Help please - Can't activate my subscription

Hello,
I purchased a full subscription just now, for CS users.
I had a previous subscription which ended last month, and now I just purchased a new pre-paid subscription for 1 year.
My problem is, that my new subscription is not activating for some reason...it;s connected to my adobe mail and when I try to add a license to my current adobe mail, it says that a seat is already exists!
I tried to add a license with a different mail address, I recieved the invitation, accepted it and i still get a message in the "Manage your team" window that invitation was sent and payement needed!!! (Screenshot attached).
WHAT SHOULD I DO? How can I solve this issue????

I REALIZE that this is not an Adobe support, but it's Adobe forum. As Adobe is suggesting that I should write my issues in this forum - this is what I do.

    Hello, i live in Russia, and iPhone 4 here costs about 1100 dollars (sim free), so i had no other choice but to go to Apple Store in Paris (i just happened to have a vaccation there) and buy two iPhones 4 there - one for my friend, one - for my stepfather. I bought two SIM FREE iPhones 4 - 629 euros per each. Now that i came back to Moscow i found out that one of them is sim LOCK, because they so happened to make a mistake and sell me the wrong one for the same price of sim free. I can't activate one of them because it requires French sim card, so i called iPhone Support online service - but they couldn't really help me.
    Please, anyone, help me or advice smth to do, because i'm 17 and neither me nor my stepdad is good at that kind of stuff!!
    Is there ANY possibility that i could unlock this iPhone??
    Can i buy the french sim card to activate the iPhone and then change back to a russian one??
    And how can i contact the Apple Support via e-mail??

  • Help Please - Can't See External Hard Drive

    Hi,
    Apologies for the length of this post, I'd really appreciate any help anyone can give me with this problem.
    I've been using an Lacie external firewire drive for ages and suddenly I can't see the icon on my desktop or access it.
    I realised a few months ago I changed the name of the drive and accidently put a space at the start of the title - is this the problem? I think it's been working fine up to today.
    I can see the disk in Utilities and get the following error message when I try and verify the drive:
    Disk Utility stopped verifying “ Audio Drive 1 ” because the following error was encountered:
    The underlying task reported failure on exit
    And:- Verifying volume “ Audio Drive 1 ”
    Invalid Volume Header
    Checking HFS Plus volume.
    Checking Extents Overflow file.
    Checking Catalog file.
    Invalid sibling link
    The volume Audio Drive 1 needs to be repaired.
    Error: The underlying task reported failure on exit
    1 HFS volume checked
    Volume needs repair
    When I try and repair, I get the following:
    First Aid Failed
    Disk Utility stopped repairing “ Audio Drive 1 ” because the following error was encountered:
    The underlying task reported failure on exit
    And:- Verify and Repair disk “ Audio Drive 1 ”
    Invalid Volume Header
    Checking HFS Plus volume.

    Can anyone help me with this: I recently bought an external hard-drive (maxtor seagate 1Terrabite) to backup everything on my macbook/PC/Playstation 3, but at the time of purchase i forgot that they all use different formatting systems (FAT32,NTFS etc) how silly of me.....
    is it possible to partition my External HDD in separate formats e.g: one partition as FAT32 and another as OSX, so that i can backup all my data from all my different systems, like my PS3.
    if this isent possible, the only other option i could think of is to just buy another external HDD but then it all becomes to costly

    I have iphone 4 and I used icloud, I forget my password for my icloud also the question and the email for reset to change the password, just I know the email for icloud and my iphne doesent work without the password, what can i do for this problem.     If you mean that Find My Phone is asking for a password to a different Apple ID to your current Apple ID.
    This feature has been introduced to make stolen phones useless to those that have stolen them.
    However it can also arise when the user has changed their Apple ID details with Apple and not made the same changes to their iCloud account/Find My Phone on their device before upgrading to iOS 7, or if you restore from a previous back up made before you changed your details.
    The only solution is to change your Apple ID back to its previous state with Apple at My Apple ID using your current password, you don’t need access to this address if it’s previously been used with your Apple ID, once you have saved these details enter the password as requested on your device and then turn off "find my phone" and delete the account from your device.
    You should then change your Apple ID back to its current state, save it once again and then log back in using your current Apple ID. Finally, turn "find my phone" back on once again.

  • Can't activate monthly subscription to Director

    Hi,
    I have just purchased a monthly subscription to Adobe Director. I have successfully activated it on one computer. My second computer prompts me for a serial number. This production doesn't come with a serial number, or at least I can't find a serial number listed on the My Adobe page, and haven't been emailed one.
    It's important that I can get Director working on my laptop as I move around alot. Any suggestions? Do subscription products come with serial numbers, and if so, where can I find it??

    I did have a look at that link but it wasn't helpful in my situation. I was alternately getting the messages that I needed a serial number or that there was no subscription linked to my account (even though the first computer recognised me and was working fine.)
    So unfortunately for anyone experiencing the same issue, I'm still not sure what the problem was. 3 hours online to adobe support later, they got it sorted.

  • Help! Can't activate my new Iphone

    So... i've followed the instructions - as I already had an Itunes account, however it never let me complete the step to activate my phone.  If I have my iphone plugged in, my account registers it, and will sync - but I still can not use it. Do I need to do a "restore" on my phone? or how do I go about getting my phone activated?
    Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

    Are you still signed up on 'old' calling plan? ..... When my activation would not complete .... I called Verizon (bought my phone online through Apple).   The VZW CSR told me that I needed to 'update' my calling plan.  I previously had 900 minutes ($59....) .... They no longer have the 900 for that price .... so I needed to tell CSR what plan I wanted.    
    I updated to the 'new' $39 plan (450 minutes ... I didn't use close to the 900 anyway) .... added text plan .... web $29 .... Done.

