Help Please! Error on Itunes Install

I have itunes 7.1 want to upgrade to 7.7 - During installation I get the following message (HKEYLOCALMACHINE\SOFTWARE\MozillaPlugins\@apple.com/itunes,version= Check to make sure you have access). I finish and the installation rolls back and I am stuck with the old version. Then when I try to open the old version I get the following error (itunes was not properly installed, if you want to retrieve cd info from the internet you need to reinstall itunes). Any ideas? I am aware that this is a registry key situation. Any help is appreciated.

Only have one account on this computer, so it is always logged on as Administrator, but just to try I looked it up and still is, then tried the install again. Same thing. Interesting thing is that this always happens in the installation process just before it finishes when it is writing system registry values. Still dumbfounded.

I keep getting an error message while trying to install a mobi usb card modem onto my g4. The message is "error encountered while running the installationcheck tool".
I've never seen this message before, can't find any info about it. I'd really appreciate any help, we don't have any mac support where I live (and mobi have no idea).

Make sure your USB card is compatible with the Mac and also, connect a USB device to see if the card is working.
You don't say what kind of Mac you have, but didn't most G4s have an internal modem.
What software are you trying to install - Macs usually don't need third party software for USB cards.
A little more information will help people solve your problem.

In order to fix this, I need to run:
PSConfig.exe -cmd upgrade b2b -force -inplace -cmd application content -install -cmd install features
But SP doesn’t recognize “b2b”. is the the content or config db?

Your Syntax is bad. b2b should follow -inplace, it doesn't make sense anywhere else in the command. Have a look here for more detail:

Help!!! iTunes install error "Apple Mobile Device Service Failed To Start". Error 7 (Windows Error 193)

Help! Following a standard upgrade I got the error message "iTunes was not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes. Error 7 (Windows Error 193).
I am running Windows 7 and installing again brings the message "Apple Mobile Device Service failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services"
I have uninstalled everything Apple, deleted all related folders and run as administrator numerous times with no luck.
I had hoped that iTunes 12.1.2 would resolve the issue, unfortunately it failed to do so leaving me iTunes free which is driving me mad!
Can anyone advise what else I can do to resolve the error and bring back iTunes?

The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.

I have an issue trying to install the iTunes program. Awhile ago I had iTunes installed by I was unable to successfully install the latest update so I figured I

Be sure to install the files on drive that is not your system drive (i.e., external, or 2nd internal). Also, I don't think OSX likes to copy huge amounts of files at the same time. I had some issues installing it. My 2nd internal drive unmounted around the 7th sounds install. That wasn't in the plan.
Make sure to get the updates for the plug-in from the site (1.5.3).

Help please. Lost itunes library.xml file

Hello,
I have windows 7 and have failed in my attempts to locate my itunes library xml file. I think I lost it when I transferred music from one computer to the next. Online I have seen a tutorial on how to find it, user - my music - itunes. However it's not there. I was trying to sync my itunes music to android, but cannot do so unless I have the xml file. Please note, i am not a computer savvy guy. please don't make it to technical.

I already have itunes installed and all my music, playlists and podcasts which work fine, but the media cannot be transferred onto my phone via Isyncr due to not having the itunes library.xml file. You are saying all I have to do is get the itl file from my old computer and save it onto my new one. then re-download itunes and it should work?
Edit: I found my old computer and still cannot locate .xml or itl file.
Looked in users/music/itunes music. and nothing saying xml or itl is there.

Since I've upgraded my computer with Windows 2000 professional, and interupted once the install, I can't install Labview 6 anymore.
I get error 1322 from the installer, even when i install plain Labview files (no ivi, nidaq etc.)

First of all let's make sure that we have a clean computer, that is I suppose you don't have more NI software on it so you may want to check that in your hard drive you don't have any National Instruments folder under the Program Files directory. And best of all you may want to check your Windows Registry, NOTE: This is very delicate so you must be careful. Go to Start >> Run.. type: "regedit" and enter, first of all make a backup copy of this file... then browse through: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE >> SOFTWARE >> National Instruments.... you should not have this folder if you haven't install LabVIEW... so you may delete it... "ONLY THIS FOLDER (National Instruments)"..., once you finish close the registry.... and reboot the computer... once back re-check all what
we have done here.... and if everything is ok then let's proceed again to install LabVIEW... if you get the same error please try to install LabVIEW (plain files again, not any driver) in another machine to know if the CD is damaged or not... this type of installation problem Ronald can also be better troubleshoot by phone, the information to contact us is at... www.ni.com/ask , and if there is a need to call us then tell the person in the line about this procedures that you have already tried.

Please help.... I installed iOS 6 on my iphone 4g & it stuck on white screen.... i tried to "reboot" by holding the 2 buttons for 10 seconds & it didn't come back to life.... i connected to itunes & tried that route.... said "detected an iphone in recovery mode...must restore...before used w/ itunes...." soooooo i clicked ok & restore..... then about 15 mins later i received error message that said "...cannot be restored...unknown error occurred (37)".... ........ I remembered that I had connected to iCloud a while back so I tried that route..... while I was looking & searching for how to fix & what to do on google....my phone seems to have died... it won't do anything now... not even the white screen...... Windows 7 126 error after itunes install, why?

ITunes runs well, however I get a windows 7 126 error. I don't know how to repair it. I've unintalled all the Apple files and reinstalled several times to no avail. please help and thanks in advance!

I found my solution. As some suggested here, I looked and found an older iTunes x86 file that needed to be deleted. Once done, my current iTunes works fine and no longer trips the windows 7 126 error alert.
