Need help figuring out crash report please!
Hi there,
So, lately I have been playing Diablo 3 and found out that it has been running slow (FPS wise) so I switched over my graphics card to the NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT.
Everytime I run the game, randomly my computer will full on crash the sound will freeze and repeat it's self and no buttons work except a hard shut down.
Once I reboot, this is the crash report I get:

I have no idea what any of this means, but if anyone does could you please help me in figuring out what is wrong here??
Thank you so much!
~MikeNope, it happened again about 2 minutes into playing Diablo 3, personally it feels like it is overheating, I feel as if the bottom of the Macbook is getting really hot very quickly.
Here is the updated crash report:
P.S. I have uninstalled VMWare, but it still appears in the crash report... not sure what else to do I cannot find anything about VMWare under the Computer search.

Help analyzing a crash report, please!
My Imac Mid 2011 2.5ghz has begun crashing 5-10 times a day, it has happened while running a variety of programs, it's not always the same apps open/working when it crashes. Below this is the latest crash report. Any good samaritan apple geniuses out there that can share some wisdom? I've done the extended AHT with no problems found.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Failed RAM
Incorrect RAM
Unseated RAM
or something more serious like a hardware problem, possibly a failing hard drive.
Before you do anything backup your system and then systematically begin eliminating the possibilities. I'd recommend starting with the RAM, first did you upgrade the RAM and if so check for one of the three RAM possibilities. If you determine the RAM is OK then run Apple Hardware Test in Extended Mode at least 3 times back to back, if errors appear you have determined it's a hardware issue and the next step is taking it in for repair.
Good luck. -
Can anyone help translate this kernel report please?

A stale or corrupt kernel cache
A damaged OS X installation
A fault in a peripheral device, if any
Corrupt non-volatile memory (NVRAM)
An internal hardware fault (including incompatible memory)
An obscure bug in OS X
You may already have ruled out some of these.
Rule out #1 by booting in safe mode and then rebooting as usual. Note: If FileVault is enabled on some models, or if a firmware password is set, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Post for further instructions.
You can rule out #2 and #3 by reinstalling the OS and testing with non-essential peripherals disconnected and aftermarket expansion cards removed, if applicable. Sometimes a clean reinstallation (after erasing the startup volume) may solve a problem that isn't solved by reinstalling in place, without erasing.
Corrupt NVRAM, which rarely causes panics, can be ruled out by resetting it.
If your model has user-replaceable memory, and you've upgraded the memory modules, reinstall the original memory and see whether there's any improvement. Be careful not to touch the gold contacts. Clean them with a mild solvent such as rubbing alcohol. Aftermarket memory must exactly match the technical specifications for your model.
The Apple Hardware Test or Apple Diagnostics, though generally unreliable, will sometimes detect a fault. A negative test can't be depended on. Run the extended version of the test.
In the category of obscure bugs, reports suggest that FileVault may trigger kernel traps under some unknown conditions. Most, though not all, of these reports seem to involve booting from an aftermarket SSD. If those conditions apply to you, try deactivating FileVault.
Connecting more than one display is another reported trigger for OS X bugs.
If your system is not fully up to date, running Software Update might get you a bug fix.
In rare cases, a malformed network packet from a defective router or other network device can cause panics. Such packets could also be sent deliberately by a skillful attacker. This possibility is something to consider if you run a public server that might be the target of such an attack.
If none of the above applies, make a "Genius" appointment at an Apple Store to have the machine tested. You may have to leave it there for several days. There isn't much point in doing this unless you can reproduce the panic, or if you can't, it happens often enough that it's likely to be repeated at the store. Otherwise you may be told that nothing is wrong.
Print the first page of the panic report and bring it with you.
Back up all data on the internal drive(s) before you hand over your computer to anyone. If privacy is a concern, erase the data partition(s) with the option to write zeros* (do this only if you know how to restore, and you have at least two independent backups.) Don’t erase the recovery partition, if present.
Keeping your confidential data secure during hardware repair
*An SSD doesn't need to be zeroed. -
Help with this crash report please?
Upgraded to Yosemite and when I run my production software (Ableton Live) it crashes....
Any help would be greatly appreciated...I am new to all of this!

Hi, I want to display the number of Passed / failed tests in Testtand xml report , please help me.
My requirement is later i should be able to display these number of passed/failed test in report header too.
Solved!
Go to Solution.I have attached a sequence to give you an idea of how to get the Result count (I didn't check it's working ), I have used "SequenceFilePostResultListEntry" callback to calculate the Result Count,
and the Result Count is passed to the "ModifyReportHeader" through File Globals, where you can edit the XML file to show it in the Repot (follow the link in my previous post).
Hope this helps

