Help!!!not able to deploy war file properly

hi!!!
i have a war file( a simple service) that i have deployed to the tomcat.(pasted in the webapps folder of jwsdp home).but after starting tomcat,when i view the url
http://dilipe:8080/sub/jaxrpc
i get the message :A Web Service is installed at this URL.
This endpoint is incorrectly configured. Please check the location and contents of the configuration file.
the config.xml is:(dont know why but i use it to only to generate stubs and proxies)

It seems you forgot to place the *Service.wsdl in the WEB-INF directory.
