You can't. Your mysterious benefactor must remove the device from her (I guess you know it's a her?) iCloud account by logging into icloud.com, going to Find my iPhone and removing from there.

Yes I was able to send but not receive - I actually was able to solve it myself
Everything on the menu bar was greyed out - so nothing there helped me @ all
Connection Doctor didn't show anything wrong
activity box was completely blank
shutdown - restart didn't work
I used the help option - still nothing
All the while my phone was vibrating like crazy with new emails
It was really frustrating & it seemed apple themselves don't have any real solutions to offer
My instincts told me to delete the email completely - so I did
After a few min I added the email account like a new one and it eventually worked - all my new emails were there, I still don't know why it stopped in the 1st place
Pretty much all the problems I run into I troubleshoot myself and find the solution -
Need a link or doc for ARP.

Cannot receive .doc & .xls files
I have searched the board, and read that a number of owners receive doc & xls files with no problems. I do receive the e-mail sent to my iPhone, but when it tries to display the file, it always states ( This message has no content ). I use embarqmail, and nothing is blocked. I do receive the attached files in my regular e-mail. They are short, xls = 56K, doc = 19K. Have tried many times, with different files. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Guy
what i have found is just that the edge data network is slow to actually download the attachment with the email... the email text comes in quickly but the attachment may take several minutes to actually download and show up...i have found that when i get and attachment i go into my inbox and just let it sit there for several minutes until the paperclip icon shows, then go into the email and the attachment should beavailable, if you go into the email before edge has downloaded it you might not ever get it on the phone... best to just wait until its there for sure...i have had to wait up to 30 minutes for the attachment to show after i received the email...hope this helps

version via Printomatic but it cannot print Flash members. My
questions are:
1. Is therre any way to print a swf cast member (not a
sprite)
2. How can I import an EPS file? - I have heard that it can

In iTunes the iPhone device icon will not show up whenever I plug in a USB into my PC but the iPhone icon will show up in 'This PC' so if anyone who knows a resolution to my problem with my iTunes or PC,it would really help me.I need at least Help or some Tips.I have already tried many things to iTunes and my PC like trying to restore my PC but that do anything.Also,would it be fine if i contacted (call) Apple Support? I just got a new iPod touch 4th generation and I'm trying to connect to my router and my iPod says, 'Cannont find network.' I don't know what to do! No other networks come up on the list so I can't 'tag' along with thier wifi. Please help. I need advice.
What type network is yu router set up for? The 4G iPod can only connect and see 2.4 GHZ networl like B, G and the 2,4 GHz N. There is also a 5 GHz N but the iPod will not even seethat network.

External hard drives no longer working in Mavericks - HELP! I need my data...

I recently upgraded to Mavericks (10.9.2) and this morning I was trying to find some files so connected my external hard drive (back-up 1). Light went on...nobody home. The drive didn't register as it had done last week. In my hurried state I plugged in external hard drive 2 (back-up 2) and the same thing happened.
Not phased by this I took my hard drives to work and tried them in my PC and also a friend's mac (not upgraded).
Annoyingly I cannot access anything, in fact they don't even register existence even though they are whirring with the lights on.