Workers Compensation Report in US Payroll
Hi Experts,
I need to understand the complete functionality of the Worker's Compensation Report in US payroll and the Step-By-Step process flow.
Can you please help.
Regards,
Somdeb.Somdeb,
The system will look at the following in order to determine how to build the data to use in the report. It will look first for configuration by organizational unit, then by job, then by position. Our situation was such that we chose to configure the system to use job. Org unit was too general for us and position was too specific for us, as there is a one-to-one relationship between position and employee.
Some of the following may be outdated, but much of it is not.
Workersu2019 compensation reporting is accomplished through the maintenance of a number of tables and the execution of The Workersu2019 Compensation Report.
The system-supplied report can be accessed through the use of a transaction code (S_AHR_61016148) or via the following path:
Human Resources => Payroll => Americas => USA => Info system => Payroll results => Workersu2019 compensation report
The workersu2019 comp tables that need to be configured are shown below.
Table T513 - Create Job
Table T527X - Create Organizational Unit
Table T5UWC - Create Workersu2019 Comp Code (and text) in each state
Table T5UWS - Relate each Workersu2019 Comp assessable Wage Type to each State
Table T5U25 - Relate each SAP Job to Workersu2019 Comp Code
Table T5U26 - Relate Org Unit to Workersu2019 Comp State & Workersu2019 Comp Code
Table T513
This table is used to establish new jobs. This table will need to be updated for any new SAP Jobs created before Table T5U25 (which relates SAP Jobs to Workersu2019 Comp Codes) can be updated. The navigation path through the IMG is: Personnel Management => Personnel Administration => Organizational Data => Organizational Assignment => Organizational Plan => Define jobs
Table T527X
This table is used to establish new organizational units. It may not be critical to populate this table because org unit is the default method of workersu2019 comp reporting. If an SAP job isnu2019t related to a workersu2019 comp code, the system will attempt to use the org unit information to determine the proper workersu2019 comp code to use. The navigation path through the IMG is: Personnel Management => Personnel Administration => Organizational Data => Organizational Assignment => Organizational Plan => Define organizational units
Table T5UWC
This table is used to create the workersu2019 comp codes in use in each individual state. You may determine that youu2019ll use a limited number of the standard workersu2019 comp codes and will update the codes in use infrequently. The navigation path through the IMG is: Personnel Management => Personnel Administration => Organizational Data => Workersu2019 Compensation => Define workersu2019 compensation classification codes
Table T5UWS
This table is used to create the wage types that comprise workersu2019 comp wages in each state. Note that this means when a new wage type is created, a decision will need to be made concerning whether or not it is assessable for workersu2019 comp insurance. If it is not assessable, this table will not need to be updated. If a new wage type is assessable for workersu2019 comp insurance, the table will have to be updated. The navigation path through the IMG is: Personnel Management => Personnel Administration => Organizational Data => Workersu2019 Compensation => Define state workersu2019 compensation wage types
Table T5U25
This table is used to assign each SAP job in each state to the workersu2019 comp code in that state. The navigation path through the IMG is: Personnel Management => Personnel Administration => Organizational Data => Workersu2019 Compensation => Assign Workersu2019 Compensation codes to organizational structures.
Table T5U26
This table is used to assign each organizational unit to a default workersu2019 comp code and state. It is not critical to populate this table with all new org units, as it is used as a default when the system cannot find a relationship between a particular SAP job and a workersu2019 comp code. The navigation path through the IMG is: Personnel Management => Personnel Administration => Organizational Data => Workersu2019 Compensation => Assign Workersu2019 Compensation codes to organizational structures.

Help to create a Report Script
Hi everyone,
I'm trying to translate this calculation script line
@REMOVE( @CHILDREN("P&L"), @LIST(@UDA ("Accounts", "wo_CC"), @UDA ("Accounts", "wo_C2"), "AX70000", "C71110") )
by this Report script line :
<LINK (<CHILD ("P&L") AND NOT (<UDA ("Accounts", "wo_C2") OR <UDA ("Accounts", "wo_CC") OR <MEMBER("AX70000") OR <MEMBER("C71110")))
but it doesn't work ==> Report extract account with wo_C2 or wo_CC
What's wrong with my code ?
Thank you for your help.
Regards,
Yohan
Edited by: 780941 on Dec 14, 2011 1:01 PMYou could do a simple powershell script to query the network path and send an email on failures.
$test = Test-Path "\\server\folder"
If (!($test -eq $true)
{Send-MailMessage -To [email protected] -From [email protected] -Subject "Drive Test Failed" -Body "The test has failed" -SMTPServer yourserver.domain.com }
Create this as a scheduled task on the server that needs to query.

Hi,
I have the subreport calling from the main report. The subreport is based on MDX query agianst the SSAS cube. some dimensions in cube has values 0 and 1.
when I try to pass '0' to the sub report as the parameter value, it gives an error "Data Retrieval failed for the report, please check the log for more details".
Actually I am using table for storing these parameter values. In the main report I am calling this table (dataset) and passing these values to subreport.
so I have given like [0],[1] and this works fine. when I give only either [0] or [1] then it is throwing an error.
Could you please advise on this.
Appreciate all and any help.
Thanks,
DivyaHi Divya,
Based on the current description, I understand that there is no issue if you pass two values from main report to subreport, while the issue occurs when passing one value to subreport.
To narrow down the issue, I want to confirm whether the subreport can run if there is only [0] or [1] in the subreport. If so, it indicates the query statements exist error in the subreport. If it’s not the case, this shows the issue occurs during passing
values from main report to subreport. To make further analysis, please post the details of query statements of the subreport to the forum.

3,Turnover past 12 months
