Help needed in installing Photoshop Elements 10

Hi, I purchased a dual pack Photoshop Elements 10/Premiere 10 quite some time ago and have been using them both on my 64-bit Windows 7desktop. I have tried on several occasions in recent months, lastly today, to install them on my Windows 7 32-bit Laptop too, but I can't manage to do it. i wonder if anyone can help me please?
I have loaded Disc 1, entered my serial number and after several minutes it appeared to complete installation and asked me to reboot Windows. When i do that there is no mention of it in Programs, it doesnt return to the CD, perhaps to complete installtion and if I reload the disc and click on Install it just repeats the whole process.
My understanding is that I have two licenses and so I cant see why it wont load.

Help.Can't install Photoshop Elements 2 on MBP

I'm trying to install Photoshop Elements 2 on MBP.I know its not universal but figured I'd run it under Rosetta. When I double-click on installer nothing happens.I even tried dragging shortcut to desktop but still nothing.I believe Elements 2 is OSX compatible.Anyone using Elements 2?If so how do you install it?

I was able to install Elements 2 on my MBP without a hitch, but I'm using a European OEM version so something may be different about my CD.
I noticed that the installer wants an admin password right away, so maybe it has something to do with your user account? Have you tried installing under a different account with administrative privileges?

Can someone please help me re-install Photoshop Elements 8? I appear to have an unreadable disk.

I recently had to replace the hard drive on my Mac. Ever since that change, I haven't been able to pull up my Photoshop Elements 8. It gave me a warning saying something about the serial number being invalid. I contacted Adobe once before but their queue was too high and they were too busy and asked me to come back another time. Between now and then I uninstalled photoshop elements from my computer in hopes to re-install it and fix the problem. The problem now is that my installation disk isn't even recognized by my computer. Is this because it is only allowed to be installed on one computer or could there be something wrong with my disk? I need this program for my at home business and would appreciate any assistance you can offer.

Help needed for Adobe photoshop elements 3.0

My problem has been bothing me for a few years now, but because i was able to still use windows 2000 until a few weeks ago, it never occured to me to find a solution for this.
My problem is Adobe photoshop 3.0 in general.
After vista, and now windows 7, i have not been able to properly display my art program, and being that i draw... a lot... with a tablet, and not having it work on me, drives me mad.
i can open the program just fine, the problem occures when i try to draw with my tablet or even the normal mouse.

I've tried the update for this version on this site, but seconds after it starts installing the program shuts down saying I can't download it.
I've also tried for a few days now to find a solution to this but was never able to.
Any help would be greatly appreciated and i would seriously love you x.x

You can't download the patch because it only works with version Elements 5. The patch updates Elements 5 to make it Vista compatible. Sadly, Adobe didn't provide patches for the older versions just the one that was current when Vista came out.
The phantom grid is one of the compatibility issues that some with Elements 4 and under have with Vista.
Just so you know you aren't the only person who's see that display issue. Here's a thread over on Elements Village with a screen capture of phantom grid by another user...

Things that might help...
If you haven't already, set up PSE 3 up to run in Windows XP service pack 2 compatibility mode.
Check and make sure your video card's driver is up to date.

Help Needed to Install Photoshop CS6

Company bought product in 2012 and never installed. I opened the sealed package this morning and tried to install. It asks for a serial number. The only number I have is on the back of the box, it is 3 letters/3letters and then 8 digits. The serial number field for install will not take the letters and not enough fields for numbers. I thought it may be a redemption code but it is not recognized either. I have the receipt for this product and I need some help. It is very difficult to get support. Chat says it is not active and I cannot find any phone numbers. Please help!

I called and they were able to fix an issue I was having with entire menu selections disappearing.
I allowed them to remote into my computer and they found a corrupt file called "sniffer", whatever that is.

Having problems with the program as can't access the organize bit , (see earlier discussion). One option I think is to re-install. How do I keep all photos and delete and re-install?

Try changing the auto-play settings to always ask.
Control Panel >> AutoPlay
Then insert your card into a card reader and copy files directly to a new folder.
Then launch Organizer and use File >> Get Photos & Videos >> from Files & Folders

There's been a few of these today. I think there must be a problem with the redemption server and you probably just need to wait a while and try again.
