Help please. Apple isnt sending me an email to reset security questions.

Whenever I try ti buy something on itunes, I have to enter my apple id password, which I know, and after my security questions. I dont know the answers and try to have an email sent to my email adress. The email adress is correct, but I dont receive any emails. My iphone isnt jailbroken or anything ans i hadnt changed anything since i had last bought something.
Oh yeah and it itunes says since its the first time im downloading something from this iPhone, Computer (Ive tried from both) i have to enter the security questions. ive had the apple id for almost two years and ive downloaded a couple songs and games (have the same prolem woth the AppStore)
If someone experinced the same problem and knows how to fix it, please let me know.

    These are user-to-user forums, you are not talking to Apple here.
    If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.

    I have forgotton my security answers and reset them but haven't recieved an email yet. I don't think I ever will because a couple of weeks ago, I wanted to buy an app but my account doesn't have payment details so I reset the security answers and the email never came then the app offer expired

    Have you checked all your email accounts?  If you have a 'rescue' email address set up, it was probably sent there.  Also, check your spam/junk folders like Niel mentioned.
    Also, Apple doesn't monitor these forums.  You'll need to contact Account Security at Apple.  If you're in the U.S., call 1-800-MYAPPLE.
    And next time, write down your security question answers someplace safe.

    Hi there,
    Why dont you just change your Apple ID (your email)? Make a new Apple ID and do the security questions that you will remember. Also, make sure you write down all the info with your Apple ID for later refrence.
    To create a new Apple ID, follow the easy steps below:
    Settings > Itunes and App stores > Tap "Apple ID: (YOUR APPLE ID IS HERE!)" > Tap "Sign Out" > Tap "Create New Aple ID"

    I wanted to buy something on an app so I entered my AppleID password (correctly -_-) and it brought up my security questions. I thought I new the answers, but after about ten times answering them incorrectly, it locked me out of "AppleID purchases." I looked around the Apple cite and found something that said I could enter a rescue email address to reset my questions or get the answers. It didn't tell me WHERE to enter it though. So my question is where do I enter my rescue email to reset my security questions? (Please help me. I'm freaking out and I don't want to talk to people on the phone )

    Unfortunately you need the security questions to setup a rescue email address. Best thing to do is call apple support, I deal with this all the time

    Added another second email contact, got the emai to verify. Also put in help to support team, got the email that it went in.
    BUT NOT the email to reset the security questions!!!
    I can not call or receive a call from the support team, I would like to clear this via chat or email.
    I have rented movies from itunes before and my password was enough.  Suddenly it states I must answer questions because I have never downloaded before. I still have the iOs5 and never had a problem..last films download this spring.

    When I clicked for info on resetting my security questions,the system sent me to a page full of instructions about something else .
    iTunes system let me put my iTunes card into my account, but won't let me download til I answer security questions... one of which I can't answer.  IF, repeat IF, I input an answer to this question it was just a guess. 
    So what do I do to get an email so that I can reset the security question so I can finally download?

    The security question reset link is sent to your rescue email address.  That would be different from your primary apple ID email adress.
    If you don't remember what your rescue email address is, contact apple care at 800-694-7466, tell them you need to reset your security questions.
