HELP! my iphone is showing up as someone elses

hi,
i just synced up my iphone 4 with my wife's imac , trying to put some of my photos into her iphot. something terribly went wrong. all i remember was a progress bar was doing something on my phone, i paniced and i pulled my phone out of the computer and turned her computer off.
now my phone is basically hers ,... there a couple of my apps still on my phone but that is it> none of my photos, itunes , messages, mail, email!!! nothing.
please, please help

If Templeton Peck is correct, in that, you accidentally restored your wife's backup onto your iPhone, that would have wiped out any data that was on the device (including music, movies, photos). If this is the case, then you have some ways to recover the content but only if certain features were in place.
The easiest step is to restore your iPhone from an iCloud backup if you set it up to do that and it was able to that. The process requires the iPhone to be plugged into power and connected to a WiFi betwork.
Otherwise, you can look into each piece of data that you would like back:
Photos:
1. If you have an iCloud account and it was added to the iPhone and syncing your photos to your Photo Stream (part of iCloud), then you can get those photos back from your Photo Stream. To my knowledge, setting up an iPhone to backup to iCloud (over WiFi) does not include photos.
2. If the photos exist in iPhoto, then they can be synced onto the iPhone through iTunes
Music: Either sync what's in iTunes onto the iPhone or download your previous purchases again (at no additional cost) through the iTunes app (purple icon).
Movies: Same as music
Info: Most of this should either exist on your iMac (or in your iCloud account if you have one). Contacts, Calendars, Notes, Reminders
Email: I would recommend re-adding each account again manually through Settings > Mail, Contacts & Calendars.
I sincerely hope you also have Time Machine backing up your iMac to an external hard drive or another form of backup plan running. If data becomes lost, there's nothing that can be done to retrieve it if it doesn't exist somewhere else (on another hard drive or backup service).
