Not knowing what "loaded" means:
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Do you have a backup? If so you could try restoring from that. Anything you created since the backup was made will be lost.

Restarting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears then let go.
Backup, reset, restore on icloud or itunes or restore as new.
Place the phone into recovery mode by doing this

HELP: Lost all my music and my ipod does not show up in I-Tunes.
Okay, my Ipod was stuck on Do Not Disconnect. I rebooted it by hold menu and middle button. Well now the problem is that all my music is gone. I hooked it up to the computer so I could sync it again in itunes thinking that the music would reappear. But i can't do that cause my ipod isn't showing up in I-tunes. I double checked to make sure it's plugged up, but nothing? How do I get I-tunes and the computer to recogize my i-pod.
PLEAS HELPFirst of all, try another port on your computer. Some ports are not connected direct to the motherboard and do not recognize the iPod as well as those that are. Reset the iPod each time you connect it to another port.

I'm having trouble charging my iPod. I plug my charger and it charges to the point where it turns on and after its on it stops charging and the iPod shuts off after 1 minute. What is the problem?

The SD card slot can use cards that are Standard SD (Secure Digital) 4 MB to 2 GB, SDHC (Secure Digital High Capacity) 4 GB to 32 GB, and SDXC (Secure Digital Extended Capacity) 4G B to 2 TB. MMC can also be used in this slot. MiniSD, MicroSD, and higher density formats like MiniSDHC and MicroSDHC can also work with the use of "passive" adapters that conform to the width and thickness specifications listed above."

How do i enable a disabled ipod that does not want to restore
the ipod does not want to go into recovery mode or anything and it is disabled for at least 21,883,900 minutes. help
Restore, if iTunes will let you. Everything except the password will be restored. Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. Be forewarned that it takes a long time. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore, go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here. -

Does this mean that the iPod works fine but when you connect the iPod to your computer iTunes does not see - your iPod?
- Have you tried:
iPhone, iPad, iPod touch: Device not recognized in iTunes for Mac OS X
- If you really have OSX 10.6.x (not 10.5.8 as stated) try:
Mac OS X v10.6 or later: iOS device not recognized in iTunes after restart
- Have you tried another cable and USB port?
- If the iPod is not working then there are other things to try. -
My iPod does not update it self in iTunes. I click on the "update the latest version for your iPod" and it fails. Please help me.
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Help - iPod does not show up in iTunes or as disk in Windows Explorer
Would someone PLEASE tell me how to get my iPod to show up in iTunes or as disk in Windows Explorer?
According to our PC XP computers, we do not have an ipod and it won't charge when plugged into USB. It worked fine for 10 months until this morning (10/26/06). We have ruled out bad USB drive by using flash drive on that USB and it worked fine. Reseting ipod does not work (ipod does not respond to reset command hold toggle then hold menu + play for up to 10 sec). Reseting ipod within ipod menu does nothing. ANY suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!
