Help! My InDesign app is no longer operable in the new ios.
My InDesign app was submitted to Apple ten days ago. Then the new ios came in and guess what?? My app no longer works!! Please help, according to the Apple guys it no longer even opens now beyond the splash page. Is there a fix for this? What do I do? I am not a programmer. Are you guys on top of this? Thanks. Fiona (ps: I HATE apple).
yes, I just did that this morning. But now I get a kind of odd splashpage bug; where, as the app is opening on the ipad, I get a quick view of a vertical, stretched portrait-version of the splashpage before it goes on to the main app. Any ideas on this one??

The lexis nexis dictionary app apparently isn't supported by the new ios system. I tried to report a problem but it lead me here. Please advise.

After downloading the new IOS for Ipad I cannot use Words for Friends from Ipad. I uninstalled it but when I try to reinstall it pops up with "item you wish to buy is no longer available".
I suggest trying the update again after an hour or two. Sometimes, the notice that an update is available comes an hour or two before the developers actually sends the revised app out to be downloaded.

Since I upgraded to the new iOS 7 operating system for my iphone, I can no longer adjust the volume on my alarm. No matter what setting the volume of my phone is my alarm is always full blast. Since I hate being startled awake, what can I do?
Go to your home screen, and then press the volume down or up button. It should say Ringer instead of volume. If it doesn't do that, try going into the clock app and try it there.

Just downloaded the new ios 7, and I can't seem to get any apps to download in the app store. It doesn't have the meter bar anymore and all it does is have a blue circle spin and spin for over 5 min. without nothing happening! Help!!!
Hi,
This is how App Store app shows now when an app is downloading. If you cannot download anything, go to Settings > iTunes & App Store, remove your Apple ID, and set it again. That should work.

don´t be worry, this would not be a problem.
You have to take the same Aplle ID on both devices, then you can sync them via iTunes by using all universal apps on each device, create playlists, albums and all the things you need and sync it, no problem...

My husband is using IPhone 5 and his phone is fine , he can use WIFI to download any apps or update any software from apple . Does that mean my phone have problem , not my WIFI right ???

Once I downloaded the new IOS 5.0 I've lost all of my photos that were stored on my PC, and I no longer have access to them on the IPOD. Cannot figure out what has happened. Please help.
Thanks lllaass, but I am not computer literate and do not understand exactly what it is I am supposed to do. All of my photos were stored on Microsoft Windows Live Photo Gallery. When I now access the gallery the only thing that is there are the folders with the title of the folders. The pictures that were in those folders are now gone. I can no longer access them on my IPOD either. My photo library on my IPOD is now empty.

I updated the new IOS 4.3.3 on my IPad, since then i Am having trouble accesesing any App. What happens is i cant enter it or other wise it closes as soon as i enter it...i need help solving tris inconvenient.
I have the same problem and I haven't solved it yet. On Friday I plugged in my iPad to my work computer after not having done so for quite a while. Today I went onto the work computer and discovered I had not updated iTunes before plugging in the iPad (and which I cannot do without an administrator password). I guess I will update iTunes and try again when I can get the guy to show up with the password. I hope that works. The reset idea does not work on mine.
Was your iiTunes updated before you tried? Have you found any solution yet? Mail and some internet apps still work but games, notes applications, spreadsheets etc. just begin to open and close immediately.
If anybody has answers I'd love to get some clues. -

I called Apple Support after trying many fixes suggested online. They directed me to the procedure on the following page:

I did the erase and restore option they suggested since I had tried a pile of ther things suggested on posts and blogs and they did not work. I even waited the obligatory 24 hours, thus the restore from backup option was what they suggested. I have a 64gig iPhone 4S and it took about 1.5 hours to complete the entire operation seeing that I am using about 54 gigs of that capacity.
Warning: I lost all of my emails and all of the data files from one of my map programs so be sure you have everything that you really need from your phone store elsewhere before wiping your phone. I thought that the backup on my computer would restore everything but obviously NOT.

I Have iPad retina. With the new iOS 7.1.2 my Scrabble free game no longer works. What should I do ? I try to reinstall it but they download the version from my Icloud wich is not working.
SOmebody can help here ?Unfortunately, if the iOS 7.1.2 has broken the app then it's up to the app developer to fix it.
You can look at the reviews. If the update has broken the app then the reviews will reflect that and you can at least know it's not just you. -
In the new iOS 7.0.2 update, I can no longer find the iTunes Radio in the music application. Has it been removed, or is there still a way to access it?

Had the same problem as you. App would terminate when launched.
Solution to working You Tube app:
-Go to playstore
- Uninstall app (it doesn't remove the app, only removes the update)
- "Et Voila", working again.
This doesn't correct the problem, it's just a workaround for you to be able to use youtube app again.

when i sync my iphone to my computer to update my music, it syncs as normal to my phone but it re-arranges the most played songs and puts them at the bottom of the app rather in the exact order its appearing as in itunes. this only started happening when i updated to the new iOS platform. can somebody else? i need them to sync so that my most played songs remain at the top and not the opposite!!
PLEASE HELP!You may have to try deleting all the music from your phone (by going to Settings>General>Usage>Music, swipping All Music and tapping Delete), then sync it all back on with iTunes in order to fix this.
