HELP! Permissions won't stay repaired!

Question

I finally upgraded to Leopard from Tiger last week (my PPC iMac can't do S.L.). Then I downloaded and installed the Combo Update to 10.5.8 and the latest Security Update, 2009-006. Also installed iTunes 9.0.1 and QuickTime 7.6.4.
I always Repair Permissions in Disk Utility before AND after every software installation. Before AND after each install, several permissions needed repair, and each time, D.U. said they'd been repaired.
However, after each re-start since then, the same 20-odd items need permissions repaired (on Tiger, it was the same three items). Not only that, but if I re-do Repair Permissions immediately after I've just done it, the same 20-odd items need repair ! (as if they were never repaired in the first place)! No matter how many times I do this, the same ones keep coming up, even with no re-starts or any other action in between.
The culprits are:
Permissions differ on "Applications/iTunes.app/Contents/CodeResources", should be -rw-rw-r-- , they are lrw-rw-r-- .
Permissions differ on "Applications/iTunes.app/Contents/Frameworks/InternetUtilities.bundle/Contents/ CodeResources", should be -rw-rw-r-- , they are lrw-rw-r-- .
Permissions differ on "Applications/iTunes.app/Contents/Resources/iTunesHelper.app/Contents/CodeResou rces", should be -rw-rw-r-- , they are lrw-rw-r-- .
Permissions differ on "System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/MobileDevice.framework/Versions/A/AppleMobile DeviceHelper.app/Contents/CodeResources", should be -rw-r--r-- , they are lrw-r--r-- .
Permissions differ on "System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/MobileDevice.framework/Versions/A/AppleMobile Sync.app/Contents/CodeResources", should be -rw-r--r-- , they are lrw-r--r-- .

p.s. Whenever I repaired permissions in Tiger, they stayed repaired.

Apple changed some system permissions and/or file attributes in a software update, and neglected to update the permission repair database. So Disk Utility reports the discrepancy. They aren't errors.
2. Is this something I should be concerned about, and if so, how can I "fix" it?
