Go to: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/evalcenter/hh973401.aspx
Review the system requirements.
Click the Get Started Now button.
Complete the first page of the registration. (Make sure you are selecting the correct version -32 or 64 bit).
Click Continue to advance to the second page of the registration.
Complete the second page of the registration (business address etc).
Click Continue to advance to the Project Key page. Print the page. Select the appropriate language
On the Project page, click Download. After the download manager starts, select "Save File".
After the download has finished, navigate to your download location. The file will end in .img. It needs to be burned to a disc to extract. For details on burning to CD or DVD see:

Cannot download free trial of Visio Pro 2013
I have tried repeatedly to download the free trial of Visio Professional 2013. Each time, the download aborts with a message that Tech Support is working on the issue. Can we find out what the issue is, and when it will be resolved? Anxious

Part of the problem in helping is likely that there is no program Adobe -- that is the company name. You are in the Acrobat forum, but it sounds like you have subscribed to Export PDF or such, a different program. The subscription to Acrobat is currently $19.99 per month.

I have been waiting to get Photoshop all of 2014 and now I finally can. I tried downloading the free trial but then it took me to a page that said I could not download it because it was not supported. I am using a 2008 iMac that I got for christmas. Please help I really want photoshop!

What? I don't understand if you are asking me a question or telling me what to do. I am using IE9 and when I clicked the "Download now" button, a new tab did not open or anything like that nor did another window open.

Under Windows 7 you will want to use the Programs and Features Control Panel to remove your installation. I would recommend verifying that Photoshop Lightroom is removed from the list of installed applications. -

i bought and downloaded iWork when i bought my macbook pro and i used to save my documents on words. then a few weeks ago, i downloaded a free trial of microsoft office but unregistered and deleted it a week after. now i can't save my documents on word. if you had an acrobat XI trial installed at some other time, there's no easy way to get another 30 day trial.

I am Windows 8. When downloading the free trial of LR5 i get a message that my SmartScreen cannot be accessed. I click "Run Anyways". The file downloads and when I execute it, the installation/download remains hung up trying to reach servers. Can anyone help with this? Thanks.
