    Hi,
First, make sure do not plug your iPod neither with your computer or ac charger.
Leave it at the dry place for at least a week, and bear in mind that do not use hot/warm air blower to shorten the drying period.

If your iPod Touch, iPhone, or iPad is Broken
Apple does not fix iDevices. Instead, they exchange yours for a refurbished or new replacement depending upon the age of your device and refurbished inventories. On rare occasions when there are no longer refurbished units for your older model, they may replace it with the next newer model.
ATTN: Beginning July 2013 Apple Stores are now equipped to do screen repairs/replacements in-house on iPhone 5 and 5C. In some cases while you wait. According to Apple this is the beginning of equipping Apple Stores with the resources needed to do most repairs for iPhones, iPads, and iPod Touches that would not require major replacements. Later in the year the services may be extended as Apple Stores become equipped and staffed with the proper repair expertise. So, if you need a screen repaired or a broken screen replaced or have your stuck Home button fixed, call your local Apple Store to see if they are now doing these in-house.

You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.
You can restore from a backup if you have one from BEFORE you set the restrictions passcode.

The screen is not broken outside... i cant do nothing(cant even turn if off)..can i fix this? if yes how much will it cost ??(p.s im in italy)

Apple does not repair iPods, but will replace the entire iPod for a flat fee; see the Repair Pricing section here:
    http://www.apple.com/support/ipod/service/faq/
There are independent iPod repair services that may be able to replace the screen for less. Do a web search for "ipod repair". Note, though, that if you elect to have the iPod serviced by an unauthorized shop, all further warranty will be void.
    Regards.

My Iphone fell in the pool how do i retrieve my photos

I am sorry, but yes, it's very unlikely you'll ever get them back.  iPhone's don't swim well.
You can get an out of warranty replacement for much less than the cost of the phone when new.  Make sure you back it up regularly and you sync with iTunes on your computer to transfer purchases (music, ringtones, apps, etc.) to your iTunes Library.

  • My iPhone fell in the pool, I tried the whole rice thing. & It seems to only turn on show the black screen with the apple & some white lettering on top of the apple. What else can I do to get my iPhone to work again?

  • IPod fell on the floor and now it's beserk.. :(

    Hey all,
I have an iPod Video 60gb.. 3 days ago it fell on the floor and just went crazy from there on..
For instance, I can listen to the songs that are on it, but when I connect it to the computer and I try to access it, it'll ask me if I want to format it or not, so, now, I can't even make backups of my songs, what can I do?
    Really appreciate the help.

The songs should be in iTunes or you should have a backup of them.
You can try a 3rd part app and see if it will get the songs off the iPod.

my ipod touch fell into the bath tub a few days ago, i shook out the water and put it in rice, but the screen on it is really very cracked and im afraid it might have really ruined it, it turns on but only when on the dock and as soon as i take it off the dock it turn off the whole screen goes black

Dry it in rice longer. Then try restoring to factory settings/new iPod. If still problem
Apple will exchange your iPod for a refurbished one for $199 for a 64 GB 4G iPod and $99 for the other 4G iPods. They do not fix yours.

  • My iPod fell down the toilet....

...erm, ya. I was trying to throw something away and the iPod slipped out of my hand and fell into the toilet. I got it out in about 1 second and it was on and playing still. I dried it off as fast as possible and tried to turn it off, but the lock was on and wouldn't turn off. I tried plugging it in (Oops.) and this message came on the iPod's screen, but I couldn't read it because it was too dark. so i left it alone and it is standing upright right now and it has been for about a day and i has not been touched since. What elese should I do and how long should i keep it like it is right now? I there any hope for my iPod??? Thanx bunches!!!
      Windows XP

OK, I left it alone for a week then tried to turn it
on. it didnt work. so i left it alone for about
another day. and then i tried to turn it on. didnt
work. so i tried to plug it in. no luck. my ipod is
dead. end of story. just a piece of advise for
everyone- NEVER take you iPod near a bathroom, sink
or anything having to do with water, i'll waste all
your money that you paid for it (in my case
    $300)!!!!!!
I think i know the cause(s) of death to your iPod
    A) It not being turned off right after retrieving it (Caused by the hold swich)
    B) Plugging it in after words (the main problem)
When you plugged it in was probably the end of story due to the large amount of power entering the iPod although it seems you are a bit luckier than other i know who have done the same thing and after doing so not only didn't have an iPod but also didn't have a computer (Fried the main board)
Sorry to hear you lost your iPod, although there is a good reason to step up to an new 80GB!
