Help on Print Configuration: HP 3550N

Hi All,
This is our infrastructure:
SAP ECC 6.0
Windows 2003 Server
Oracle 10.2
We have the following types of printers:
HP 5550
HP 4300 PS
HP 3800DN PS
HP laserjet 4300
All these printers are working without problems. But the HP 3550N is no working (this printer work if you try to print from windows, like a Word Text, etc) All the printers have the same configuration:

Host Spool Access Method:  C: Direct operating system call

Output Attributes:
SAP cover page languaje: DE
Host spool cover page : Do not print host spooler cover page
Process requests sequentially (Check ON)
Copy Counter: Pass Copy Counter to Host Spool System
print mode: DEFAULT: printer default setting
paper tray: Default tray
When you try to print some document from SAP using the HP 3550N you get white sheets with this characters:

Please some tips about this.

I have an hp laserjet 3200 and am having the same problem. Resetting and re-adding did not work for me. please advise. I'd really appreciate it. Getting multiple pages of code.
