Help!! it was working a minute ago now its a blank screen
i have an iphone 3GS and everything was just working great. Went to go get some info from it and it won't respond. Its just a blank screen. The battery is fully charged and I have it now plugged into the computer... and still nothing... help
First, remove the case to check for it covering the proximity sensor that turns off the display when you hold it to your ear.
If that doesn't fix it hold HOME and SLEEP until the Apple logo appears. Disconnect from the computer first.

My ipod touch 5g was working 5 minutes ago now I can't turn it on!
I have no idea if its the actual ipod itself or just the screen but when I press the button at the top, literally nothing happens and it was working about 5 minutes ago!
My home button has been broken for a while so I cannot do a reset otherwise I would, its at least 2 years old this ipod, but it's done me well until now.

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

First you can try to force reboot your phone. To do this:
1. Hold down the sleep/wake button and home button simultaneously.
2. Let go when the Apple logo appears and the iPhone is booting up.
If that doesn't work, you might need to hook the phone up to your computer and do a full restore through iTunes. -

I'm afraid you have dug yourself into a pit. Your feed - which appears to be OK - does however include this line:
<itunes:new-feed-url>http://www.pointsofinterestpodcast.com/feed</itunes:new-feed-url>
This redirects the iTunes Store and the iTunes application to that URK: however it's a web page, and cannot be read by iTunes. Hence it's not now possible to subscribe to your feed, and as the Store cannot read it it's been removed.
As the podcast has been removed you will have to submit it again as a new podcast. You will have to change the title slightly, or you will be told that it's already been submitted (even though it's been removed - this is a long-standing bug in the automated part of the submissions process). Obviously, take that tag out of the feed first. -
I clicked on something by mistake and now have a white blank screen.
Make sure that you do not run Firefox in full screen mode (press F11 or Fn + F11 to toggle; Mac: command+Shift+F).
If you are in full screen mode then hover the mouse to the top to make the Navigation Toolbar and Tab bar appear.
You can click the Maximize button at the top right to leave full screen mode or right click empty space on a toolbar and use "Exit Full Screen Mode" or press F11.

If the menu bar is hidden then press the F10 key or hold down the Alt key to make the menu bar appear.

My phone won't turn on.. but it was working five minutes ago perfectly.. help!!!
So i woke up, was texting on my phone that works perfectly or so i thought.. Come back from getting something to eat and the phone won't turn on.. I've used 2 different charges to try to charge it, plugging it into my computer and 2 different wall chargers. What was the exact wording of the error message? Usually a number or other information is provided in addition to just saying unknown error.

My iphone randomly turned off out of nowhere. I was getting dressed, my phone was working one minute then literally the next it syopped now it wont charge i cant turn it on however the phone is on cause i called it and it rang. There is no reason to put it in DFU mode, a reset should work. Although, without a working power button it is not possible to reset the device.
Sounds like it is time to replace the damaged device. -
Why has my ipad mini stopped connecting with my iPhone 4S? I used to use it to download books, or transfer emails to my ipad mini. It was fine 3 days ago, now I get a message saying " cannot join with iPhone" Any help greatly appreciated.
You can try resetting your iPad and iPhone by simultaneously pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until you see the Apple Logo. This can take up to 15 seconds so be patient and don't release the buttons until the logo appears.
Try again to see if the problem persists. -
when i open itunes, it gives me a message "the folder itunes is on a locked disk or you do not have write permissions for this folder" i am the only user and it was working a week ago whats wrong with it? it will not open itunes

It's not uncommon for it to not work the first time and sometimes, you have to try it a few times. Turn off your antivirus software and your firewall while you are trying to restore the iPad. Enable them again after you restore.
If that still won't work, post back with detailed information as to what exactly does happen as you go through the process. -
Why won't Firefox automatically show new Hotmail emails or easily down load attachments when it was working a week ago?
Hotmail has been having a few hiccups lately I'm afraid.
If you don't see any emails when you log in, or nothing appears after some time, click in the middle of the grey bar on the left which has the word "'''Inbox'''" in it. This usually causes them to magically appear for some strange reason.
I've read on on a few blogs that Microsoft is working on the problem, but don't hold your breath.<br><br>
