Help needed in Duet Installation

We are trying to install DuetRC1 in our organization. For installation of ABAP add-on on the mySAP-ERP, it requires the installation of this package (<b>SAPK-105BGINOSPABAP</b>). I tried to download the package from service.sap.com/swdc. But I could not find the specific package. If some body has faced this problem, pleas tell us, what to do?

Help needed please - OS installation

Hello, I don't own an apple computer yet, I am thinking of purchasing a second hand one with no OS on it for christmas, my question is, if I install the OS bought from a retail store and I install to my machine, will the software ask me to supply a registration KEY like a Windows installation.
I don't have any idea about apple mac's but would like to learn.

You need to confirm with the seller that they are not machine specific disks (gray) and they are retail disks not upgrade disks either. There is no registration key. Apple operates on the honor system. Which version of Leopard 10.5 will they install? You won't be able to install a version less than the version that originally shipped with the mac you are referring to. Why have you not gotten the disks that came with the Mac you are purchasing? The owner is required to furnish those to you.

HELP Need copy of installation disc for K7N415 Pro

Been to the MSI download center to try and download the bios and drivers I need for the refurbushed K7N415 Pro I just bought to upgrade the old 7T pro 2-a I've had for years. but it does not come with any installation disc or manuel's. I've been able to download a few but some of the links won't WORK!!! The manuel is one that I can't get If any one one this forum could burn me a copy of thier disc or point me to a place where I could download the manuel and drivers etc. it would make my life a lot easier! If any one has the manuel and install disk and would sell them to me I'd be glad to buy them or pay to have the install burned and sent to me.

hi all,
i got download of obiee 10.1.3.4 from oracle webside.
in that i got 3 subfolders named as
1.Client_Ancillary (Oracle_Business_Intelligence_Briefing_Book_Reade,Oracle_Business_Intelligence_Open_Intelligence_Interface)
2.Server (Oracle_Business_Intelligence)
3.Server_Ancillary (Oracle_Business_Intelligence_Office , Oracle_Business_Intelligence_Publisher)
I have installed server in my machine.
and others client_ancillary and server_ancillary where to install and what is the use of those...
can any body explain....
now i want to install obiee on a server and i need to access these from 2-3 pcs what would be the process..

Client_Ancillary: Programs u use when you want to run a briefing book on your laptop and have no network access
Server_Ancillary: Programs u use when you have ms-office integration
Normally the setup from the server folder is enough for a server installation.

This sounds like a strange java problem not IAS

Id be very tempted to remove any JDK/JRE installations, or even better start with a clean machine.

Help Needed With Font Installation

I just received a specialty font from a design group. It is a .suit file. I need help installing. When I double click it, it opens in text edit, not font book. I have sent it to two friends running 10.5 and for them it opens in font book no problem. Is there something I am not doing? I am running 10.6.4 on a Mac Pro Quad-Core. I am waiting to hear from the design group, but I am wondering if anyone has had this problem.

Help need with Tomcat installation

Hi,
I am trying to install Tomcat version 5 on Windows 98 machine. I set the environment variables by opening system configuration utility (i.e., running msconfig) -AutoExec.bat then NEW and I typed the path to CANTALINA_HOME . But, still I am getting error saying that CANTALINA_HOME environmnet variable is not properly. Can anybody please help me???

Help needed in ads installation

I just finished installing the ADS on a 32 bit server (win 2003 server)
It included both Java + ABAP stacks (NW2004s).
Now in the SAP MMC I do not see the J2EE process listed.
When I try to do the updates using JSPM, I get the Message J2EE engine not started. I restarted SID in SAPMMC, however I dont see the J2EE process listed as you would normally see in the MMC.
can anyone explain me what I'm missing out.

Help needed on installation of Oracle 9i EE on Sun Solaris 8. The problem I met was: we followed the installation guide from the documentation. And we selected the choice "install software only". After it was done successfully, we run Database Configuration Assistant utility to create a database instance. But finally it always tried to create the instance at the root directory ( / ) which doesn't have enough space and then failed. The case was that we have set the enviroment parameters: $ORACLE_BASE = /export/mydata, $ORACLE_HOME = /export/apps/oracle9i. That means it should be installed at /export/mydata, but it didn't. Any help or advice are welcome. Thanks.

Seems like some who have tried two devices on the JMICRON IDE port have had trouble. Try without the hard drive and see if you get that error. If that is the case I would try a PATA to SATA converter for your hard drive and connect it to one of the Intel SATA Ports.

Urgent help needed on deployment facts

I had completed a Java Web based application using JApplet, which in turn uses Java Media Framework and Java Communications APIs. So when i deploy this application and let the clients use this application. I need to dump some jar files and properties files into the clients JRE so that all the APIs will work properly. Without any installations. I tried doing this manually by copying these files into client machines So is there a direct method for performing the task. Or i need to add some additional code to my applet so as to find the clients current JRE version and place the required files under using FTP? Can i write a setup routine or something which does all these operations once the client access the applet?

What you will want to do is look into JNLP and Java WebStart. They allow you to write a setup for your product that makes installation as easy as InstallShield™ does for the Windows™ platform (ie: it allows customers who cannot tell Java from Perl to install your product).

I understand that you need assistance with the installation of Norton Antivirus that you received with the purchase of an HP 16gb Pendrive. Did you get the Pendrive with a computer or just purchase the Pendrive on its own?
