Help request - Could need some help with a logo for my site

I have no idea how i should make my logo and it seems like i have no skills to make one either, i have been trying for days to make one that look decent but it end up looking really really bad each time.

I have a cleaner copy now after someone suggested GIMP, so played with it last night - though couldn't figure out transparency - that was clear on converter- just not cooperative till these wonderful directions.
So now I know how to do it without messing with the pic, and with messing with it - both good lessons and got a bit brighter color out of the deal.

Hello, I need iPod help!!!!

Ok, so I just bought Avril LAvigne's new CD on iTUnes, and uploaded it to my iPod. Now, the CD won't work on my iPod. I bought one song first(When Your Gone), then the rest of the album. (The single song was off the album, but it was on my iPod before the others.) Now, when I go to listen to that CD, it goes to When Your Gone no matter what song I put it on! If I select one song, it will skip around untill it Finds "When Your Gone" and when it passes each other song, the song has a diffrent picture, not that of the album. Sometimes is's a diffrent CD, other times it's a CD image enlarged, sometimes it's a random picture and sometimes even a blur of pixels! IT'S SO ANNYOING! I tried resetting the CD, but to no avail. Please help! Thanks in advance.

Need ipod help please windows to mac format !

I bought a used 2gb ipod nano. When I plug it into the computer via usb, the warning sign comes on the ipod and it says to "do not disconnect" and it just stays like that. I looked on the account menu on the ipod and it shows "windows" format. I am trying to use this on an iMac. Can this be the problem? If this is the case, how do I make it mac format ? The ipod does not show up on the desktop either when it is plugged in, so how do I change it ?

As to the "do not disconnect" message, if you have your iPod set to transfer your music manually, then that “do not disconnect” message will continue to be displayed on your iPod until you manually eject it.
You can do this by clicking on the little eject icon next to the iPod listing in the source window of iTunes, or right click on it and select “eject”. There is also an iPod 'eject' icon in the lower right hand corner of iTunes. Another way would be to use the “safely remove hardware” icon in the system tray next to the clock (looks like a grey rectangle with a green arrow above it). Click on this then select your iPod. Or through Windows, select start/my computer, right click on the iPod, select eject. With a Mac, drag the iPod into the trash.
If you have your iPod set to automatically sync with iTunes version 7 or later, connect the iPod and when you see the summary screen, uncheck the box marked "enable disk use".
If you are using an earlier version of iTunes, right click on the iPod in the source list, select options and uncheck the same box.
In future your iPod should automatically disconnect after it’s finished transferring music.

I just recently put new videos into itunes and then on to me ipod video(30 gig) and i marked a few of them as music videos by accident and i was woundering if theres a way to change that becuase i can find it under itunes 7. If its a REALLY easy answer then please dont make me fell like an idiot

I've accidentally gone onto "Enter Code To Unlock" on my Colour Ipod, which I have no idea is for. But I can't get back to the main Menu. How do I ?

Connect the iPod to the computer you use it with and open iTunes. When you disconnect the iPod from the computer, it will no longer be locked.
Is this an iPod with video playback capability? My iPod with color display doesn't have a screen lock.

HELP! I need some help from true Mac fans! What should I buy???

So, I'm moving to Japan, which has a couple of implications (other than the fact that my wife's parents and my parents are looking for any legal recourse to stop us from taking their only grandchild out of the country). More importantly however, I have had to sell my B&O TV and music system (different signals from the UK where we now live). I also decided to sell our stereo (or rather my wife decided it was too bulky so as long as it was not in the living room or bedroom I could keep it...). Finally, I need a new laptop for personal use. I have some friends that are absolute mac fans, who have convinced me to go over to the other side (i.e. yours).
The opportunity I now have is to create a complete system as I need a laptop, something to play my music, a TV, etc. Given I am starting from a clean sheet I was hoping somebody out there could help me 'design' a complete set-up. My wife and I are keen photographers (both photography and video), we like listening to music, and watching movies (we definitely need a region-free DVD player), so what should we buy?
Any input would be hugely appreciated.

It sets up pretty well, too; I like it more than Mircrosoft's implementation (language bar).
Only thing to keep in mind is where you buy the MacBook; if you get it in Japan you'll get a Japanese keyboard, which displays most of the kana alongside the keys. You also get the conversion and switch keys on the keyboard itself, which is great.
The MacBook Power Unit is multi-voltage, so no matter where you pick it up the worst you need is a plug adapter; although getting one from apple would be best. Just don't think you need to buy a new power unit, only the plug and cable.

Try charging it with the correct charger. If you cannot get it to work then make a Genius Appointment and take it in for service.

This isn't possible because of the way operating systems
handle keyboard events. When you press a keyboard key, it does not register as
one key down. For whatever your operating system is set for as far as repeating
characters, it will register that many key down presses. The mouse works
differently, when you press the mouse it keeps that event "locked"
until you release the mouse. Because of this, you can not make a switch until
release using the keyboard; this definition is only for mouse clicks.

What type network is yu router set up for? The 4G iPod can only connect and see 2.4 GHZ networl like B, G and the 2,4 GHz N. There is also a 5 GHz N but the iPod will not even seethat network.

Because you can only synce with one iTunes library and you are switching libries by using the new computer. To nake this yyour syncing computer:
- Move all the media(apps, music, synced video and photos etc) to the new computer.
- Connect the iPofd yo the computer and bake a backup fo the iPod by right clicking on the iPod under Devices in iTunes and select Back Up
- Restore the iPod from that backup.
Note that the backup that iTunes makes doe not include media.

You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.
