Like it says on the image you posted, your phone is not supported by the NSU you were using.
What version of PCSuite/NSU are you using? You can download amd install the latest version from

No, updates to this phone are only possible using a cable because of the large amount of data that is transferred.
You can find compatible cables on ebay for very low prices.

Help with connection. cannot update, cannot connect to itunes store

itunes store, software update, my olympus firmware update software, even the network "connection assistant" cannot connect to the server. I am told "the network connection was refused" or "cannot connect to the server". I tried the DNS link and it took me to the apple homepage, but fully functional. Firefox and Mail work just fine. Help?

Help! I cannot update to 10.5.2.

Ok, here's my problem.
I tried to update my system to 10.5.2 but failed to do so. I've downloaded the individual updater. But I could not mount the DMG. It just kept saying "codec overrun". Then I skipped the checksum and run the PKG file. But it gave an error message like "The installer could not validate the content of...blah,blah,blah".
And I tried the Software Update too. It did not work either. I've re-downloaded the file more than three times but it just did not work.
This would happen when I tried to install the trial-version of Parallels Desktop too (which has a DMG file with "invalid checksum").
But the installers of MSN messenger, Office 08 and some other programs worked just fine.
I've heard this might be caused by some compatibility problem of the RAM. Yes I've upgrade my macbook with two 2GB Kingston RAM. But I've run the Apple hardware test and it's reported none error.
I've replaced the kingston RAMs by the original ones which shipped along with my macbook, two 512MB. But still, I could neither mount the DMG file or install the PKG of updater.
So what shall I do to fix this problem? Does anybody have any idea?

So a clean install didn't work? Did the checksum of dmg files (for Parallels and others) fail before you tried to upgrade to 10.5.2? It sounds like you have some major issues with your boot volume, either hardware or software. Does your machine run ok with 10.5 or 10.5.1? If it does and you are not getting any checksum, verification or mounting problems with dmgs, you might want to invest in [DiskWarrior|http://www.alsoft.com] and see if it can help.
I think that Software Update says you have installed 10.5.2 because of the package receipt written to Library>Receipts>boms. Did you install the Graphics Update? After your re-formatted and re-installed Leopard, did you repair permissions before trying to upgrade to 10.5.2?
It is very strange about the Command-S thing. This is what I would do at this point...
Do you have an external HD for backing up? If you do, clone your macbook to it using either [CarbonCopyCloner|http://bombich.com] or [SuperDuper!|http://www.shirt-pocket.com/SuperDuper/SuperDuperDescription.html] . Verify that your clone boots up. (option key startup) If the clone works, re-install Leopard from the DVD. When you get to the Language Screen, select the language and continue. Once the installer is loaded, click on the Utilities menu in the Menu Bar and select Disk Utility. In Disk Utility, select your Hard Drive, not the volume name, and click the partition tab and re-partition your drive how you want it (# of partitions and so forth). Next click the Erase tab, click the Security Options button and select Zero Out Data. Once that is done, (it will take a while) quit Disk Utility and proceed with the Leopard install. I think that this process will flag any bad sectors on your HD for non-use. (This could be the root of the problems.)
That is all I can tell you without more information.

I’ve installed 9929 version by ISO image... In my pc it runs wonderfully and I’m really happy with it.Yesterday I tried to update it by windows update service to the newer 100041 but I received back this message
after the installations stopped at 9%:
“Couldn’t install technical preview your pc’s speed is less than 1 GHZ, so you won’t be install and run windows 10….”
My PC:
Motherboard: Asus Maximus VII Ranger bios version 2304 of 2/17/2015
Processor Intel i7-4790K 400 ghz
Ram 32 gb
HDD Samsung SSD 120 GB (all for Win 10)
How is it possible?

while i try to upload the new version, it says, like 3 hours later, that the connection with internet failed, and it has a strenght signal, so im not sure. and i tried to restore, and it doesnt allow me to to that tooo!

I'm in the same boat. I just purchased my iPad a couple of days ago and when I tried to sync it with iTunes it told me I needed to upgrade to 4.3.3. I have satellite internet at home and when I tried to upload/download, my internet usage meter reached it's limit and it shut down after 5-10 minutes of download. I wasn't able to get the 4.3.3 version.
Would disabling my firewall and antivirus/antispyware really allow me to download the 4.3.3 without reaching my internet usage limit???
Also, I have over 200+ songs on my computer, but on step 4 of 5 of the sync, iTunes says it could not sync 100 of my songs b/c "it could not find them." They are filed in my iTunes folder on my computer (PC). I understand why 100 of my songs are not on my iPad, but what about the other 100+ songs, why did they not sync? Some of the songs "not found" I actually purchased on iTunes!!! How can they not be found???

So before, i already posted a question about this and i just figured out that it is my internet conection that has the problem, not the ipod.

WHEN THERE IS AN APP UPDATE - it displays all the apps that needs to be updated
WHEN THERE'S NONE - it displays, ALL APPS ARE UP TO DATE.

When i connect to the internet at school, it shows the updates or the all apps are up to date when i go to the app store updates tab.
recently, i leave the update counter (the one beside the app store icon) until i get home so i can be sure there are apps that needs to be updated.
When i'm home and connect to the internet. Open the app store >updates tab:
WHEN THERE IS AN APP UPDATE - it keeps on loading.
WHEN THERE'S NONE - it keeps on loading.
And when there's an update counter and i connect to the app store at home, it disappears.
