Help! I lost My iPad

My iPad was stolen today. I have icloud but it has given me a message for awhile now that says not enough storage space to back up. I was planning to upgrade my icloud storage plan but have not done it yet. Is there any way for me to upgrade my iCloud remotely so that next time it connects to the internet it backs up to the icloud??? Any help appreciated

- If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up.
- You can also wipe/erase the iPod and have the iPod play a sound via iCloud.
- If not shown, then you will have to use the old fashioned way, like if you lost a wallet or purse.
- Change the passwords for all accounts used on the iPod and report to police
- There is no way to prevent someone from restoring the iPod (it erases it) using it.
- Apple will do nothing without a court order

Please help! I "lost" my iPad at a local store. The GPS on my phone shows the iPad is still in the store (over 24 hours.) I've searched every square inch of the store and cannot find it. I fear it may have been "stashed" by an employee. The police need a serial number for a report. How do I get that? Will I still be able to locate it via GPS after the battery dies?

Did you register it with Apple? If not, you would have had to write it down. Once the device goes out of wifi or if the thief turns wifi off...its gone. All they have to do is restore it as new, you wont be able to detect it again. Sounds bleak I know but its hard to get it back once its gone...no matter what Apple says.
I really hope it turns up...I hate thiefs. Best of luck.

Hi, I quitted Safari and press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons silmutaneously unti the Ipad turn off and on with the logo Apple appears but it has hanged on and fixed to the point. I do it again hold the Home and Sleep buttons silmutaneously and the Ipad turn off and on again with the Apple logo but it still is hanged on the same point. I have do it a few more time, it still hanged to the same point for few hours with no change (like picture):
I think my Ipad is fault now. I guess I must connect it to the computer with itune, or something. So my case is this: at the moment everytime I hold the Home and Sleep buttons the Ipad always off and reappear with the Apple logo and be hanged on (like the pic), and I need restoring my Ipad Safari bookmarks... so I guess I need using Itune or something to get back the Ipad then using Icloud or blah. If you had installed iOS 7 it would be Activation locked, but I see you only have iOS 5. You do have a backup of you iPad files on your computer or iCloud, don't you?
If the iPad was running iOS 7, the thief/finder will not ever be able to use it.

If you have registered your device, you can go to https://supportprofile.apple.com/ and log into your apple id. Your devices appear there with serial numbers.
Additionally, your serial number is included on the original receipt when purchased at any Apple Online or Apple Retail store, or any Authorized Apple Reseller.

I am sorry to hear that you lost your iPad Air 2. You will only see the last location if it has been off for less than 24 hours. Anything longer than that, it will not show up using the Find My feature. Take a look at the article below for more information.

Can anyone help I have lost my SETTINGS app on the opening screen of my iPad and can't find out where to retrieve it. I have re set the factory settings but it did not re-appear. I lost my iPad. I know that the iPad will need an internet connection to be found, but thats the problem where I live there is no internet. I lost it at my dormitory at school so I fear anyone will have it and take it home with them and it will never be found.
