Help me please! iTunes Error: I cannot sync my iPhone with iTunes on PC?

Today I tried to sync my iphone with itunes on my PC, but unfortunately this box appeared ("This iPhone cannot be used because the required software is not installed. Run the iTunes installer to remove iTunes, then install the 64-bit version of iTunes.") and I tried to install the installer for windows 64 bit and the problem still the same.
Is there anyone please help me to solve this problem?
NB: I really need this to manage my musics and others.

I had the same problem and this worked...
