HELP! My iPhone 5 was working fine, but when I went to connect to iTunes this evening, it said it couldn't be used with this iPhone and I needed to download the 64 bit version of iTunes! IT IS the 64 bit version! I can't get it to recognize my phone!!
This IS the 64 bit version of iTunes! It won't recognize my phone! I've reinstalled iTunes, restarted both the computer and the phone, and still can't fix it!
What computer do you have? is it 32 or 64 bit operating system?

- Try on another computer

i bought a factory unlocked iphone 4s. it was working fine but when i upgraded it to iOS 5.1 it gave me "no sim" message.
so i tried then to restore the iphone using itunes but it got worse it is giving me now "ICCID: unknown" message please help. any ideas?Please define "factory unlocked". The term is basically meaningless. iPhones are sold either carrier locked or unlocked. Some carriers will unlock them after a period of time upon meeting certain requirements and paying a fee.
There are lots of places that will "factory unlock" an iPhone. This basically translates to "hack". This can cause permanent damage to the phone. Best case scenario is these phones will re-lock to the original carrier on an update or restore. Worst case it they become expensive bricks.
ICCID unknown indicates a critical failure. There is no way to resolve this other than taking it in to Apple and getting the phone replaced. It's very possible that the phone was hacked and attempting to update has now killed it.

However, from your discription, I suspect that something is broken. Maybe a dead battery. In that case. I would make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store and see what they say. -

You can reset the phone and it won't cause any problems or cause you to lose any data - Hold down the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them down until the Silver Apple appears.
The other thing you should do is to reset your network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. You will have to set up your Wifi again, but that oftentimes clears things up.

I own a I phone 4. I recently changed my service from AT&T to Straight Talk. It was working fine but then I deleted the vpn file on accident. I have taken it back to the Apple store genius bar, but they say they don't see anything wrong. Well unless you use it all day and experience the problems when they happen, you wont see anything wrong. But there are lots wrong with it. But this would be the same store as I purchased the phone. And they backed up my old Iphone 4, but were not able to get anything to load back onto my new phone. So, I lost pretty much everything. But over time, some of my contacts have started showing up, although i am still missing over 800 of them.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

try this.
get back into your router's settings and start deleting devices that are not connected to your router.
you can also delete the ones that are connected - they'll connect again.
on the DHCP side of it, increase the amount of users that can connect/log in to your router.
see if that sorts it out for you.

How did you install GarageBand on your Mac? Did it come preinstalled with the other iLife applications?
If your MacOS supports the AppStore, you should be able to redownload GarageBand from the AppStore, see this support Article: OS X: About OS X Recovery on how to download again:

Hello I have a problem with a Wifi Survey app, this app is from Access Agility, however this app was working fine, but without advise stop of working, I tried to open again, but app be close after few seconds. Every time that I tried to open it, in diagnostic and use create some files, in special one named LatestCrash-WifiSurvey.plist, this one generate an incident identifier E73B0164-CDFA-4E9E-839E-A0C021BD17A2, but this incident identifier change every time that I tried to open, the last incident identifier is: DE600EB3-AB57-4C33-8DE8-71F6788A7441.
After of it, I checked that the app had a new version available for downloading, I took a backup of my ipad and then upgrade this app, but is the same problem, all I want is to save the projects I had in this app, I´m afraid that if I delete this app and re-install it, probably I loss my projects.
Thanks for your help indicating how I can save my projects and see them for example in an iphone for assurance that data is not lost.
Something that called my attention is part of the log that shows a big CPU processing, but the strange thing is I killed all applications.
