Help lost my itunes on my pc it's all still on my ipods how do i get it all back onto my itunes
Ipods are fine
My pc had an upgrade to windows 7
On getting it back all my itunes are gone
Have reinstalled itunes but dont want to wipe my ipod by connecting it
Cannot add cds again as its 53+ days worth!
If you purchased all of the songs through itunes store, please follow these steps:
1. Open up Itunes and Click on Itunes Store
2. Once you're in the Itunes Store look to right side of the screen and you should see the word "purchased". Click purchased and you'll be sent to a purchase screen.
3. Click on "All Songs" and then it will show all the songs you've downloaded. From there you just hit the button that looks like a cloud with an arrow on it, and it will download all the songs all over again.
If you didn't purchase them through Itunes, then you'll have to download software that will strip the songs from your iPod onto your computer. And here is a step by step guide show you how to copy iPod songs to computer. Hope it helps. Feel free to email me if you need further help.

TS1363 ITunes just wiped out most of the books on my iPod, How do I get it all back on?
ITunes just wiped out most of the books on my iPod, saying device (the same one I've been using for several years) is not authorized. This seems to be a response to getting a new computer and authorizing it (while deauthorizing the five I had authorized). Device authorization in Files does not all authorization (it's pale).
How do I reload on to iPod? It's all on the computer.Do you load content on the iPod manually (by dragging items to the iPod in iTunes), or do you have automatic sycning set up?
If it's automatic syncing, you need to select the iPod in iTunes. There is a row of buttons starting with Summary. Click on Books there. This Books screen is where you tell iTunes how to sync audiobooks to the iPod. Set that up and click Apply.
If you load content manually, just drag the audiobooks you want from the iTunes Books library to your iPod in iTunes. -
I synced (updated) my iphone to itunes and some songs were deleted from my iphone playlist on my phone. On the computer, a circle is next to the song and the title faded out. What the heck is that all about and how do I get my songs back onto my phone playlist? Never happened before. My software is up to date?

Did you buy anything from the App Store? All of those stores are connected to the iTunes Store so that's probably why you got something that said iTunes on it.
If you bought an app, for example, that was $30 you'll probably see "iTunes Store" on the receipt. -
I have just upgraded my ipad to ios 5.1.1. I did a backup to itunes before the upgrade. I have been able to get my books & music back onto my ipad but how do I get my apps back onto my ipad?
If the apps are not on your computer's iTunes (did you do File > Transfer Purchases prior to starting the update ?), then you could try downloading them to your computer (re-downloading) and then restoring to your backup and see if that restores them and their settings/content - a backup doesn't contain the actual apps, just their content/settings, so for the restore to work fully iTunes needs access to the apps so that it can restore them.

I uninstalled my iTines and re-installed on my Fujitsu laptop.When I went to synch, I was unable tosynch my iPod to my iTunes. In addtion,I am unable to put my iTunes library of 100s of songs back onto my iTunes or iPod.I have lost all my compilations and my playlists.

Resolution
1. Quit iTunes.
2. Download and install the latest version of iTunes.
3. Use the Finder (Mac) or Windows Explorer (Windows) to go to the iTunes folder that contains the iTunes library files:
Mac OS X
/Users/username/Music/iTunes/
Microsoft Windows Windows XP and Windows 2000
\Documents and Settings\username\My Documents\My Music\iTunes\
Microsoft Windows Windows Vista and Windows 7
\Users\username\Music\iTunes\
4. Drag the iTunes Library file from the above location to the Desktop.
5. Open the Previous iTunes Libraries folder in the iTunes folder.
6. Locate the file named iTunes Library YYYY-MM-DD where YYYY-MM-DD is the date you upgraded iTunes (Year-Month-Day).
7. Drag this file to the iTunes folder (the enclosing folder).
8. Rename this file to iTunes Library.
9. Open iTunes.
You should now see your missing content in iTunes.

No CD drive, how can i get my CD's onto my iTunes/iPhone?
I have recently bought a new laptop, I couldn't afford a lot so I only bought one which had the essentials for what I use it for, this meant that this laptop didn't come with a CD drive. Itunes is charging me for a app that i never bought. how do i get my money back?
I went to buy a song on my iPod touch a couple of days ago. The song costs 1.29 but my iTunes account told me i only had 0.76 cents left. Just a month or so ago i had 46.00 dollars in my account and i had not bought anything since then. I then logged onto my iTunes account and went to my recent purchases and it told me i had bought a game a month ago for 45.00. I know i had never bought this game because i had never even heard of the game. The music should all be in your iTunes library on the computer. Media sync is one way, from computer to phone, with the exception of music purchased on the phone.
