the screen is frozen. it keep switching from apple icon to the passcode screen

then i tried to connect it to the itunes, itunes asked me to enter the passcode and facing the old problem, i cannot enter the passcode since the screen frozen.

As the new Apple Music has come out, they have introduced a "Love" button from the lock screen on iPhone- With this introduced it must be possible for developers to use that space to add a "Add to Your Music" If it is, then I would love that feature when riding my bike and don't have much time for leaving focus from the road.

You need to stop the recording. Is it reading Recording Paused? If so, instead of tapping the red button to stop it, tap the word DONE. That is what actually stops the recording. Tapping the red button just pauses it.

So I've noticed that the camera option on the lock screen has disappeared, i tried looking everyone online for a solution, but they were all for ios5, saying to double tap the home button, I tried that anyways, so I know for sure that didnt work. I receive emergency requests for service thru e mails. my old BB let you assign separate sounds for incoming e mail addresses. can I duplicate that with Iphone or MUST I be woken with each and every incoming e mail?

I have email messages alert sounds turned off except for VIP addresses (of which I have only one). That means I only get alerted for that one address.
To add a Contacts entry to VIP senders in iPhone Mail:
Open your list of mailboxes in iPhone Mail.
Tap the > button next to VIP.
Select Add VIP… at the list's end.
Tap the desired entry from your contacts.
Then, in Notifications>Mail, turn off the souds for your email account but enable them for VIP.
Note that all VIP emails will have the same tone. It's more like the Priority feature on a BB than custom text tones.

How to set email notification on home page lock screen on iphone 4s . Settings did not work, what am I missing?

I have a iphone 4s. I cannot get any email notifications on the home page/ lock screen. Also to find out if i have mail i have to press on the email icon and it will update , then it will show i have mail. I talked to a verizon technician and went trough all the settings . He suggested to reset the settings to default , if that does not work i need to replace the phone. Any suggestions ? Am I missing something?

What are you rmail settings? Sounds like manual pull versus push, is this correct? If your email provider does not offer "push" mail like gmail or iCloud then change from manual pull to hourly or the interval you prefer; more frequent can degrade battery performance.
Also, go to Settings > Notifications and select "Mail" and move "view in lock screen" to on to see message previews in the lock screen.

Help: Lock Screen Image Not Changing :(

This is so annoying...even when I change wallpaper, the lock screen picture stays put. Tried resetting wallpaper to factory installed one but still doesn't change. How do I go about this pls? Or is there a way it can be changed without changing the wallpaper? Help out guyz... Thanks!

What BlackBerry 10 smartphone are you using? Also what version of BlackBerry device software are you running? Go to Settings>About to get this information.

Lock screen frozen

i am unable to side my lock screen. but when i used siri i was able to tap the screen, how can i get my screen to slide if it won't let me tap the screen

First see if you have the accessibility VoiceOver feature turned on.
Triple click the home button and try going to Settings>General>Accessibility and turn VoiceOver off. You may have to use three fingers to scroll the screen to get there. If problems see the following for how to turn off via iTunes:
iPhone: Configuring accessibility features (including VoiceOver and Zoom)
If not successful
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup. See:
iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

Glitchy/malfunctioning lock screen on iPhone 4S

I've had this same issue with two different phones (one brand new and the other refurbished).
Sometimes when I hit the On/Off switch to display the lock screen, the screen will erratically light (briefly turn on and then go black) or it takes several presses for it to allow me to unlock the screen and use the phone. Sometimes when this happens, horizontal bars will appear across the top half of the screen. This occurs randomly. Also, this problem ONLY happens when I use the On/Off button, not when I press the Home button.
Also, with both phones, tiny but noticeable specks of discoloration will appear on the screen during startup (when Apple logo is on). The only way I could describe it is similar to when movies in the theater show the opening credits and spots randomly show up on the screen.
Not sure why this would happen on BOTH phones. Hope others have experienced this and have some input that might help.

I was on a long call. I locked the phone and slipped it in my pocket. Apparently the lock screen camera had activated though it had not taken any shots . The result was post my 40 odd minute call when I pulled the phone out to disconnect I discovered the camera was active and phone was hot and battery had reduced for 92% to around 50%. If this is a business phone and connected, for example, to an Exchange server then the security profile on your device can be changed to eliminate certain options considered insecure like setting Auto-Lock to "Never". Check on this.

Phone got dropped GRRRRRR, Sim now locked. I Know the code but the screen has frozen at max enlargement so I can't get access to keypad. Have tried removing SIM and rebooting numerous times. No luck. Can someone help? S
