I hae a ipad 1 and cant upgrade because I cant find the line in settings (upagrade software).What version of iOS is presently on your iPad? If it is a version of 4 or below you should use the computer that you normally sync with. Start iTunes on that computer and use the menu to check for updates. If there is an update for iTunes download and install it. Then start iTunes and connect your iPad. Select your iPad in the left column of itunes on your computer and select General at the top of the right column. Look for updates and follow the prompts to install iOS 5.1.

Which country are you in, Indonesia or Australia ? You have to be in a country to use its store, and you can't use a credit card issued by a bank in a different country i.e. if you are in Indonesia then you can only use the Indonesian store and only use a credit card issued by an Indonesian bank.
