Suddenly closed the iPhone 4 even though he is charged full, and got me more than once, please help

Try this First...
Turn the Phone Off... ( if it isn’t already )
Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
Wait for the Apple logo to Appear and then Disappear...
Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)
Release the Buttons...
Turn the Phone On...

i have been trying to update my iphone 5s but after installing the phone doenst want to go on and it just shows the usb cord thing and arrow towards itunes,please help?
1: Connect the device to Your computer and open iTunes.
2: If the device appears in iTunes, select and click Restore on the Summary pane.

3: If the device doesn't appear in iTunes, try using the Steps in this article to force the device into Recovery Mode.
Make sure you have the Current Version of iTunes Installed on your computer

Note on Recovery Mode.
You may need to try this More than Once... Be sure to Follow ALL the Steps...
After you have Recovered your Device...
Re-Sync your Content or Restore from the most Recent Backup...

pn-begda and pn-endda are depend on the selection options for the period.
Example:
1) If you select radio button <b>Today</b> then the values for pn-begda and pn-endda are
pn-begda = 20070905
pn-endda = 20070905
2) If you select radio button <b>Current month</b> then the values for pn-begda and pn-endda are
pn-begda = 20070901
pn-endda = 20070930
3) If you select radio button <b>Current year</b> then the values for pn-begda and pn-endda are
pn-begda = 20070101
pn-endda = 20071231
4) If you select radio button <b>Up to today</b> then the values for pn-begda and pn-endda are
pn-begda = 18000101
pn-endda = 20070905
5) If you select radio button <b>From today</b> then the values for pn-begda and pn-endda are
pn-begda = 20070905
pn-endda = 99991231
For <b>other period</b>, you can enter the dates for the Data selection period and person selection period.

You can create an Apple ID without a credit card by following this guide exactly: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2534. Note that you have to start by downloading a free app, then create the ID.

Maximize iPhone Battery (iOS7):
1) Turn off Airdrop: Control Center >AirDrop > Off
2) Limit background app refresh. Turn it off for applications such as Google/Facebook.Settings > General > Background App Refresh
3) Turn off automatic updates: Settings > iTunes & App Store > Updates and Apps (off)
4) Unneccessary Location Services: Settings > Privacy > Location Services > System Services > Off (uncheck as needed)
5) Turn off Paralax: Settings > General > Accessibility > Reduce Motion
6) Siri, and her 'raise to speak.' Turn it off: Settings > General > Siri > Raise to Speak
7) Exclude items from Spotlight search as needed: Settings > General > Spotlight Search
8) Remove unneccessary notifications: Settings > Notification Center > None (per app basis)

Has your phone ever been hacked or jailbroken. This error message is what usually shows up for that. Are you using a supported carrier for the iPhone, or did someone hack the phone to unlock it to be used on another carrier. If that is the case, then there is no help you can get here as discussing hacked/jailbroken devices is not allowed.

Alternate emaiI addresses are not used for resetting security questions, only your rescue email address is. If you don't have access to your rescue email account (you won't be able to change the address until you can answer your questions) then you will have to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

If you bought it with jailbreak intentionally, you made a mistake.
If you found out only after purchase, get your money back by returning it.
