Help! Must Delete and Recreate Bluetooth Device Each Sync

I need to Hotsync my Treo 650 under both Mac OS X v.5 (Leopard) and Win XP on the same machine running under Boot Camp. Before Leopard, I was able to do this via Bluetooth (cable on Treo 650 does not work right at all) without issue.
Under Leopard, when I try to Hotsync, I get the error, "Unable to initiate Hotsync operation because port is in use by another application". If I Delete the device from the Bluetooth list and setup the device from scratch, it works perfectly and continues to do so while in Leopard.
But when I go to Win XP under Bootcamp and try to sync, I get the same error message all over again. To fix it, I delete and recreate the device setup in Bluetooth and it syncs just fine while in XP. But when I return to Mac OS X, I am back to the same error message and must delete and recreate the device again.
Does anyone know how I can set up the Treo 650 so that I don't have to delete and recreate the Bluetooth setup everytime I need to sync?

A SharePoint Domain Account(farm admin account) was deleted and recreated with the same absolute credentials in AD due to this i cannot navigate to certain sites, not even able to edit web parts and cant view site actions menu.

But this did not help as it didnt resolve the SID's issues.
I couldn't restore the deleted object(AD acc) too.
Is there a way that i can use to get this account to work again?
There option of creating a new domain accout and give it full permissions is not recommened by the client.
So i must find a to get this account to work again.

Hi,
I would have a look in Active Directory first. Because a new account can't have same IDs that an old one, your new account can't be used instead of the old one, even if login, password and group memberships seems to be set all the same.
If your forest functionnal level is 2008R2 or more, and if Active Directory Recycle bin has been enabled, you can probably restore the deleted account.

When I run MRP in MD02 for a finished material with Planning mode=3 , system is deleting existing Stock transfer PR and re creating Stock Transfer PR.But when I run in MD01 with Planning mode=3 , system is not deleting existing Stock transfer PR and not re creating a new one. Old one is retained!!
Why delete and recreate is not working in case of MD01??. Pls help

That depends upon what you are trying to accomplish, and what your business requirements are. Planning file entries are generally created automatically, so creating one manually seldom has to be done on a day to day basis. NEUPL has the disadvantage that it consumes considerably greater amount of processing power than any Net change mode. You have to decide what you want, and what you are willing to spend to get it.
2. If I tell to my client to use NEUPL in MD01, then whats the difference wrt NETCH
I hope you are not saying that you don't know the difference between regenerative MRP and Net Change MRP. If this is the case, I suggest you do some homework. Start with

ABAP dictionary : can we delete and recreate transparent table

Hi Experts,
I would like to know if we can delete and recreate transparent table which had already been transported to another server? Will it create any other problem?
The reason why I want to do this is that I want to transport the table contents and the table was earlier created under the class 'Application table' . Now I want to create it under 'Customizing table' class.

I think you can change the table's Delivery class in SE11.
Than you can add your entries in the transport request.
Follow these steps:
(1) Create a transport request
(2) Open it, update mode
(3) Add a line with R3TR TABU <table name>, select the line created
(4) goto Menu, Key list and add the two keys list you have created (* is wildcard, mandt+key)
(5) Save, release and transport your request
No need to delete and regenerate it.

Are you using yahoo? If so, wait it out. Yahoo has had a lot of issues lately and you just have to wait for them to fix it.

Thumbnail Cache Randomly Deleting and Recreating

I have a ton of photos on the computer and having to wait for the thumbnails to cache is a pain, in fact, the only pain so far with windows 7. I'm just wondering if anybody else is having this problem where the thumbnail cache spontaneously deletes itself and then all the thumbnails have to cache again. This happens at least once a day. Is there something that I'm doing to cause this? Any help is much appreciated. Thank you

Like everyone else this has been driving me nuts, I've got literally zillions of images & videos that are god-awful to scan in Explorer without thumbnails, and most of those (RAW photos & videos) are ultra-slow to recreate.

I have simply given up on Windows Explorer to show photos now, Faststone Image Viewer does a much better job with many more features and all explorer functions included, just set your main pictures folders as favourites- right click "Add Folder to Favorites",
and you're away. Most importantly, the thumbnails never get deleted and will automatically load by just clicking the folder, no need to scroll down as in Windows Explorer. Double click a file to view full screen, move mouse to left you have, all advanced file
and draw functions, to right, file attributes, EXIF, histogram data, below simple draw functions, image zoom & navigation, mouse to top to get scroll bar to access all images in the folder & navigate to new folders or favorites, return to main program. You
can customize many functions including thumbnails, mouse functions in settings.

