Help needed - automatic log in on public computer. How to get rid of the account.

Hi there
Recently while on vacation, my son logged into a public computer on his ichat. Unfortuantely, it was clicked as automatic log in.
Now we are back home and have realized that someone has been accessing his account.
We have tried deleting the account from our home computer, however, it does not delete it from the public computer.
What will happen if we change the password on our home computer? Will the public computer be prompted to re-login with the new password, and therefore won't be able to?

Yes change the Password and they will not be able to login.
That is change the Password at the server you are using.
Either AIM itself for AIM name or iForgot for @MAC.com or MobilMe names
Login to your Google account and change the password there in your Account Settings
With any other Jabber Account you will have to use the third Party app you used to get the accounst Name set up.
Then Change it in iChat.

Go to the develop module and highlight all of the images in the filmstrip at the bottom of the screen. Then activate Auto-sync and click on the Reset button. That should reset all of the images to your camera default settings.

The 'none' choice is automatically displayed for fields that allow nulls.

How to get rid of the banner in the middle that tells me the email is from/to, etc, I don't need that to take up space

I don't need to know who the email is from - again. It tells me that in the list of messages. I certainly don't need to be told that it came to me. In fact, none of that information is relevant. If I tag it I can tell by the colour where/what it is. All that info is reduntant, I can put the controls in the control bar but with that wide band in the middle, I lose the screen space for either list of messages or the actual message. Before the last edition I could get rid of it but not now to my knowledge.
BTW, the uploading of screenshot doesn't seem to work. The .jpg is 111kb, which doesn't seem to be big but maybe it is.

If you are talking about the header bar of the Message Pane the only way to get rid of it completely is to close the message pane by pressing F8.
There is a add on called Compact Header that will let you make it smaller.

I do not think this forum lets you post an image on the original post. I have not tried it but lots of people have trouble doing it.

I had about 100 folders w/bookmarks last week and by mistake I imported about 500 other folders dated over several months ago. I discovered I don't need those 500 folders. How do I get ride of all of them without doing it individually? I want to avoid trying to delete them individually folder by folder because it would just be too time consuming. Is there a way to highlight them all (500) and the delete all at once?

Perhaps I can put first 100 folders altogether in another single folder, say X. And then export X as a back up. Then somehow remove all 600 folders plus X all at once some how completely emptying the bookmark listings and import back the backed up folder X. Can that be done?

I apologize, I'm a bit unclear on the exact nature of your question. If you added here account to the Mail application on your Mac and would like to now delete it just from there, you may find the following article helpful (it is aimed at Yosemite, but the steps should apply to Mountain Lion as well):
Remove an account
When you remove an email account from Mail, the account’s messages are deleted and no longer available on your Mac. Copies of messages remain on the account’s mail server and are still available (from webmail, for example).
Important: If you’re unsure whether messages you want to keep are still on the mail server, move or copy them into a mailbox stored on your Mac (the mailbox appears in the On my Mac section in the Mail sidebar) before you delete the account in Mail.
Choose Mail > Preferences, then click Accounts.
Select an account, then click Remove .

There is nothing wrong with the OS update.
Delete ALL your email accounts.
Restart Playbook
Put the accounts back and ensure they are all set with PUSH ON. Manual (push off) will burn battery.
Similarly delete your wifi connections and add back when required.
Turn off wifi is not connected to wifi.
Any "hunting for connection" in email or wifi will burn up battery.

How can get rid of the automatic message in peoples email when they submit a form?

I keep getting this message automatically appearing in peoples email browser when they have filled out my form and click submit:

Instructions to add this form to a data set:
1. Double-click the attachment.
2. Acrobat will prompt you to select a data set.
I am happy to see this at my end, but don't want it to pop up in their email body copy before they send the email back to me. I created the form using Acrobat version 8.1.2. Everything else works fine. Any thoughts will be greatly appreciated.

I have the exact same question as Dave here. I see this is an old thread and hope this will revive it. I don't understand Jon's response, except to say that his assessment of what happened seems wrong. I have posted a livecycle form that I am asking people to fill out and "submit". When they hit "submit", an email is generated that is sent to me. For some folks the email with the data attachment is sent right to their outbox and it is sent to me next time they send email. They aren't likely to see the body copy with the "Instructions" and so the fact that this copy will make no sense them is mute. However, for some people it generates an email that immediately opens up with "Instructions" in the body. Of course the instructions are for me and will make no sense to the person filling out the form. They are confused by this body copy because they think it is for them, and I don't need it.
I'd really like to change this copy or delete it at least.
Any thoughts?

Help: How to get rid off the default Window menu from FORM screen?

I am working on a FORM application. On the very top left of the FORM screen, there is a default Window menu with:
Cascade
Tile Horizontally
Tile Vertically
etc.
The end user will never use it for this application. To make the screen look nicer, is there a way to hid or get rid off it?
Also if possible, I want to hid or get rid off very top "Oracle Developer Forms Runtime - Web"

Set_Window_Property(Forms_MDI_Window, Title, "xyz" );
to change the window title.

When I try to log on to hotmail, I get a message to update my browser, which I have done, but can't get rid of the message.

Forgot to log off a public computer

I forgot to log off a public computer, at a University computer lab - and I won't be returning. I was logged in both in iCloud as well as iTunes. What steps do I need to do for safety sake?

Kindly note the process id in Sm66 go to Sm50 select the process,go to Administration Tab and cancel the process.
It will re-creates the new W/P.
And if u r unable to kill the process id through the SM66, Kindly log on in to the Appl.server kill the process at OS level.
With the command "Kill -9 <process id>".
Once u log off the end user kindly tell him wait for some time i.e., around 2Mins. Before that u can check the entire system.
