Help, Mom doesnt know how to successfully install 3 different ipods !

Please help me???!!!!
My 3 kids each have an ipod that I purchased. One has a nano that is installed on my computer, but I just bought my twins each a shuffle and I have no clue how to install them separately so they can each have their own playlists. Can someone help me before I really mess this up, they are waiting patiently for me to install them.

In iTunes, let each of them create their own playlist (File -> New Playlist).
Drag songs they want from the library to the playlist.
They can add or remove songs from this playlist whenever they want.
When they connect the Shuffle, iTunes will pick songs in this list to put onto the Shuffle.
Connect a Shuffle.
Open iTunes prefs -> iPod.
In the “Autofill from” pop-up menu, choose the playlist just created.
Select “Convert higher bitrate songs to 128 kbps AAC for this iPod.”
Do this for each Shuffle.

1. What is your computer system? For example, Windows 7, Mac OS Yosemite
2. What exactly are you trying to download and install? If you paid for it, check your receipt for the exact name.

totally agree. at this point i could care less if "apple" supports it. i'm not renting my ipod touch, it's mine. i paid for it. and i'm not asking to do anything illegal with it, all i want is to get rid of this POS ios6 and get back to being able to use my ipod touch the way it was before...working.

Has your carrier been having issues with Call Display? Do the telephone numbers come up when people call, or does it just show 'Unknown Number' or 'Blocked' ?

After you go to system preferences/keyboard/input sources as suggested by sberman, click on the + button and scroll down to Portuguese and select that. Over at the right you will see the choices Brazilian, Brazilian abnt, Portuguese. You might want to add all three to see which you like best.
The "Brazilian" layout is pretty useless. It is identical to the US layout and the only way to make accents is via the option key shortcuts: option + n, then o gives you õ.
The Brazilian abnt and Portuguese layouts have dead keys for adding accents over at the right edge of the keyboard. But these may not match what is printed on your keys.
You may prefer to stay with the US layout. On that you can get accented letters by just holding down the base letter and selecting what you want from the popup menu that appears. Or you can use the option key shortcuts.
Another option is the layout called US International PC, which has accent deadkeys on ~, ', etc.
Which ever layout you want to use, you must select it in the "flag" menu at the top right of the screen.

Tap on the id in Settings > Store and log out of it and then log in with your id. But if there is any content on the iPad from his account then you are probably better off resetting back to factory defaults via Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content And Settings and starting 'as new' with it - content is tied to the id that bought/downloaded it so your account won't be able to download updates to any of his apps, and unless his account is authorised on your computer's iTunes and his content is on there then it will be deleted when you sync to it.

Play better... just kidding. Set an appropriate quantize value for all the regions in the inspector window. If you are doing live playing and need to synch to that it is MUCH more complicated. If you're new at this it might actually be easier to re-play it.

Vie you account in iTunes (iTunes>Store>View Account)>Sign in and go to iTunes in the Cloud>Manage Device and remove the iPod.
Also if you do not want to restore the iPod backup on another device, got to iTunes>Preferences>Devices and delete the iPod backup
