Help!!! Msn with webcam nx ultra

hey guys i need help with my nx ultra when ever i try to cam on msn it just a blurry black screen that fuzzes can some one please please please help me

Jason,Initially they were on seperate controllers, I had my soundcard plugged into the front USB socket and my webcam plugged into the back. Since then I have tried pretty much all physical repositions of the two devices. It does the same thing. I am at work right now so I will have to check shags suggestions when I get back to my place.

as you probably know, microsoft msn will not allow my mac webcam to work on it.
Are there any programs that I can use online or download that will let me talk to my msn contacts and be able to use my webcam?
I've used amsn, but it was extremely slow on my computer.

Problems with microphone (incl. w/ WebCam NX Ultra)

This is about the only section that would be related, so I have my WebCam NX Ultra working perfectly, for the headphones/microphone that came with it, the sound works fine, but the microphone doesn't work. Apparently I have the proper drivers (which would be Generic) for the sound, but the microphone doesn't work, so I'm guessing I need a certain driver for it or something...help me out. How do I get my microphone to work?

I have had a Creative Pro Web Cam for a year and a half and in that time my family has not once been able to hear me. I could always hear them, but now can't seem to hear them either. They are losing patience. I have checked all the usual things like volume and the microphone not being in mute, etc. I have gone into the Center and the audio is enabled. What am I supposed to have for Audio Compressor and Audio Format or am I supposed to have anything. Also, should my volume setting be for playback or recording. I have tried it in both. Everything is plugged in correctly. I would just like to throw it in the garbage I am so annoyed. Downloaded Yahoo but it does not work on yahoo either. Please someone; why can they never hear me and why can't I hear them suddenly. I have tested the microphone incidentally and it works just fine. Woody

Did you install at least SP for your Windows XP? Also, have you try downloading the hotfix that the error message mention. If not give it a try since it's meant for correcting some issue of USB with SP.

Mercury Messenger (http://www.mercury.to/). Could work, but people report this is not very stable.
Windows Live Messenger on Windows on MacIntel using virtualization solutions like Parallels (http://www.mercury.to/)

Help-Webcam live Ultra notebook w/ facetracker

Help. I just installed webcam live Ultra botebook, but everytime I try to disable face tracking, it automatically comes back on almost instantly. Is there a way to disable face tracking or a software addition that would allow manual control and zoom of camera?

If you have ios 5.1.1 the output power is 100ma, on the iOS 5.0.1 the power output is 500ma! This may be the cause?

Webcam NX Ultra cannot load windows 7 drivers

Hi please help - I was so excited to see the windows 7 drivers for my webcam NX ultra - but I cannot load them . Installation wizard gets to a certain point and then it says driver installation failed. I have tried unistalling the camera, unistalling anything with creative in the title in my registry - always same result installation fails - PLEASE HELP - if I cannot get this to work I will bever buy another creative product - my logitech camera which is 5 years older has windows 7 drivers and works fine. I bought webcam instant yesterday,i downloaded the newest drivers for it...
But it doesn't work.
Everytime i start webcam center the camera turns off...
I tried it with msn messenger...but it worked perfectly...

Not working well on my msn with creative NX

can someone please help me with this webcam NX model N0225, is not working well on my msn 7.5 i'm using XP SP2 it will disconnect after like 30 minutes or so... but if i didn't open the cam, it won't have any problems with it. are there any other way I can solve this problem please someone help me thanks

Open the multitasking window by double-tapping the Home button. Close all the apps that are open. You can then try resetting your iPad by simultaneously pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until you see the Apple Logo. This can take up to 15 seconds so be patient and don't release the buttons until the logo appears.
Try again to see if the problem persists.

IChat, MSN and webcam support

Hi all and specially the iChat Apple people here.
I've bought a Mac Mini last weekend and i'm already disappointed. iWeb makes images too big (replacement any old webdesigh tools), Safari works with only 50% of the sites (alternative Firefox), iChat doesn't work with MSN and webcam (alternative Mercury), etc (what's left of the integration between the built-in applications?).
Anyway, i'm in the iChat forum now.
When is Apple going to make iChat MSN Messenger compatible and when is iChat going to support USB webcams?

You can use a USB webcam with iChat using a 3rd party
application that can be found here:

But does that work with the Jabber protocol?
I think that Jabber doesn't support webcam in MSN transport, but i may be wrong there.

Hi for the life of me I cant resolve this.
I have a ms-6378 ver.3 board with 1.1g AMD
i could not install windows 2000 on a Seagate 73Gig 68 pin SCSI Drive ultra wid. after giveing up i added a IDE HD and install win2k SP2 and added the SCSI card all still worked ok
but as soon as i added the hardrive it locks up and it will
not compleat the load of win2k and tried a smoler drive 18Gig 68 pin SCSI Drive. but it will not load windows 2000. i am stumpt. ;(

It sounds like an IRQ conflict. Make sure you diable the primary and secondary channels for the IDE ports to free up the IRQ resources for the SCSI drives. If you are using a separate SCSI controller, make sure it is in the proper PCI slot and does not share IRQ's with other cards.

I have a final yr project by which I can see the picture(whenever I want) of a webcam of a Home PC from my mobile device.
For that I have to write a Java program which will capture the picture from webcam and changed the file format to PNG and then saved it to some directory.Whenever I will run the Java program it will automatically save a picture in the directory and it will do continuously after 5 sec and overwrite the older picture.
Can anyone help me with the code or some sorts of code.
Please help me as it is quite urgent.

WebCam NX Ultra - Old driver?

I, like everyone else am having trouble with the Ultra NX. I am trying to use it with Java JMF, which the NX Pro worked fine with.
The Ultra NX causes the Java process to crash.
I don't need/want any fancy face tracking features. Just the basics. Is there an old driver I can use which is perhaps more stable?
Can I force XP to use the Nx Pro driver for the Ultra?

Overclocking with MSI KT4 ULTRA

I'm currently overclocking my XP 1600+ Palomino to just under an XP 2200+. My Idle temp is 39C and 47C at Load. My CPU is still locked and I'm running at 167FSB x 10.5 = 1758Mhz / 334 Mhz DDR. So far this is the highest stable overclock I am able to get with my current config. I want to get up to atleast a FSB of 180 - 185 to give my GeIL 512MB DDR433 PLATINIUM some sort of challenge, but I can't get the board to post at anything higher than 168FSB. Is it my board topping out or my CPU? What kind of overclocks is everyone else getting with their KT4 ULTRAs? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks )

I have reached 209FSB!!! Thats overkill!
And im running my system now on the min level x9 Multippel.
And that wil give me a damn strong and powerfull system, I can overklock it to reach the MHz frequence to but i dont right now, i must get a new mobo first, MSI is only !!!
Its up, i wil get a ABIT, or EpOX mobo. then i+ll show u :D
