Help, My iPad Doesn't Work On iOs7

I have neever been so unhappy with an upgrade as I am with iOs7. What a mess they made of everything. Why dod theyt have to re-invent the wheel? My Youtube doesn't work and surfing the internet went to a crawl. Can someone give me some advice on how to get the old software back?

To be honest I am not sure what I updated from in my OS X All I do is agree to install when the automatic update says there is an update available for my Mac. I'm curious when we pay thousands of dollars to Apple for the best computer why we have to keep shelling out the clams to keep it running. What does the new update do that we have to pay for? I appreciate you telling me about it and I guess I need to know whaat it does. I'll try and find some reading on it.
FIREFOX - I'm trying to decide what to run for a browser now. The reason I switched to Firefox is because it was said to be faster than Safari. I noticed also that when I view Youtube videos with Safari, we are bombarded with friggin commercials to no end.
CHROME - I have been contemplating discarding my Google account because it seems Google wants to force us to go through them to access all my other accounts, and now they are getting to the point that when I try to open an account like Netflix or Facebook or other accounts, they try to force me to sign in with my Google account and they don't give me any other options. I am very upset as are many others with this communist turn Google has done. I don't want to change my email, but I may have no choice. I went into my Google account settings and chose to disconnect my other accounts from Google, but they still Hi-Jack my other accounts even when I choose not to connect them.
Now this morning I noticed my Spell Check isn't working. I have it set to check spelling automatically in Language and Text.
I have been trying to figure out how to check my version of Adobe Flash. Where can I find it to check it? It's not in my Applications folder like it's supposed to be. You're a little over my head with installing a control panel to install updates. I'll try going to Adobe.com/flashplayer andd try to update.
I have power cycled my modem several times with no change. I am using Centurylink for my internet which is the worst I have ever seen for reliability. There aren't a lot of choices where I live. Every time I have trouble ith them and make the dreaded phone call to 611, they say there are no problems and want me to go through a barage of their stupid tests that never work because the problem is on their end. I think they over sell the service and at peak usage times the bandwidth is sucked dry.

    According to Apple Facetime will only work over WiFi. IOS 6 will bring feature that you can make Facetime call over 3g-4g

    FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
    1. Turn off iPad
    2. Turn on computer and launch iTune (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
    3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
    4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port. Do not release button until you see picture of iTune and plug (very important)
    5. Release Home button.
    ON COMPUTER
    6. iTune has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTune.
    7. Select "Restore iPad"...
    Note: Data will be lost

    Hello, I have installed ICloud on my Ipad en on my Windows 8 laptop. Photostream from Ipad to laptop is ok but from laptop to Ipad doesn't work.
    I have contacted Apple support but the couldn't figure it out, I tried everything: disable firewall in router and laptop, also disabeld Defender, installed a new
    ICloud, installed new OS on the Ipad, all the photo's are in the upload folder, the battery of the Ipad is 100% filled, the Wifi works ok. etc.etc. I suppose that
    there must be a wrong configuration somewhere, perhaps the Wifi must be in BootP on the Ipad or I have to enable a kind of service in the laptop or perhaps
    it is just a stupidity from me? Who has an idea?

    "On a PC with iCloud Control Panel 2.0 or later, open a Windows Explorer window. Select Photo Stream under Favorites. Open My Photo Stream. Click the "Add photos" button. Select photos to import to My Photo Stream, and then click Open."

    Check to see what Microphone you have selected. On Mac's with multiple input options the Video menu will have a Microphone option. Try out the different options and see if any of them work for you.

    First lets assume you battery is completely or almost completely drained.
    Plug the iPad into the charger that came with it and plug that into a known good wall outlet. Leave it alone for at least an hour. Then, while it is still plugged in reset the iPad. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. If the iPad starts and seems to be ok let it continue to Harte until the battery is fully charged.
    If this doesn't solve the problem I suggest having an Apple technician take a look at your iPad. Make an appointment at an Apple Store to have your device examined by a technician. Or contact Apple Support.

    Try rebooting first.  Hold the power and home buttons at the same time for at least 10 seconds (keep holding past the swipe to shutdown bar if it appears) until the Apple Logo appears, then let go of both buttons and your iPad will restart.  See if that solves this for you.......

    The charter cable app for iPad and iPhone are awful. I contacted charter many times and they said it is an Apple problem.
    I can't record any DVRs. The app list me as central time so my TV listings are off by an hour. I reloaded the app several times to no avail.
    I've read the reviews for the charter app in the iTunes store and 90% of people give the app the lowest rating. Apple needs to address this because charter says it's not them. My kids have a charter app through AT&T and have no problem with it. Any help?

    Apple doesn't vet or test apps. those apps meet certain requirements and they're in the app store. Look through there, you'll see plenty of 0 or 1 star apps.
    There are millions of apps and Apple doesn't vet them.
    the facebook app hasn't worked right in years, Apple doesn't care, it's up to Facebook to make their app work. Same applies to Charter
    they will not make a developer make their app work well, they let 'survival of the fittest' rule...good apps get good ratings, bad apps get poor ratings, well rated apps rise to the top, poorly rated apps fall to the bottom.

    I have tried everything that you can imagine and what you can't thing for solve this problem... Deactivating and activating the switches for location and FMi, deleting the icloud account, using another icloud account, and even restoring the device and reinstalling it from zero... I don't have any other idea and I hope someone can help me on it.

    It could be the router (if you are using wifi).  First try rebooting it and testing.
    It could be that your ISP hasn't associated a location with the router (this is needed for location to be determined).  In this case there's nothing you can do.  To test for this case, try FMi at a public wifi location (most of them have the routers properly identified).  If it works at one such spot, then you'll know it's your router.  If not, then I can't offer any more suggestions, as the list you give above pretty much covers the usual troubleshooting routines.
    An iPhone shouldn't have such problems, since it has GPS onboard.  Likewise a 3G iPad has GPS (the wifi only versions do not).

    The problem is deeper than that. It's not reader. Now the same form I was creating in LifeCycle Designer ES2 yesterday, with the actions working perfectly, no longer work. None of the actions are working.
    Could it be realted to me trying to set the default version compatibility to Adobe 7. It gave me warnings, so I set it back to 9.
    Any help would be appreciated.
