Help me ronda!!! Bluetooth audio driving me crazy

Hi, Everything goes going great with my new powerbook until one day (maybe just coincidence) I install the MPlayer OS X 2.0b8r5 (a divx player) I star to get problem. Every time I use an aplication with is involved with internet and audio I have problems (messenger, safari, mail) I have audio in my computer, dvd player, itunes, etc. but when I want to have an audio warning from my messenger or se a web page with audio I keep getting a message grom the system like "Bluetooth audio failed. Trying reconecting your audio device", but I have nothing configurated with the bluetooth!!!!!. Please anybody? I don´t want to reset my computer :-(((

I allready try that, but the output source is the internat speaker, the strange thing it´s that I only have problems with the messenger, safari, and mail, the rest of the aplication are working great.

I have an ipod photo 20gig, I got it two weeks ago and I already had to format it to factory settings once, and I think I'll have to do it again, after putting all that music inside it (it took so long!)
the first problem was that I was using itunes 5, and I went to a friend's house, I wanted to get some of his music, so I pluged in the ipod, but he had ipod 6 and my ipod went a little crazy. It stopped showing album artwork, and erased the list "compilations", I mean, the songs were still in the ipod but none registered as a compilation (the ones that I originally have as a compilation in itunes)
so, after trying several things, I decided to format and start all over again. I haven't even finished, and yesterday I went to another friend's house, I needed some files and I wanted to bring all those files in my ipod so I could copy them to my computer. I already installed itunes 6 and the latest ipod software (before I formatted I installed the itunes so I wouldn't have problems)...
my friend also has itunes 6, but that's not even the problem because I used the ipod as a disk... ¡I didn't even opened itunes!!! and still, it went crazy again, stopped showing album artwork again and deleted the compilation list, again.
I don't know what to do with it. I have itunes with "manually manage songs and playlists" because my music wouldn't fit in my ipod... I don't want to have to erase it all over again :'(
I really don't know what to do... I live in Colombia but my ipod was bought in the U.S by a friend, so I don't have warranty here... please help!

Can anyone help me with bluetooth audio problem?

I was able to pair my 4s with my bluetooth with no problem. However, it automatically also pairs with BTaudio (I have a 2011 Subaru Forrester). So when I get into my car and turn on BT, it connects with BT audio and my music from my itunes starts playing. I have to remember to pause it everytime I get into the car or it stays on and eats up my battery. I went to the Apple store and called Subaru and noone know what to do. I can't seem to pair it only with bluetooth. Anyone else have this problem and know what I can do about it?

The problem is in the car; it is requesting that the music play as soon as the iPhone connects. I have the same problem with my Prius. Except I unpaired it, then paired it again and this time said NO to play music via BT. When I want to play music from the phone I plug it in to the USB outlet in the car, which also charges the phone and gives me Toyota's Entune Internet access through the phone. But it also starts playing as soon as I connect it, which I agree is annoying.

well basically I have a ipod touch 4th gen and it is a 32gb model and i have 15gb of memory left.
Why is my device being very slow.

Try:

Help Please (This KT3 is driving me crazy)

Four weeks ago i got a KT3 Ultra 2 (MS-6380E) with RAID. I could never get it to boot up. It was stuck at "Initializing Hard Drive Controller". After a few days of reading threads here i get a new PSU (Future Power WIN-400PS) that what some people said it should have:
+3.3v +5v +12v -5v -12v +5VSB
15A 30.0A 15.0A 0.6A 0.6A 2.0A
And the thing boot-up with no trouble. One week later i did something wrong trying to flash my bois and the board would not power up. I know the i need a new bois chip so i call MIS a the mailed me a new one. I put the new bios in and now the board is back to "Initializing Hard Drive Controller" with the same PSU that worked last time. I have tried many things to get this board to boot up. With and with-out hard drive, memory and even in and out the case. I have tried it with i AMD Duron 600 and 1200Mhz chip. What can and/or should i try to get this board to work right. ;(

OK, MSI said that they are sending me a new motherboard. :D Here is where I need so info from you guru's out there. 1) What type of power supply are you using? 2) Tell me what you think of this PSU: http://www.systemcooling.com/modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=216 and 3) How many watts do you think I need for the following items in my case. Help!! Restore message driving me crazy!@

