Help me plzzz..... URGENT

Question

hello neighbourhood...,
can anyone help me plz... how can i pass a value through header ?
e.g
setHeader("uname","mmx");
setHeader("paswd","hula");
i want to pass it to
http://192.100.86.69:8001/login
which reside in another terminal in different place with the server.
one more thing, how can i retrieve the value in header set in the same way, that sent to me from the same URL like above ?
plz... i need to know, i'm already blank.