I was still having this problem even after changing the folder permissions based on the "Answer" above. However, I think I finally figured it out. The problem was that all my photo thumbnails were being sorted by "Date
Taken" descending. When I changed this to "Name", which is the default I think, I no longer expericed the long delays while the thumbnails showed up. So I'm not sure if it was actually a cache issue or just that Windows will always
go through the list of files to try and re-sort (or something) by Date Taken or perhaps whatever other criteria you are using. Just go with Name and see if that helps.
There should no 'delay' in showing thumbnails, XP never had this problem, if you use Faststone Viewer as I recommend above, you'll never see any delays whatsoever after the thumbnails load the 1st time, and no disappearing thumbnails ever again.

I've tried just about everything now, backing up my email boxes to my desktop and deleting them, creating a new account and deleting the old one. I've checked the behaviors. How much mail are we talking about here? Roughly how many messages, and roughly how many gigabytes of mail?
Who is the mail provider? Is this a local provider on a local network, or one of the "free" providers, or something from your ISP?
Do you have free disk space on your OS X system here, or is it possible that your disk is getting full?
As for the usual diagnostics for problems with Mail.app, launch Mail.app and select the Connection Doctor from the Window menu, let it run, select More Details, and re-run the tests. Expunge any personally-identifying information and post the results here, if they don't make the trigger clear.
You can also try a mailbox repair pass; there's a Rebuild option in the Mail.app menus.
If the downloads are failing, then the usual trigger is the IMAP or POP password setup; there are two entirely seperate connections and two separate credentials and such; the send path (SMTP) and the receive (IMAP or POP) path. Usual triggers for problems are changes to the mail servers involved, or the mail ports, or the credentials needed; I've seen vendors change each of those, and forget to mention it to their users.
That OS X version is extremely old. (I don't have anything nearly that old to check the details fo the setup of that version; 10.6.8 is the oldest OS X version I have handy.)

8830 and Blueant bluetooth device

I can pair my Blueant Z9i bluetooth device to my Sprint 8830. But, when I do, the volume control on the B/B becomes locked at a low level. Thus, the volume on the headset is too low, even when the headset is set on max. Anything I can do to unlock the 8830's volume control and adjust it above "low"? Blueant says it's a Blackberry problem (I've tried it with other 8830s, and it locked the volume on all of them!), B/B says it's a Sprint problem, and Sprint says it's either Blueant or B/B! Help! Has anyone else encountered this? We have hundreds of 8830s here, and I tried 4 others, and they all locked the volume upon pairing. Thanks!

Can WCS identify and track Bluetooth devices?

I realize the WCS can track rogue AP's, clients, RFID tags, etc... but waht about Bluetooth devices? Don't see anything documented about this.

I believe that if it could, it would only show up as a roving noise/interference source.
Bluetooth uses all / most of the same spectrum as 802.11b/g .... except it uses it by hopping across it, not staying on a single "channel" as the 802.11b/g clients do.
So, to a bandwidth monitor, it would appear as a full-spectrum noise, which (if mobile) would travel across the monitored zone.
It may be able to pinpoint the source through triangulation .... I'm not sure and haven't had much playtime on the WCS.

Can't leave voice message. Error 13014 after deleting and recreating Lync account

I deleted a Lync 2010 account that I was having issues with and recreated it. Now when I try to leave a voice message I received a fast busy. In the Lync logs I see the following error:

Please check if you have assigned the correct number in Line URI in user settings.

'You have entered the deletion indicator for the document, so the document is to be deleted during the next reorganization run.'
What should i conclude from this message , when i set the deletion indicator for the document ? I want to delete a document and recreate a new one with same values . I set the indicator , it is set and then when i try to create the a new doc with same name , it gives a message that doc already exists .
Can there be some archive and delete prog that actually deletes the document ?

BAPI_DOCUMENT_DELETE_DIRECT : This bapi would delete it from the database also.

I am compltely confused to delete and purge domain with commadmin below you can see output from.
./msuserpurge -v -dmycom-int.com -g0 command.
Domain Name : mydomain.com

when I try to purge the this domain with commadmin it generate the nonleaf error.

Unable to remove entry.::LDAP Error:NOT_ALLOWED_ON_NONLEAF domain => mydomain.com
I am really confused, I don't know how I have to find out what is inside this domain which is not empty to be deleted.

Didn't I just respond to this same question?
your error message claims that there is something in your domain, so it can't remove it.
Usually, it's a user. There's no way I can tell what's in there. You can use the Directory Console to see, though.
