Help!!! LC designer 8.2 and properties access in Adobe Pro 9

I have made a PDF in Designer but when i saved it and opened it with Adobe Pro 9, i don't have anymore Access to the page Properties./Initial view even if there is no protection on the PDF. and i need to keep an access to hide the "purple taskbar" where there is the "Sent" button.
Adobe put this button when you are using Acrobat.com to diffuse your PDF
i don't want it when we open the PDF with Reader
Do you know how to keep an access or to disable this taskbar

The banner at the top of the screen is called the Document Message Bar (DMB), it is purple for forms, and blue for certified or signed documents.
The document message bar can only be turned off by changing the program preferences. You can NOT script the DMB per form.
In Acrobat or Reader, you can go to Edit --> Preferences, Locate the Forms category and check the box "Always hide forms document message bar". Turning this off in Acrobat does not turn it off in Reader, each applications preferences are independent.

As far as acquiring news versions goes, the only benefit you will get from owning CS4 is that you can get a Creative Cloud subscription at a special rate for the first year. https://creative.adobe.com/#plans
Otherwise, since CS4 is not in the upgrade path for CS6 products, you can purchase CS6 applications at full price.

Export preferences and signatures out of Adobe Pro

Hello, I am due to format and upgrade a number of laptops that have Adobe Pro installed. Whils't i can reinstall Adobe Pro we need to preserve all preferences/settings especially the signatures used to digitally sign documents. I am not 100% on the signing process but am told that we need to make sure that we can still work with existing documents that have previously been signed. Your help is appreciated. Thanks

Help! Design loads blue and purple over every color in cs5 Photoshop

Issue just started a couple of weeks ago.
Step Done:
1. Changed Profile Setting
2. Deleted Preferences
Design file works on test laptops.

So it is just this file, or are other sRGB files displaying this color cast in this PC using CS5?
I'd like to check two things:
normfb has great advice about turning off (unchecking) the GPU under Photoshop's Performance > Preferences.
We want to rule out the graphics card. So let's see if it makes a difference.
Also check your Graphics card maker website for driver updates for your particular model. Outdated drivers are a common problem.
It could also be a corrupt Monitor Profile, so rule it out following these directions.:
On a Windows computer, try going to Control Panels> Color Management and setting the monitor profile to sRGB IEC61966-2.1 (sRGB) — Windows 8, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 will likely have similar control panels to set the default monitor profile here.
Let me know what works.

Need help on Inspire t 6200 and PCIE XFI titanium Fatality pro series

I need help on this.
I have PCIE X-FI Titanium Fatality Pro Series. and I just bought 5. Speakers Inspire t 6200.
However, I have some problems.
1. In Mass Effect or Other game Or dvd I cant make the center work. It means you can hear the music and background sound clearly but no Voice at all that ussualy come from center channel.
2I Tested over audio controler from the disk. When I put 5. speaker configuration, the sound is coming from center and left channel for left channel and same thing for the other side. However, When the test is trying to test the center and rear speake, the sound are muffled.
3. Is X FI only for Headset only or you can use Pc Speaker ? And how to configuration for Inspire t6200 with my sound card.
I am using Windows xp sp 3
4g Ram

Would like to know if I can connect a macbook pro and link to a PC in any way and still access the macbook pro's files. Display is out/have black screen. I want to back up before I send for repair, but don't own another mac to restart 7.

Is there any way to connect my 2011 macbook pro to my PC laptop (Dell) so that I can get files off of the Mac? The display on the pro is out and I've got a black screen. The computer turns on. Actually it turned on one time after many tries and when I took it the Mac store the guy hit restart before I could stop him. I don't have another Mac to back up files to in restart 7 mode and I can't see my external hard drive to copy to when the computer has no display, so I am at a loss on how to get the files. I would like to get them before I send in for repairs. Any suggestions are appreciated.

The only other thing I can think of is to pull the drive out and hook it to another machine with a USB enclosure. Something like this:

Problem with Adobe Pro and Reader on terminal server

Hi,
We have have a Terminal Server environment with Adobe Pro and Reader. We have security for Adobe Pro, so only certain user has access to Adobe Pro and all users has access to Adobe Reader.
Some users receive many email with pdf's attachments in Outlook and need to print these attachments. They use the Outlook function to print email and attachment automatically. The users who has access to Adobe Pro can print attachment automatically with no problem.
The problem is user who only have access to Adobe Reader. The user can't print attachment automatically with the email, only the email is printed. But, they can open attachment and print with Adobe Reader. But, it's impossible to open each attachment because there are so many.

So if I understand correctly,
1. You have installed Acrobat Pro & Reader on a Terminal server.
2. You have created a security group in your Active Directory Users & Computers for users having access to Acrobat
3. You have set permissions on C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 11.0\Acrobat\Acrobat.exe and C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 11.0\Acrobat\Acrotray.exe on the terminal server and provided access only to the security group created above.
4. Users are accessing the Terminal server through RDWeb or connecting remotely through MSTSC (RDP) or using a .RDP file
5. Users get emails with PDF attachments and print the mail directly without opening the PDF in Reader.
Users check the box to print the attachments with the mail (see snapshot below):
Some questions:
1. What is the OS and platform (x86 or x64) of the terminal server?
2. What are the versions of Acrobat & Reader on the terminal server?

Using adobe pro 9 to move photos out of jpeg into a word doc and keeping name of file as well

I had an issue at work today and I wanted to move 300 jpeg photos into word. The file became very large and I query whether adobe pro 9 can reduce size of the picture and also the size of the file before putting it into word. I also wanted the name of the file to appear.

Sorry I may not have been clear. With adobe pro 9 there is a function to combine files which is what I did. I selected all the jpegs right hand click to convert to adobe (in windows). This was sufficient for my purpose but I wanted the name of the file to also appear on each of the jpeg files. I heard it is possible.

No, you can easily migrate your entire library from one working compter to another.
If you fail to backup or migrate your library and find yourself with nothing but a new empty computer and a device full of content iTunes is designed to only recover the iTunes purchased content, however third party tools can help recover everything if needed.

you will be ok updating to the new software but there will be some trade off. i have 3 macbooks 2006 that are all running the latest versions.
some of the trade off are
1-2 less of battery life
slow wake ups from sleep
slower start up time about 30-40 seconds longer then what you have now
the operating system will use high % of your processer while idealing
these are not the things you want to hear about a new os compared to the old one but this is how it is even with a new macbook pro. but it's not the end of the world. just make sure you have at least more then 2GB of ram and have a good harddrive and you will be ok.

Help creating apple script to create folder and set access levels

I'm trying to create folders in FileMaker Pro using apple script and need some help in setting the access level for the folders. I want to set both Staff and everyone to Read and Write access. Secondly I would like to have a function key set on the desktop to create new folders and set that same access level. The default access is Read and I can not find a way to change that.

You should still be able to recover your media through iTune's "open" feature:
Connect your time machine drive and navigate to it in Finder.
Open the backup.backupd (or similar) folder.
Pick a recent date (folder)
Pick through to your home folder
drag the music folder onto itunes in the dock

You must have had find my iPhone on, or it was locked by your phone carrier.
Call your our cell carrier first.
then log on to a computer to iCloud to erase your iPhone.
NOW... You will be able to setup with a backup.
