to do,please help.

Also install the widget A1 so you actually can see the log of what TM is doing.
It is not unusual to have to simply start over.. full factory reset of the TC and erase the drive.. start over.
Use ethernet for the first TM backup to the TC.. with wireless off.. after that you can go back to wireless if you need to. -

I did this stopmation movie worth of 322 pictures of 640x480.
However since my computer is really bad when I try to publish it it
says "not enough memory".
So I saved it onto a flash drive and brought it to a school
computer and try to compile the flash movie into a .swf on the
school computer. However, all the images in the movie are not
showing up. When I check the frame it says it IS a keyframe and
that means there IS something on the frame but it is either currupt
or hidden.
When I check the library, double clicking to see what went
wrong with all the images not showing up, when I click the image
the flash editor freezes and shuts down.
It seems when the computer fails to compile the file due to
not enough memory, all the image files in the movie become corrupt?
GAH! What am I suppose to do! T_TThe FLA is corrupt - you imported 322 images as a sequence -
you should always save first - then
publish - saving to flash drives can sometimes fail if not
done properly - always save the source to
local hard drive - then, copy the FLA to the flash drive and
then use windows hardware manager to
eject it - dont just pull it out because you can unplug it
too soon before the FLA is totally copied
over to it.
If you still have the images (and you should) - just start a
new FLA and re import them.

JanAbout 5 days ago for no apparent reason at all, about
7000 songs which i have collected over a number of
years has just decided that it wont play in ITUNES or
in any other of my media players. When you click on
Play over a song nothing happens. The play icon
doesnt even come up on the screen.
Steps I have taken so far are:
1 - Remove all tracks from ITUNES and then re-add the
folder where all the songs are. This has obviously
removed all songs, but when I have re-added the
folder , it has added about 650 tracks back on to the
playlist. These 650 tracks will play. This leaves
approx 6400 tracks that it wont play.
By the way all the songs on my PC are MP3 type and I
have had no problem playing any of them until last
week.
2 - I have re-installed ITUNES and reinstalled
Quicktime and that has not worked.
3 - All of my songs are backed up on to a External
Hard Drive. I have tried to restore the songs and
also play them directly from the external hard drive.
I get the same problem when I do this.
4 - I have enabled and allowed all permissions for
the account that I am running the PC from.
I am guessing there must be some settnig or Registry
Key that is blocking me playing the tracks from the
PC. I have also tried to launch the songs in Media
Player and Sonic stage but thsi has not played
either.
All the tracks are in the folder structure as they
were before so I know they are there. I just need to
somehow unlock them.......
If anyone has any ideas, I would be very grateful as
I dont want to lose my entire music collection.
Also I cannot find anyweher on here that is a Support
number or email address for Apple as this is an
ITUNES issue and they should be resolving it for
me!!!!

I forgot my original password..my ID was disabled..I did factory restore through iTunes..I was sent email from apple with the 2 step recovery..I had followed instructions only to find one part that asked for my old password before I could re set a new one !
It's driving me nuts..it's ridiculous and I'm still unable to use any apps or face time..

My delete button in my to do's closes the app. I've closed all the background running apps and have restarted my phone and even tried syncing to my iTunes. It's driving me nuts. Please help!

DRIVING ME NUTS...PLASE HELP!!!
This is driving me nuts. Now, whenever I render or scan(forget what the function is called when you slide the mouse on the timeline to view the clip), MY COMPUTER SHUTS OFF! Then, when I turn it back on my imported files are mising and swapped. For exmple Clip #3 will play back as Clip #45..HELP!!!!!
More info please... Format, sequence settings etc...
Could be dodgy Ram... in which case, shut computer down and remove Ram sticks one by one until problem goes away.
Could be corrupt render files... Did you have to render your sequence? If so, dump all render files and re-render.
Could be corrupt media files/directory... When you scrub through the timeline, does it crash at the same point? Try to see if there is one particular clip that causes issues. If so, remove clip from capture scratch and re-capture.
Firstly though, before anything... Have you tried trashing preferences? -
Every time I turn on my laptop about half a dozen previous documents open up and I have to close them before I can begin. Can anyone help me prevent this from happening as it's driving me nuts!
First thing to (un)check:
When you shutdown/restart, there's a dialog box which confirms your request. In that box is a little checkbox which you should uncheck.