I have a 4gb nano that shows the "use itunes to restore". (windowsXP) I have hooked it to my main computer with the latest version if Itunes and I get the message that the nano "needs to restore" loop. So I have reformatted, restored (from ITunes and also from the updater, changed drive letters (3 or 4 times), everything that the forums have suggested. Then I went to an older computer and installed itunes version 6plus. This version of itunes recognises my ipod! Will sync and play songs, delete songs. etc. Everything Honky dory until i disconnect the ipod from the computer and then I get the 3 language "use itunes to restore" message again and nothing else. So what else is there for me to do? tried different usb ports, different cables, different computers. I know this is a definite software problem. The harddrive works fine in windows and also in itunes version 6+, but not on its own or version 7. Battery has a great life.

I understand why you would think that, but logically it doesn't make sense. I can read and write to the ipod with windows explorer with no problems, so the flash drive seems to be ok. I can also load, read and play songs through Itunes 6 on the computer with no problems. The problems start in Itunes 7 and when the ipod is used as an ipod alone....not a drive. The diagnostic windows tell me the drive is fine and the battery is ok (just a little low on voltage) but hubby says not enough to worry about. If anything was wrong with the hardware I wouldn't be able to use it as a drive would I? Its almost as though the thing is "stuck" on the boot up window of "use Itunes to restore". I even tried to load rockbox. The software all loaded but I still got the itunes restore window on startup and thats as far as I can go. Another thing I noticed recently is I can't seem to turn the ipod off! I can reset it but it just "reboots". After the restore notice about 10 seconds later the whole screen will blank out. Also when I plug the ipod directly to the wall to charge, I also get the apple...then the itunes restore notice...but never a battery charge icon (like my classic 20gb)...is this normal? This nano was given to me - (Also, this is a first generation, but I posted in the second generation thread) Would a repartition work?

PLEASE HELP!!! Font Driving me crazy!!!

I just installed all of my fonts on my new iMac. These fonts never gave me a problem on my PPC Powerbook so I thought they would be fine on the Intel iMac. I was seriously wrong.
I have searched through every font in fontbook and can't seem to find this font. On top of that, FontBook is no longer removing fonts when I tell it to.
Can anyone tell me what this font is called? (Identifont could not Identify the font)
It has invaded EVERYTHING: Safari, Mail, Word, etc. At least the finder looks fine because then I might have considered trashing everything but it has already taken me a month to get this up and running so that is not an option right now.
Please, are there prefs. files I can trash or a way to reset Font Book? I am at my wits end here.

Somehow, the font shown has taken over Arial. This happened in a recent thread here. Not with the exact same font as yours, but the wrong one nonetheless. The user replaced Arial with a new copy from the original OS X installation disk and fixed the problem. See the last section in Font Management in OS X for instructions to replace one, a few, or all of the fonts OS X comes with.
But start with orangekay's suggestion to clear the font cache files. That may be all it will take.

Help! My mom is driving me crazy!

Every time I open Address Book, the entry for my mom reads "Mom MOM", i.e. first name Mom, last name MOM. (I think the all caps entry is from an old Palm entry. I no longer use Palm desktop.) Anyhow, I click edit, clear out the MOM field and click edit again. All is well, unless my mom and I have an email exchange (using Mail), after which Address Book shows the entry as Mom MOM again.
Any ideas?

Fixed. I exported the card, deleted the original and imported it back. Thanks!
I don't know why this would happen. How about you
delete that particular card and make a new one?
Also, if you had Palm desktop running you probably
have a folder in your Documents with all that old
Palm data in it.

Help syncing album art work driving me crazy

I got all my album art work up to date. I even went to the intenet and downloaded some art work I didn't have. I even made some art work so I can't see blank songs on my iphone. When I sync, I still have black songs (artwork) in itunes on my iphone and ipad when they clearly are on my mac book pro.
Is there something I am missing here?
I spent a lot of time gettng art work from the internet.

Alright try this.
Connect Device to computer.
Click on iPhone under devices
Click music tab "Above picture of device in middle of the screen"
Uncheck Sync Music -Click Remove- click Apply.
Recheck Sync music - Click apply.

