Help- new PC/itunes issue
I'm transferring my library from my old PC to my laptop and have since purchased songs which don't turn up on my Ipod. I've tried syncing and sycning purchases, but I'm always left with the songs I had from my old PC and none of the new ones. They play fine on the laplop, but don't appear on the Ipod. I have Itunes 8.0 and my Laptop is Windows Vista.
Do you get any error messages about syncing the newer purchased songs? You might have to reset ipod warnings. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2527
Also you might give your ipod a reset, too. The thing with the hold switch & center button...

Okay, so today I had a new hard drive insalled on my computer and all of my files, including Itunes, copied fine onto the new harddrive and i didn't lose any music.
So as I was fixing my settings, I downloaded the new version of Itunes and tonight I went to play music off of it, and it asks me to authorize the computer to play the particular song i clicked on. I do, with my user name and password, and hit play, and it asks me to enter it AGAIN! The thing's like stuck in some kind of loop and I can't listen to my music.
I stick my ipod in to charge and now all of a sudden all of my downloaded songs to my ipod can't be played because it can't be authorized, so all of it got deleted off of my ipod.
Can someone please help me? I want my music back!You sure you're putting in the correct account info? Can you sign onto the iTunes Store with the same info?

I need help with an iTunes issue?
I purchased an explicit version of a song and it gave me the edited version of it! It's also showing like I purchased the edited versions of the two songs that I purchased.

Contact iTunes Customer Service, and they can correct the problem.
It is a common problem, because nobody actually wants the Clean versions, and having them in the Store just creates confusion. -

Trying to download the iOS 8.2 software update on my iPhone 6, but it won't update. All app updates have resolved since the iTunes issue was resolved. Is the software update issue related to this as well, or is it another problem entirely?
I've synced it to iTunes, turned it off/on, etc., but still not downloading.
Any help is appreciated.

So is the iOS 8.2 update not downloading to your iPhone, computer or both?
You have synced it to iTunes, that is an option to update if it's not updating wirelessly. Please see if other steps help.

See if there's a non-explicit version and download that? Just download the individual songs you want, and not the others?

Create a NEW account using these instructions. Make sure you follow the instructions. Many do not and if you do not you will not get the None option. You must use an email address that you have not used with Apple before.

Using those instructions you may also be able to select PayPal if that is allowed in your country. -

Sir, Thank you very much for your prompt response. I have already done this. But the problem is still persisting. Actually, I want to upgrade my WhattsApp application and as soon as I click the upgrade button in App Store, it asks for the password of previous apple i.d., which I don't have as I have bought this phone from somebody. There is no option for log out or log in. It there any other way out to upgrade the WhatsApp ????

Installed a new update iTunes Saturday - My file directory could not be found, so I reset the directory path, and 'it' asked me if I would like 'it' to re organise my filing, foolishly (as a beginner, without checking) I selected yes - Many tunes have been duplicated, some have disappeared? Trawled through lots of misleading help files, mailed friends, tried many back routes into Apple web sites and they all wasted my time. Can anyone help?
I have discovered since then, that this resorce has been down over the weekend, which probably explains why I have had so many contradictory responses, so apologies if you all know what the prolem is.
My question is, my TIME MACHINE (which has not been used yet) was tried but looked nothing like that of the U Tube demo, so I am assuming that it needs setting up, however, it has been saving, I just do not know how to recover the data. Can anyone help?

Thanks for your prompt response, however I have first seen it now. I have placed an active SIM card in the iPhone turned it off and on. It now says SIM locked, please write access code. The problem is I don't remember the password. When I connect it to iTunes it tell me that I have to write the password before it can be used with iTunes...... Do you have any good ideas? I see you are from the NYC area.... used to work there back in the early 90´ Those were good days..... What a City
