HELP paid for creative cloud and no apps will work
I had the free trial of creative cloud and decided to buy the one year membership. It says that everything is up to date on the website, but when I try to open any of the apps, it says to renew my membership. What am I doing wrong?

Some general information for a Cloud subscription
Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

I have Lightroom 6 (not CC) on a Windows machine. I'm prompted to log into Creative Cloud when I restart my computer (I don't have, use, or pay for Creative Cloud), and then when I launch Lightroom, it tells me to use the application I have to log into my Adobe account...AGAIN! And then to further add insult to injury, I'm prompted to enter in the license number of my product. I've gone through this process a dozen times now...SCREAM!!!

Finally if you are in a managed environment then please work with your I.T. department to apply the update. -

Lightroom must be installed via the Creative Cloud Application.
It sounds like you have installed a Perpetual Licensed Version or a Trial Version of Lightroom. Uninstall any versions you have installed of Version 5 and then reinstall via the Creative Cloud App. -

Should I uninstall Creative Cloud and CC apps before using migration assistant to my new imac?
I have heard that Creative Cloud and CC apps dont transfer well with the Migration Assistant from Apple.
I have a new iMac with Yosemite. Should I uninstall everything before using the Migration Assistant and then re-install Creative Cloud and apps afterward by downloading from the Adobe site again on the new iMac?

Kindly follow the below mentioned steps.
Try to Sign out, Sign in | Creative Cloud Desktop app
Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CS5.5 and later
If that doesn't help.
Try to uninstall the product and run the Adobe CC cleaner tool to be on a safer side.
Install Creative Cloud app, Install the product again.
Kindly revert if the problem still persists.

If you are getting an 'invalid security code' message then is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorizations have the correct information on file.

You should have been sent an email with instructions for activating your subscription to the email address you used with your Adobe ID.

As strange as it may seem I fear it's now a challenge for Adobe's Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.
Sometimes - for whatever reasons - CC doesn't "want" to work. In this case you should CC completely delete and reinstall by help of Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. (A try to uninstall by own resources is not enough!)

The tool removes installation records for prerelease installations of Creative Cloud or Creative Suite applications. I have had an iPod Touch 3rd Gen for two years pretty much and the apps have worked fine. Suddenly when I go on an app it appears to launch then just exits. I tried turning the iPod off and on again, but that made all my apps behave like that. Settings and those things work fine still. Should this suddenly happen? I dont want to lose all 204 apps.
- First try resetting the iPod. Nothing will be lost.
Reset iPod touch: Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home
button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Next try downloading/installing a new app
- Restore from backup
- Last, resore to factory defaults/new iPod. this is last result since you will lose app data. -
Why is only 2gb Storage showing for my Creative Cloud account when I have paid for the Photography plan and should be entitled to 20gb?
The new Creative Cloud Photograph plan and Photoshop Photography Program are two different plans with different entitlements. The Photoshop Photography Program was a limited time offer and the Creative Cloud Photography plan is a permanent offering.
Why are the offerings in Creative Cloud Photography plan different from the Photoshop Photography Program? For example, the new plan has 2 GB of storage when PPP offered 20 GB. Also, the original PPP offering provided users with a Behance pro membership, which CCP does not.
Are you sure you do have the old program? Can you check on your order...
