i figured it out my self? while holding down the play/pause button, poke a paperclip in the rest hole click on cleanup, when its finished, reboot? it says in manuel cd to save all info first but i dont know how to do that so i just went for it. read your users guide on the instalation cd? but it doesnt tell you much
other than this, i love my sleek 20 gig

Ok so my Zen Sleek froze so I reseted it I waited and it froze again where is says Zen Sleek I waited for a whole day and it still didn't work. So I did the recovery thing and rebooted.. and it still kept freezing at the same spot so wut do I do now? Is there anyway I can save my music cuz I don't want them to get deleted?

If none of the options in Recovery Mode help, then it sounds like there's a problem with the player. Customer Support should be able to help you in that case.

- Reset the iPod. Nothing will be lost

greeetings. i have a zen sleek for last 2yrs. the battery life was wonderful. the last couple of week the zen keeps freezing and the battery dies very fast and i also hve to keep reseting it to work. what is the problem. do i have to buy another one or can this problem be fixed??

I cant connect my phone to any wireless because the icon does not appear. Help me please i've done everything and it just does not work

Some days ago i started to have some issues with the internet connection on my iphone (i have an iphone 4s). when it started i couldnt find any wireless available so i turned off the phone and turn it back on and problem solved, when that sttoped working i just disabled the wi-fi button and wait a few seconds and turn it back on and problem solved, and than that stopped working as well so i reset the network setting and problem solved and now nothing of that things work and the wi-fi button is not available anymore. The problem is not from the internet because my ipod can connect easily and the internet works perfectly on my computer as well... Please help me

Do a reset (Hold Sleep/Wake and Home buttons about 10 secs or more till Apple logo appears, ignore the Slide to Power Off that appears)

Zen Sleek Photo frozen and can't turn

A friend gave me his Zen sleek photo to see if I could figure out why it was frozen. I have had it in recovery mode and tried all the options there.. I downloaded and tried to redownload the firmware but when I do that it says already has that or download error. If anyone has any more suggestions for me to try that would be great.. at a dead end at this point. Thank you, Rochele

My Zen Sleek froze..

So I used it yesterday and it was fine...except the horrible sound quality im guessing its the earphones. anyways i turn it on this morning and it gets to the "zen sleek" screen and it just stayed there! its been about an hour now and its still at the screen! when i used it yesterday it was at tick left for the battery so im wondering if its just dead? anyone else have this problem before? Im thinking im gonna send it back and just get a zen micro except id like something a little more than 5 gb :|

Did you use the reset button on the bottom (paper clip hole) and do a reboot? Try this and charge it back up. The sound should not be horrible the earphones that come with it are actually decent.

My Slick Sleek froze in the middle of song,just out of the blue. The power and light is on. What to do,because the instructions said that,to enter the rescue mode the power has to be off and i can't turn it off.Should i wait the batterie to run out or WTF!!!

Is there a tiny recessed reset switch on the Sleek? If so press that using something like a paperclip. Don't use anything sharp.

??Hi, I just bought a zv m and dynex uni'versal mp3 accessory kit (I was going to buy the creative stuffs like power?adapter and a/v cable but he said this worked too and it was?more in count ... i checked on the back of it's product and there was compabilitys with some zens and this one:zvm30engbk wich he said was zen vision m 30g black) all right .. so i bought it ( at usa ) and gone home ( at brazil ) ... yeterday at first time?i tried to charge and it didn't work ... the sign of recharging appears and evberything but it just dont charges ( like i can stay all the time using the mp3 with it's plugged but if i unplug it just turn off automatically?) .. .then i got the think that .. maybe is the voltage .. .here in brazil is 0 volts while there in usa is?220?right ? but after charging it on my computer with?creatives cables and etc i gone test the a/v cable and it didnt work well. .the sound was perfect but the image wasn't showing up ... my dad said it was something about pal video config and not ntsc or whatever?.... but anyways i tried alll the ways and?still?got?no image?=/ ... anyone got some idea of whats going on plz? thanks so very much for your attencion and help.

So I've had my iphone4s for a little bit over a year and before the power button got stuck, I had problems with it turning off sometimes during school and it wouldn't turn back on without a hard reset. Then afterschool one day I could no longer hard reset it and it wouldn't turn on! Then after a few days of examining it i reazlized that the power button is jammed inside, but i could still wiggle it. I tried charging in against the wall, plugging it into the computer and nothing worked; itunes didn't even recognize it anymore! So I brought it to the Apple store to have them look at it, and they said that they couldn't turn it back on and its not possible to just replace the power button ALSO my warranty is up and therefore they can't replace it for me...and I'd have to pay the full price of a new iphone if I want to replace it...
Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Have you found a solution besides replacing it? I really don't want to purchase another...please help! ):

Try rebooting it by holding the Lock button and the Home button at the same time for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo shows up on the screen.

Help me please I have Wireless Router, And vontage and I keep getting no connection

I have wireless g ,WRTS4G- ver2. Every time I go online or use my vonage every half an hour I have no connection. I have called my cable company and they came out and every thing was fine. I called linksys and vonage and they made me do all these things and still did not work. My vonage goes into my wireless router. What do I do to get my phone line and internet connection to stay connected? Thank you so much!

i cannot get tracks onto mine.
there WAS an error[now it should be cleaned, formatted and whatever else i do on the recovery mode]. i know what song file was corrupted and it is gone now. when i connect it, the media explorer opens and looks like the player is connected since i can press the options. but when i press add media is says its not connected or busy.

REALLY NEED HELP!! screen is just black and wont turn on

i have an 8GB, 2nd geration, black ipod nano and i was just listening to my ipod in activity class when my ipod froze. so i tried the manual restart. but it didn't turn back on. now the screen is just black, wont even restart no matter what. so i tried plugging it into my computer but the itunes doesn't recognize it. there's a screen that pops up thats tells me to look for the files or download or something like that but when i try to, it says files not found. right now im at a total loss. nothing i do turns it on. what do i do now? should i just toss it? i dont even know if i wan't to buy a new one cause im scared this might happen again. i really dont want to use another $250 for another one.

Sounds like the fall broke something internal. Take it to Apple and have them check it out.
