Hi.. I need your suggest about my lovely HP CQ40 416 AU It`s occasionally when shut down or turn off wont go off, but restart ! do you know why ? please help me...

Help. Ipod Turns Off Randomly And Freezes!?

My Ipod will randomly turn off sometimes, quite often actually. It turns off and I can't turn it back on unless I plug it into a computer. Then it will turn on but it will say Please Wait. Very Low Battery. Then I have to play around with it by plugging and unplugging it until it turns on and the ironic part is that once it turns on it is almost full battery? I really don't know how to fix this?

I suggest bringing it to a local apple store that has a genius bar or calling apple technical support to see if they can help you out. It might be a well known problem that they'll fix for free, or you might have to pay to get it fixed.

Need Help in Scripting Turning Off JPEG Processing in ACR

Back in 2005 (Win PS CS) I wrote a javascript script which allows me to batch add captions, headlines, author, etc to JPEG image files. When CS3 came along I found I needed to turn off ACRs JPEG processing before I ran the script and on again after the script ran. I now need to do the same thing for PS CS4 and soon CS5. I have tried to create two (one off - another for on) actions to do that but they don't appear to work. Can this be done by an action? If it can done by an action can it be scripted?

Using the scriptlistener I was able to get the code below, but it doesn't work. I think for the same reason that regular actions Edit --> Preferences -->Camera Raw -->Jpeg & Tiff Handling -->Disable JPEG support doesn't work:

Thanks Michael! I hoped you'd respond. The CS4 ACR JPEG support interface has changed from CS3, so that may be why you code doesn't work.
I don't think I copied the log file incorrectly, but I can try again. Can you please please explain your original script - I can't quite get it.
I also tried just using an action - Edit-->Preferences-->Camera Raw-->JPEG & Tiff Handling -->Disable JPEG support but that doesn't work. I wonder if I need to set both the JPRG and Tiff settings to make it work???

Please turn off transparency in "Access Connection"

Transparency is silly in this context. It gets in the way of using the application efficently. I have to move the window in a area with a neutral background to see the dialog text properly. That's silly, please turn it off or at least provide a setting in the preferences.
I'm using version 5.85

I don't know about the registry or any vbscript but there is one option in the access connection setting that say turn off all wireless connection when the user log off....
it's under the advanced screen, global setup (or whatever is called; i'm using chinese) and the third checkbox under the network tab...give that a try...might need to do that as admin to apply to all user?
maybe that's what are you looking for or a good place to start?

Can someone help to to get rid of the sound that camera makes while capturing image with model 6120c.I could not find the option to turn off this sound. Is there any other unofficial way to stop this?

The shutter sound is very annoying when you snap a pic in a lecture hall, museum, zoo, theatre, school, etc. Covering the speaker is not a realistic option. The invention of digital cameras without moving parts made it possible to shoot pictures without bothering your enviroment with undesired noise. By forcing a synthetic shutter sound down our throat Nokia turned back the clock.
That camera noise is not just inconvenient, it's more than that. Should we allow a handful of countries with mandatory shutter sound to force their rules onto the entire world? In some places you enter a legal minefield if you have a beer with your picknick in the park. Should we let brewers force-feed us their version of a digital shutter sound in the form of an unremovable brown paper bag on each and every bottle on the planet?

Having no idea where you came "from", we can only guess that you are presently roaming on a different carrier and/or have shifted from your home carrier SIM to a local one in Mumbai. As such, the message is likely quite clear...you have configured, in the settings for your phone app, identity restriction, but it is not supported by the carrier you are presently operating on. You need to go into the phone app settings and turn it off.

HELP! - iPad turns off by itself

My iPad 2 recently started just turning itself off (screen wipes from left to right, shuts off and then restarts). I did all the reset settings and restores but the problem got worse to the point it would only stay on for about 10 seconds then shut off.
I took it to the Apple Store and - great service as usual - they told me it was an issue with the logic board and replaced it free of charge with another iPad 2.
I then restored from my backup and yet again, the new iPad shut itself off after about 3 minutes and now does it after about 20 seconds.
HELP?!? Has anyone else had this problem. It can't be a logic board issue with a brand new iPad.

1. Restore to Factory Default
2. Install one app at a time
3. Test thoroughly before installing the next

Help can't turn off layer pallet previews/thumbnails in CC 2014.1 / 18.1.0

in CC 2014 i used to be able to turn them off for a little performance boost. Now the pallet just keeps them on regardless of my settings. Bug?

[HELP] WIFI wont turn off [HELP]

I've bought the device (nokia X) two days a go and updated it to the leatest 1.1.2.2 Ver.
but each time i try to turn wifi off it keeps turning on again, whatever i've turned it off from the status bar or from the widget or from the settings or even using an app, it keeps turning on againg.
P.S: I've rooted the device

I advise sending the phone to a Nokia Care Centre or to the retailer where you have acquired the phone for further device evaluation. Since you have mentioned that you have rooted the device, the warranty may get marked invalid by the Care Point.

Help! Macbook turns off automatically!

Help! My Macbook has just started to just switch off without warning. The mac says the battery is charged. I usually have the power adaptor kept plugged in. Is this bad? Is it the reason. I have tons of memory left. I am barely doing anything on it. Not more than i usually have anyway. Just messenger, iTunes and safari. Surely it shouldn't be cutting out. What is wrong?

Call AppleCare or take it in to an Apple Store. It's a known problem; it'll have to be fixed.

I gt a new iPod touch bc my old one broke and. It said it was going to send to [email protected] and I look in my bulk mail can't find it in there and I Tryed everything but my mom will not bring me to apple store and if I get a new account I would have to put new money on my iPod and I don't wanna spend another 15$

Try creating a new account using the following instructions. It does not require a credit card if you follow the instructions and use as the ID an email address that you have not used with Apple before.
