Help no start button can't run apps

I have an Acer E5-521 laptop I upgraded to the previous win 10 build and it worked great. Now with build 10041 The start icon will not function. Left click on the start icon will cause a ding noise but no start menu. Right click on the start icon and
you get a list of functions like the control panel.
If you look to the far right of the taskbar, click at the Notification icon next to the date and time.
Does it open ?
If yes, select Settings > select Recover & Update > click Check for update.
You might have a few updates needed to be installed.
After that, restart computer and try the Start button again.

The iPad 1 can't run the newer operating systems. It'd be like trying to play a bluray disc in your 6 year old dvd player....it simply lacks the hardware to make the software run.
No suggestion about the camera, but given that Apple's attitude seems to be to focus more on the more mobile devices for photography (the iPhone and Touch cameras got features, the iPad and mini didn't), that is highly unlikely. You can tell Apple what you want, but you'd probably be money ahead to get a digital camera.
as to the photos, anything put on via iTunes has to come off via iTunes.Your main alternative would be to look for photo apps that offer file exchange that may give you more functionality.

You can dispute any charges by doing an Arbitration or Mediation. I have never done it, so I can not help much there but this all may get you started.

I've just started learning and playing around with J2ME, but now I have this problem, and I can't sort it out, which means I can't continue learning. Please help!
1. I'm using J2ME wireless toolkit to build and compile
2. In command prompt, when I type java -version, it show the version, but when I type midp -version, it says 'midp is not recognized as an internal or external command...'

While i was searching for my topic on google code, i found one project and i download that.
But its "MyProject.app" with yellow cplored xcode sumbol and i can not run this file.
Does any one know that how can i run this type of file. i want to run this project.

I have a very ridiculous problem. I have installed Oracle applications Rel 11i pack on my desktop on Red Hat Linux7.2. The problem is that when i try to access it using Netscape navigator it says that run Jinitiator on the machine. And Jinitiator is for windows platform only. Now i m struck at this point...Database is running,Concurrent Managers are running,Web server is running,Forms Server/Report Server is running...The only thing is that i cant access it..
Please help..its really very strange that oracle does not support Linux clients...no plugins are provided for it..so in a way indirectly still they are vouching the Microsoft monopoly.....?
Well please help me.....if anyone has any solution...

Well put, Deepak. We also cannot believe that Oracle does not yet support Linux on the client side (especially Red Hat versions which are widely deployed). Our teams are also battling with this issue as we are desperately trying to move away from the MS-onopoly. Surely the big O will hear the pleas of its customers and get their act together soon...

Help, Broken Power Button- Can't turn on laptop

Hi,
I have an iBook G4 that does not turn on. The power button is unresponsive and doesn't do anything when pressed.
I'm hoping there's a key combination I can press to boot it up? (one that doesn't involve pressing the power button)
It's a school issued computer so I can't open it up, and since it's summer break I can't take it to our tech office.
Any help would be appreciated.

The Power Key is about it, for starting up an iBook.
There may be something else wrong with the computer
which an expert or genius may be able to perform a
basic troubleshooting effort to find what that may be.
Troubleshooting portables that won't turn on or start up:

Some processes to troubleshoot and try to get it to work
may involve several different things; including seeing if
the computer could work with the power adapter only,
with the battery removed. Or see if the power adapter
may be needed to start the computer. Narrowing down
the possible sources of problems, to include inspection
to see if the power button is broken, would be needed.
If the battery is fully charged, and this implies the cell
is good and not been used up, perhaps simply resetting
the Power Management Unit (PMU) may help.
Without seeing the computer, some things are more
trial and error than others. If an Apple Store is within
reasonable distance, a call ahead to see if they have
an available genius or other person at a specific time
who can look over your computer; this may be helpful.
I suspect the issue may not be the Power Key; but
if that is the case, it would require a repair. And if
that happened to be the situation, someone at the
school would have to authorize it (unless you were
to be generous and send it off to someone capable
such as wegenermedia.com for a quality repair.)
Actually, if it's the Power key, a technician would have
to take the computer apart down to the logic board...
& a tech could decide how or what to do about it. In
some cases, certain repairs may be costly.

HELP! GTA:SA can not run on my mac!

after i installed the app,i clicked the icon to run the game.but the icon just appeared for 1 sec on the dock then nothing happens! what's wrong with it? i run mac os 10.7 lion on MBP MC723(15inch with dual graphic cards and i7 SNB processor),the app store said 10.6.7 higher can run this app,then what's going on??

It should run perfectly OK as there are plenty of Lion users enjoying SA already from what I see on other forums.

Out of the box, the app-client is trying to connect to:

The complaint is that:
hello/HelloService not found
So which should it be? 'service/MyHelloServiceRef' or 'hello/HelloService'
And which source and config files need to be modified.
Also notice that i don't have any client stub files in my build\classes directory. That seems a bit odd. Do I need to gen-stubs as part of the build process?

Not sure if you are still facing the issue .
Just wanted to point out a couple of things which might becausing your app-client demo to fail .
1. The remote webservice application which this client is trying to consume , the helloservice,application is not deployed .
2. The packaged application-client.xml is fine , this is a special demo showing how you can invoke a webservice if you are interested in doing only certain things and not others .Look inside the client code of this demo and compare it with client of say the web-client/ demo .The different invocation styles .
3. The 'result.wsdl' that you see is just a copy of the remote ws's wsdl , that gets saved as a result of the ant tasks which checks to see if the remote ws is up .
4. Do an ant clean and run the tests again and let us know if the error's persists in your environment .

Can't run App on macbook Air

Hi, I am trying to run an App on my Itunes (MacBook Air, latest model) but although the App has downloaded, i can't get it to run. It is a childrens' App which, when running, allows me to download the individual videos/songs (Gigglebellies). As my Ipad won't connect to the wifi for some unknown reason, I want to download them into my computer and then sync them.
Any ideas on how to get the App to run on my Macbook Air?

Thanks very much. That *DID* occur to me but it seemed too obvious to be true... oh well, now I have to figure out why my Ipad won't download (but it logs into the App Store so the wifi obviously works!!)

No. Content from the iTunes App Store is only for the iPod touch, iPhone, and iPad. The Mac App Store requires Mac OS X 10.6.6 or newer.

iOS apps that run on Apple's iDevices do not work on Mac OS X.
If you need the same apps that are on your iPad of iPhone, if there is a Mac OS X version, you need to search for these on Apple's Mac App Store. You need to purchase these and download these OS X compatible versions to your iMac.
