HELP ME PLEASE! I Cannot re-register Photoshop CS4 atfter bringing laptop back to factory settings?!
I had to bring back my laptop to factory settings and have tried to re-load PS CS4 and now the serial number is not recognised. I have explained this to Adobe and they say they do not recognise the serial number, but they did recognise it the first time around when I initially registered it? I think it may be something to do with deactivating and reactivating between different laptops and PCs because of the licence. I cannot deactivate as I am unable to access Photoshop to do so.
I have actually found my purchase details off Amazon, as Adobe suggested, but I am unsure where I should send this information to as Adobe have not come back to me? I am based in the UK.
I am hoping that someone can please help me.

I connected my Ipod to the lap top my songs went back to my Itunes but when I add new songs and try to sync my Ipod, the new songs won't appear on my Ipod. I have recently reset my laptop to factory settings and whilst doing so have lost my music files. I have uploaded my cds but am having trouble moving music from my ipad mini back to music file or itunes.
iTunes sync is one way from iTunes library to an iOS device.
You will need third party software such as TouchCopy to transfer from iOS to your computer. -

There is a fix; I finally discovered how to clear the Windows 7 xx64 Device Manager's warning of a missing Bluetooth Peripheral device.
Thinking Boot Camp 4.0 would correct thid, I installed it ititially today only to have the warning remain.
The Bluetooth company called Broadcom (you notice the reference during the installation of Boot Camp) offers a BlueTooth "device finder" (my phraseology) that detects all BlueTooth devices in your Apple or PC but withing a Windows operating system; included are Windows 7 , Vista, XP and even 2000 operating systems.
So download the 3 MB file, from Broadcom.com. While your Bluetooth equipment is plugged in to the computer, run the program. The program searches for any BlueTooth peripheral activated equipment and BlueTooth devices that makeup your MacBook Pro, or other Apple or a plain PC computer having a Windows operating system installed. It then downloads the appropriate software required.

In my case, I ran the program, rebooted my MacBook Pro (in Windows 7 x64 and with the new Boot Camp 4.0 installed) and the missing BlueTooth peripheral device indication was eliminated. It took 10 minutes to complete. -
I was updating to OS5 and instead my iPhone went back to factory settings. Now the iPhone doesnt read my sim card and cannot be configured. Please help

Frustrating problem: Help with add file name problem with Photoshop CS4. What happens is this. When I am in PS CS4 or CS3 and run the following script it runs fine. When I am in Bridge and go to tools/photoshop/batch and run the same script it runs until it wants interaction with preference.rulerunits. My iphone 4s is no longer detecting wifi since the IOS8 updates came out. I've restarted, rest the networks, reset the phone back to factory settings, and even tried the freezer trick. It is STILL not detecting ANY wifi networks. HELP!!! I cannot afford to go over my data and I use wifi at home and work... I believe the updates have caused the issue, because it was working fine before the second update released (I hadn't put the first one one until I noticed it had stopped working, and by then the second IOS8 version had came out). They need to do a third update to fix this issue.
If it's grayed out:
Reset Network Settings - if that doesn't fix it, then Backup and Restore AS A NEW DEVICE.
If it's still grayed out, unfortunately that means your Wi-Fi antenna quit, and it needs service. -

You can only get help from those people who told you to modify the software, only they know what the jailbreak did to the firmware. -

- If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up.

- You can also wipe/erase the iPod and have the iPod play a sound via iCloud.
- If not shown, then you will have to use the old fashioned way, like if you lost a wallet or purse.
- Change the passwords for all accounts used on the iPod and report to police
- There is no way to prevent someone from restoring the iPod (it erases it) using it unless you had iOS 7 on the device. With iOS 7, one has to enter the Apple ID and password to restore the device.

When I plug my iPhone into my computer to sync my iTunes I get a message that says "iTunes cannot read the content of the iPhone" and wants me to restore my phone back to factory settings. Any suggestions so that I don't have to restore? I have all of my stuff backed up on iCloud but I really don't want to go through the hassle of wiping it clean and putting everything back on.

"OK - this is how it works:
In order to backup from iCloud you cannot use iTunes!
Therefore disconnect your device from your computer.
Turn on your device and go to Settings and then go to General.
At the bottom of this submenu there is a buttom "Reset"
If you push that buttom you see 6 different Erase settings to chose from!
Chose "Erase All Content and Settings" because this will wipe everything from your device and will let you restore from iCloud! (I tried the top "Reset All Settings" but that did not let me use iClouds afterwards!)
Once you pushed that buttom your device will be wiped clean and after some time you will see the Device Welcome Screen like on a new device!
After choosing your location you will be asked to setup your WiFi-conection. After you joint to your Wifi you will be given the choice to restore the iPad from a backup from the iCloud. Choosing this backup will prompt you with your apple ID and password.
Restoring from a backup can take some time. The process uses your Wi-Fi connection to download settings, content and data. If you had a lot of content on your device, this can take a while. The restore screen should give you estimates at each stage of the restore process, starting with restoring the settings and then booting into the iPad. When the iPad home screen appears, the device will continue the restore process by downloading all of your applications.
If you are restoring from a backup because you have run into problems with your device that can only be solved by restoring it, you can first choose your latest backup. If you still have problems, you can move on to the next latest backup, repeating the process until (hopefully) the problem is cleared."
