Help me with video please!!!
I received an ipod video as my birthday present. After installing itune 7 and updating the software for the ipod, I tried to upload a couple episodes of Family Guy onto my ipod. However it wouldn't work, what seems to be the problem?
Are these purchased from iTunes? Or from your own DVDs?

ok i had to reboot my computer and everything got erased. i thought that once you bought anything form itunes those files stayed in the itunes library. when i go to purchase those same things again it tells me i already bought it. is there any way i can re download all of the shows i had. if i can please tell me how. i have been going crazy trying to do it and i can't....thanks
You are supposed to make backups in case of hard drive failure. If you formatted your hard drive, you erased your purchases.

Following is the scenario
Application name: PL
Directory "PL" has
- A.jar
- B.jar
When I create PL.jar I store it in the dir "PL" by using the appropriate relative path to A.jar and B.jar in the manifest file. PL.jar executes in folder "PL"; BUT when I copy PL.jar to another folder say desktop it gives me a NoClassDefFoundError. Can anybody help me with this as I have wrecjed my brains over this for 2 days. I have to distribute PL.jar to clients for testing purpose.....Please reply ASAP.

Help me with video problems please..
Hello my good ppl, i have a prob.of transfering my movies from comp. to Itouch.
I just bouth it, used to have nano before...so i am not familiar with watchin movies on ipod, anyway...problem is that any time i try to drag a movie file from comp to lybrary in Itunes...nothing happens as the format is not supported and all...i am desperate , what should i do? What formats are suported?. I manage to drag and drop a clip from my camera and converted it to Ipod, although no sound was played. But the main reason i bouth it is the movies, so i dont know what to do.

That's what i used to do.
Now i just buy everything from iTunes. It's alot easier. You don't have to go through all of those hassles like converting it to the right format and then having it not look good or the sound not being there. So for best results i would say buy/rent them from iTunes. It's alot easier. -

Along with the tutorials on the wiki (John's link, and be sure to see any and everything pertaining to Titles), if you can attach an example of exactly what you wish, it might help. I'm with Jim, in that I'm not quite sure I get the idea. An example would go a very long way to helping there. If you can attach a link to something like what you want, on say YouTube (use the little blue A icon with a chain besides it, to attach your link.
I think that what you want would be quite simple to do in PrPro's Titler. However, it might require the work in either a plug-in, or stand-alone program, like BluffTitler, or ProDad's Vitascene or Heroglyph. We'll talk more about them, if that is what you need. Until we "get it," we could just confuse you with a bunch of recommendations that would not help.

Help: Problem with video driver/profile???
This is an unusual problem. I work on a Mac running OSX (10.3.9). I have InDesign CS installed. I downloaded the Adobe InDesign CS2 compatibility update and installed that. Once I did that my computer screen became unusually contrasty to the point where all my icons were blown out and the type became very faded and sketchy. I believe my video driver/profile has been affected. It goes away when I create a new user, so it isn't my monitor. Don't know if the download has anything to do with my problem, but that is when it started. Any ideas?

I had accidentally hit the short cut keys to adjust the contrast in my search for short cut keys in In Design. Thank you so much. Your help is greatly appreciated.

thanks in advanceThere are about 20 different things that could be wrong a this point; I'm not going to list them all. If you want specific help, you need to post specific information. This is usually done by posting either a stack trace from an exception, or a more complete section of code and a description of the problem and ALL the symptoms. You have all the information on what you've done, we have none of it.
Instead of trying to diagnose whats wrong with your ODBC setup, I'm going to give you some strong advice; don't use ODBC with JDBC if you can avoid it, and with MySQL you can avoid it. It makes things simpler, less can go wrong, and you don't have to configure a DSN on every machine that you install the program on.
To use "pure" JDBC without ODBC for MySQl:
1) download the JDBC driver (you might already have this)

In particular, make sure your classpath is set correctly
