Help me pleaseee idk what happen to my phone PLEASE
i was using my snapchat nd then i clicked on a name and it went to safari and it froze andthen the screen went black but it looks like its on and i cant reset nor turn it off and ive neverdropped my phone what can i do?somebody help me pleaseee i would really apreciated
try a hard reset
- hold the home button and the sleep/wake button down at the same time
- the phone should turn off and when the apple logo appears release both buttons

please help me on this, what happened was that i connected my ipad to the computer and the itunes library was empty although a week ago i had 48 apps on the itunes library
see my main ques was that i have an ipad 2 in which i have 48 apps and i hv made an itunes account in my computer in which i can backup my purchased apps and i had backed up36 of them so that i can delete them from my ipad if the memory is full but recently when i opened my itunes account in the computer it tells that you dont have any app on this account whereas on my ipad i still do have them, so cant i get all my backed up apps on the itunes account on my computer again?

after updating to iOS 6.0.1 my iphone 3s won't recognize my SIM card. i updated my phone through iTunes, what happened to my phone?
If it now says "invalid" or "unsupported" SIM, your iPhone was almost certainly hacked to unlock it from the original cell carrier and updating has now removed that hack and the iPhone has relocked back to that original carrier. You will have to contact that carrier and ask if it would be possible to get your iPhone officially unlocked.

What happens to my phone after I wipe it?
Hi, I am in desperate need of help.
I've been trying to download ios7 onto my phone, and to do so I had to delete all the apps, music, photos, etc., from my phone.
Halfway through downloading ios7, it failed and I went from having 3.9GB of available space, to 3.2GB.
I need ATLEAST 3.7GB of available space, so the update says. Although, I can not get space back because their is nothing left to delete.
I'm thinking my last option now might be to do a full wipe on my phone, but I don't know what that will affect if I do that.
If I wipe my phone and set it back to factory settings, what happens to my sim card? I want to be able to use my phone after I reset it, but I don't know if I'll be able to.
How should I go about in doing this? And can I even use my phone (with service) after a full wipe?

Thanks for the question. I understand you are experiencing issues updating to iOS 7 due to storage limitations. To address your question, see this excerpt from the iPhone User Guide:
Erase All Content and Settings: Your information, and settings are removed. iPhone cannot be used until it’s set up again.

If you did decide to do an Erase All Content and Settings, this should not have any affect on your Sim card, or ability to use the iPhone. It will delete all of your content, including contacts and photos, etc. However, if you have backed up via iCloud or iTunes, you can restore the backup.
I also want to mention that you can complete the iOS 7 update via iTunes on a computer. Doing so, you will not be required to free up the space on your iPhone for the download. So that is definitely an option:

2. Connect your device to your computer using the included USB cable.

I don't know why if i take photos then if i go and see my photos in gallary my photos that i took before are displaying by 2 photos of each. if i delect one the another one is also delected automatically. What happened is it? Then, both some of my photos i can't open it and delect it . i don't know why and i also don't know how to fix this problem ... can anyone suject me to do something ? or can u tell me the way how to solve this problem ?? This all started when i went on vacation and used the wifi the resort offered for free. After 2 days i noticed my device kept saying low memory so i kept deletig some pics and videos but nothing crazy because i knew the videos i were deleting were medium sized videos that should free up plenty space. I cant even open my apps they just close right up as soon as i press them. Im concered because my made a project on an app called splice using videos and music thru my camera roll. hello guys. I need your help. I had an phone. iPhone5, bought last June of this month in China. I am a filipino, now I am here in Philippines. The problem has just started last week. Everytime I open my phone, there's a green color at center's screen bigger than my thumb. I tried to turn it ON/OFF for several times but the problm is still the same. I changed to Mozilla Firefox from Internet explorer months ago. Very pleased with features, service, etc. A couple of weeks ago, I got an update message while doing some work but did not install the update at the time. Another update message came up with an accompanying, confusing note indicating some dangerous possible consequences if I did not install the update.
A few keystrokes later and my screen seemed to go haywire, and my laptop would not respond to my cursor. I shut down. When I restarted and went to the Firefox shortcut icon a tiny (1"x 1/4") replica of part of the normal Yahoo!/Firefox screen appeared and continues to do so each time I attempt to use Firefox. I'm now back to Internet explorer. HELP me get back to using Mozilla.Right-click on the Firefox image in that little Firefox window and see if '''Maximize''' is available in that context menu. If so, click on Maximize.
To be clear, Yahoo!/Firefox is a modified version of the official Firefox program and may have faults that aren't in the official version.