    I tried to download YouMail from BB App world on my BB Curve 8330, it downloaded and I have a message on my phone that will not go away when I click on OK... the message reads: "
    The application YouMail has attempted to open a connection to a location inside the firewall and outside the firewall which is not allowed by you IT policy" then there is an OK button... I have clicked on this and nothing happens, I have tried several battery pulls and still nothing.  Right now my phone is unable to be used. It is stuck. Over an hour trying to fix so I came here hoping for some help. Thanks.

    I have never seen any Adobe posted limits for the Premiere Elements upload to Facebook feature, but....
    In the following online article posted about a year ago, the responder makes a distinction between Facebook
    unverified and phone-verified accounts.
    Unverified account limit = 100 MB 10 minutes
    Phone-verified account limit = 1024 MB 20 minutes

    I suspect that the unverified account limit is what can be used in the Premiere Elements feature within the program
    and not the phone-verified one which can probably just be used for uploads to Facebook at the Facebook web site. But I do
    not know for sure at this time. There is a similar situation that exists with YouTube with its regular and extended time accounts
    and when and where you can use them. YouTube, I know first hand. I am not involved with Facebook in anyway.
    If that online article of over a year ago is correct for now....your 843 MB 3 minutes 45 seconds failed on file size if your account
    is one of those unverified ones. You could look into the Facebook phone-verified accounts to see if that resolves any of
    your Facebook issues.
    If you are exporting in Premiere Elements to a file saved to the hard drive for upload to Facebook at the Facebook web site, you might consider lowering the bitrate under the Advanced Button/Video Tab of the export preset to decrease the file size but still maintain quality.

  • Help, please -- can't boot, won't boot.

    My iMac (800Mhz G4 flat panel) has suddenly refused to boot. There is life of a sort -- I get the 'grey apple' screen and nothing more. The DVD tray will not open from the keyboard (there was no disk in place at the time).
    By using firmware, I can get into Start Manager, which correctly displays the OSX HDD as a startup volume (it does not offer OS9, which may not be installed for startup -- I don't know). I cannot, however, open the HDD volume -- if I attempt to continue, the sytem just freezes and I have to shut down again.
    Again using firmware, I have been able to open the DVD tray and put in the OS X installation disk to attempt a disk startup. If I attempt to boot from the disk directly (holding down C while switching on) the result is exactly as before -- the grey apple screen only -- though disk sounds can be heard. After a few minutes, the machine simply shuts itself down again.
    I have tried again using Start Manager (holding down Options while switching on). Start Manager opens and displays both the original OSX HDD volume and the installation disk. Hooray! thinks I. But no . . . if I now select the installation disk and continue, the system gets as far as the installation language panel but will not allow me to select the language -- it again just freezes. It remains frozen until I switch off. I can go no further.
    Any advice at all would be warmly welcome, please.

    Two options to try:
    Hold down shift during start-up. This enters your Mac to Safe Mode. You should then remove any Log-in items (System Preferences) and any Fonts you've installed recently from your Library folder.
    Try following the instructions in this article (on the basis that you have a misc start-up issue).

  • Ahhh, help please, can't see ipod shuffle in itunes

    I've downloaded the latest itunes after i bought a 1GB 2nd gen ipod shuffle. I plug it into USB and immediately it pops up asking me whether I wish to play or open the folder (like it does when I plug in a memory stick or my mp3 player). I choose cancel and then open itunes.
    I can't see any option to add the ipod in itunes though, there's no ipod setup assistant that appears when I plug it into the USB port and I can't see any option to search for it.
    I can see the ipod in My computer on the I drive, so the PC recognises it. How can I get itunes to do the same?

    Well, I actually got a bit further now (although quite by accident). I went into "My Computer" and clicked on "System Properties." Then clicked on the "Hardware" tab and "Device Manager." When the list was populated, there was my iPod! It had a yellow warning sign next to it, so I clicked on it and followed the prompts...NOW my computer recognizes it and it shows up when I log into iTunes. HOWEVER, now I am getting the "cannot sync b/c the required disk cannot be found." *sigh* I'm a little more hopeful...maybe the tech support can help me from here??

    Just curious - were you ever able to receive mail or did you recently set this account up and encounter the problem?
    As a paying Dreamhost customer, you should have access to their 24/7 tech support. The basic Apple mac.app account set-up is very straight-forward (at least with web mail).
    If this is a new account with no received messages, simply deleting it and going through the set-up again is no big deal. Remember, use IMAP instead of POP3 to receive messages. POP3 pulls the only copy of the message off the server and delivers it to your mail client/computer. Since there is no back-up copy of the data on the server, this is bad news if anything happens to it locally.

    To summarize, I would try the following:
    1.) Contact Dreamhost and explain your issue - it could be a problem on their end. Don't be shy about using their tech support; you pay for it!
    2.) If Dreamhost finds nothing amiss on their end, you could delete and re-enable your account via mail.app (keeping in mind the caveats about backing-up all received POP3 messages and the potential sender account bug from the thread). Use IMAP if possible.
    3.) If that does not work for you, try another Mail client. I recommend Thunderbird, but there are other free options:

    I doubt that this is causing the problem, but you could also disable your firewall (System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Firewall) and see if that changes anything.
