Hello Folks.
I am having an extra space between monthname and year in the folllowing query. Can anybody throw some light on how to get rid of the extra space between.

The format you want is 'fmMONTH YYYY'
'MONTH' always returns a string of the same length, right-padded with blanks to be as long as the longest month name. In English, the longest month name is 'SEPTEMBER' (9 characters), so January (7 characters) gets padded with 2 extra spaces; May would get 6 spaces.
'FM' in the format means "lose the padding". Since you want a space (exactly one space) between the month and year, put exactly one space in the format string.
The complete TO_CHAR expression is:
TO_CHAR ( TRUNC (SYSDATE, 'MM') -1
,'fmMONTH YYYY'
)

The 'none' choice is automatically displayed for fields that allow nulls.

Getting rid of the space between songs?

Other than merging into one track, there is currently no way to do this. You can use the crossfade function in iTunes, but it is not perfect, and it will not transfer to the iPod.

I need help need to get rid of abckground in a psd in motion

when I save my psd in photoshop...I keep all the layers....I then try to take it to motion 2 becuase I want to create a lower third.....for whatever reason I cannot get rid of the background in my psd file....I need some serious help here...is there something I need to do differently in photoshop....anyhelp woul dbe appreciated....i even go to the layers section in motion..and when I click on any of the layers that pertain to my psd file the whole image dissapears....mind you it's only a picture of several stacks of records..with a black glow on it...to seperate the records from the background video I am importing into motion...please help

Is there a way to get rid of the space left when I delete a field?

I have a document that I am editing and I have deleted some fields but that leaves big white spaces in the document. Is there some way that I can get rid of those spaces without having to manually move up all the subsequent fields one by one?

Not really. There are things you can do to make the process easier, but you can't just highlight the white space and hit 'delete' to bump everything up.
You can select all of the items below what you removed on the heirarchy tree (that are on the same page) and move them all up at once.
You could make the document flowed and enclose the whole area in a subform, but that presents its own set of challenges if the fields and such do not already take up entire lines (or close to it). It does make the process easier in the future if you have to add/remove more items again.

Need to get rid of the "other"...

i recently transferred my iTunes library from my old computer to my new laptop. i followed the directions from apple, but in the last step, when i opened iTunes and was supposed to see my library, it wasn't there. instead, i had to go to 'add folder to library' and import my songs that way. when i did this and connected my previously half-filled iPod, it was now almost completly filled. it has my original 7.6 gigs of music, along with 8.43 gigs of "other" that never used to be there. i cant figure out what the other is, or how to get rid of it. help!

If you feel that Other is being incorrectly reported then try restoring your iPod. Restoring will erase the iPod's hard drive, reload the software and put it back to default settings. As is always the case in PS, there are a number of ways to accomplish the same task. Some work better than others, depending on the nature of the task. Here are two others:
• using the healing brush (not the spot healing brush), sample an area of good skin and brush over the offending area once. Then use fade filter and lower the opacity until the blend looks natural. The skill of this technique depends on the area you sample from and how large a brush / area you brush over. You only want to brush once, so you can use the fade filter command. An alternative, depending the version of PS, is to apply your healing on a separate layer and then lower the opacity of that layer. This is the same as using the fade filter command, but allows you to use multiple brush strokes.
• on a blank layer, using a small soft edge brush, low opacity - 10% is good, sample the desired good skin color near by the area you want to change. You may need to sample different areas as you retouch to get a good blend - transition. Then paint over the offending area, gradually building up the retouch until the blend is good.
In all cases a tablet is the best way to administer retouching.

Help: How to get rid off the default Window menu from FORM screen?

I am working on a FORM application. On the very top left of the FORM screen, there is a default Window menu with:
Cascade
Tile Horizontally
Tile Vertically
etc.
The end user will never use it for this application. To make the screen look nicer, is there a way to hid or get rid off it?

Set_Window_Property(Forms_MDI_Window, Title, "xyz" );

Need to get rid of the request

i am working in a support project
I have data getting populated from ODS to Cube and all the request are getting aggregated and Compressed.
but yesterday the load had worong postings in ECC . and now the request is loaded to cube and compressed .
the client is asking me to delete the request but i as per my understanding the request cant be deleted.
please help in this

when you do reverse posting of the compressed data you can get correct data as desired.
me as explained above let me give a clear example how it works
Example
Plant amount
3005 100 (single request
3005 200(single Request)
after compression
the the value will be
Plant Amount
3005 300
Now the customer asks that the data which was posted recently is wrong ( that menas plant 3005 and 200 is wrong)
Now the request is already compressed we can onlly eliminate this by using reverse posting
after following the steps of reverse posting as above
the request will be deleted internally like as below
corrected data will be
Plant Amount
3005 100
3005 200
3005 -200
after reverse posting the request gets nullifies with the negative value and make the data as required.
but during reverse posting make sure that you select a correct request ID so that you dont mess up the data

How do I get rid of the space game that keeps popping up every time I open Firefox?

There is a space game that pops up every time I open the internet in Fire Fox. It does not do it in with Google Chrome or Internet Explorer. I have to click "control", "alt" "a" to get it to stop playing every time or it will continually send up little space like ships and make shooting noises (so annoying). I just want it off of there, so I don't have to mess with it. Can you please help me remove it.

If this isn't on the built-in Firefox home page, it could be caused by an add-on. To rule out one of your extensions is involved, could you try Firefox's Safe Mode? You can restart Firefox in Safe Mode using either:
* "3-bar" menu button > "?" button > Restart with Add-ons Disabled

I just got an iPad and accidently loaded about 1,0000 pictures on there. I have beed to the icloud site, read everything they said to do, read everything you are saying. how do I get the pictures off my iPad?

If you are not familiar with the sync process, I am not going to be able to help you. You need to establish your pad on your computer through the syncing process.
Here is a link to the user guide. Dowload it, open it in I books or some other PDF reader and learn about syncing.
The answer to your question about pictures is that you control what pictures show up on your pad during your sync session. I cloud does not store pictures for you, other than as a temporary place, then downloads. Your long term picture storage is on your computer in I photo, my pictures, or whatever picture manager you are using.
So take a stab at syncing, using I tunes on your computer. Get that part down cold, then try again with the picture question.