Network Manager driving me crazy (3 issues)

Hey guys I'm new here, hope you can help me
nm-applet is driving me crazy!
First issue: when I boot nm-applet doesn't appear in my tint2 eventhough I'm connected. This don't appear all the time, it's random. I have to kill it and restart it to be able to see it.
I use openbox and I have this in .config/openbox/autostart
(sleep 3 && /usr/bin/nm-applet --sm-disable) &
Second issue:
I selected the save option for the password of my vpn but it won't save it... Or wait, yes it will.. But not all the time. It asks me for the pass sometimes, and sometimes not
Third issue:
I thicked the "automatically connect to vpn for this connection" but guess what... It won't
Any idea about how to troubleshot this. I'm seriously considering pacman -R network-manager and pacman -S something else

1st issue: run nm-applet from the command line (take it out of openbox's start file wherever that is) after you log in to see what's going on.
2nd issue: do you have gnome-keyring installed? I believe it should be started with by networkmanager when it's needed, but you may need to figure out how to start it on your own. I don't know how.
3rd issue: I believe the automatic connection to vpn on a specific network is triggered by networkmanager-dispatcher which is just part of the networkmanager package, but is its own separate service. When you enable/start NetworkManager via systemctl, it should enable/start 3 services - the dispatcher is one of them. Do you have that running?
I may be wrong about some of this; it's been a while since i've used NetworkManager.

My i tunes won't open. i keep getting error7 (windows error 193) . contacted microsoft(thought it was a windows thing...not) have uninstalled itunes and everything related to it ,re installed and message still comes up. Help please,driving me crazy.

If it's a Windows error, it's typically going to be a Microsoft problem. Uninstall any security software you have and if you have a restore point for your PC, you may want to restore your PC back to when iTunes was working normally. If none of those work you would need to contact Microsoft and demand help.

It seems you are unable to activate iMessage on a device with no carrier service. The following article provides information regarding activation issues:

I am Certified Ora DBA and am stuck, thats a shame
I am going to install and Test Oracle 10g on Vista as my future client will use Just Vista and no othr OS, so there is no OTHER OS options,
I ready all the documentaiotn and release notes and also read that Oracle 10g(10.2.0.3) is certified on Vita Ultimate.
I downloaded the DB which is frm the below link:
Oracle Database 10g Release 2 (10.2.0.3/10.2.0.4) for Microsoft Windows Vista and Windows 2008
*** It installs but it justdoesn't work properly, PLEASE HEEEEEEELP I am running out of time.
steps I have done:
1. Installed loppback and tested and it works when I ping, both ping computer and ping computer.domain with no error.
- whic means under windows>system32>driver> etc>host I added the 10.10.10.10 and cmputer name.
2. Under MMC I added cmputer local policy for local computer
3. Also Under "Local security setting" under "Local Policies" Under "User right Assignment" Under "Log on as a Batch job" I added the User name which was created when weload the Vista for the first time which is the Computer Admin, ALSO REALOADED THE COMPUTER WITH TH FACTORY SETTING AND AFTER THE FIST BOOT, UNLOCKED THE "ADMINISTRATOR" USER OF THE OS AND TESTED WITH THE ADMIN USER AS WELL WHICH WAS ADDED TO THIS lOG ON AS A BATCH JOB.
4. Restarted the Computer on all the step that I had to

Every time I sync my Iphone 5c(with ios 8) to Itunes, it 1. deletes all of my purchased music 2. deletes all of my album artwork 3. replaces all of my deleted songs. please help! this is driving me crazy!

Every time I sync my Iphone 5c(with ios 8) to Itunes, it 1. deletes all of my purchased music 2. deletes all of my album artwork 3. replaces all of my deleted songs. please help! this is driving me crazy! It syncs 100+ songs, when I only want to sync 1! I'm running Itunes 11.3.1.2

After having experienced similar problems and having it back to work, I have a few suggestions:
- Try to find out if the syncing stops at a particular track or song. That might - out of the blue - have gotten corrupted in one way or another. Since that song will not be on the iPod, iTunes will try over and over to put it on and crash in one way or another;
- reformat the iPod as described in the iTunes 9 crash-thread. It takes time (at first it seems to do nothing, but that is because the green bar is moving with very small steps);
